If you're using cannabis for medical reasons, I cannot reccomend POM enough! They've got the info to help you.Plus, if you're lucky, the adorable elderly Chihuahuas will be around to say hi!

The people there are always friendly and very helpful. They are also dog friendly, and offer treats and water to your furry friends, after asking of course. They carry many products, from flower and oils to candy and tinctures. They offer both TCH & CBD products. My dog and I both enjoy going there. 😀

Pullman Piece of Mind is the best pot shop!! Worth the drive if it is one for you ... They have super customer service, easy online ordering, friendly specials and discounts and definitely the best selections of brands and strains!!!I am so excited that they started carrying Suspended brand! An excellent farm as their flower is consistently great quality!

I think the staff here are the most helpful within Pullman - tend to make good recommendations and alert you of promos. The selection is pretty good, maybe a little inconsistent but perhaps that's the growers.Lastly, I'd like to mention that they are dog friendly. I have a shy dog but she likes this place because they always give her treats.

All of the employees are very nice and informative. If you give them an idea of what you want they will show you a plethora of goodies. I almost exclusively buy concentrates and their huge selection means I am still trying new ones. Highly recommended for anyone!

No offense intended at all. We are in a college town afterall. But out of all the shops in pullman this is the only one with employees old enough and with enough knowledge that I actually get good product. They definitely know what they're talking about and have great prices. Not to mention they were super laid back and personable and I enjoyed the visit. Great jobs guys!

Always full of helpful, friendly sales staff. I enjoy the loyalty points, as well as the laid back atmosphere. I always appreciated how the staff is willing to answer any questions, without the condescending tone some shops offer.Online ordering is available, and so easy. I have completed many online orders happily and successfully.I would strongly reccomend this shop if you need any help figuring out what you'd like, and I would also strongly reccomend it as a shop for quick stops for seasoned smokers with friendly staff.

There are always daily deals! Pretty good selection of product and by far the most consistent in providing good customer service among the other shops I have visited. They are pet friendly and you can take your pet in as long as they are on a leash. I should also mention that I've noticed it is very helpful to the staff if you have your i.d. out and ready both when you enter and when you pay. Especially during the busy times. The Budtenders here are more knowledgeable and willing to help than at other shops. Tips are welcomed as well, I usually tip based on the service and amount spent. Over all, its a good place to stop in and check out if that's your thing!!! And the service is never bad! 👍😁

My experience was more than what I anticipated. The staff was very understanding, nice, was well-informed of strands and anything that the customer needed. I felt like I was welcomed. They were patient with me even when I was indecisive about what I want. The variety was almost overwhelming. Thankfully I'm a bit more traditional. So when I asked for "buds" or "flowers" they knew what I meant. If you're on a budget. They can find what you're looking for, and that's exactly what happened with me. I'm not sure if I'll go back, but the first impression definitely makes me consider it. If the staff sees this message? Thank You.

They have good specials on their products. I frequently visit them and I get a little burned out on having my ID checked twice: once when I enter then again before I make my purchase. For the most part the employees are gracious and since they have checked my ID so many times. I kid them and ask: so do you know where I live? It's great service and good deals.

No Grumpy here as a rule. Smiling Budtenders all around. Willing to accommodate older shoppers. Friendly and helpful. They appear to want to help you find exactly what you want.The only downside is that the store is often thin to fresh out of stock on my favorite items.

I love the online ordering with the nice discount. They have good daily discounts, but I'm particular about quality so, the only daily I like is Thursdays which is discount on top shelf and concentrates. I don't talk much, but when I do the bud tenders are polite and know what they are talking about. The guy from the east coast is my fav worker. Knowledgeable, and is older than 21. Lol nothing wrong with the young ones, but it's a different connection with the people who been around awhile. Anyway, good product and prices. Thanks!

Then they ask what I’m looking for.Having just stated why I’m thereThen ask my name… having literally just provided documentation with my full name and everything… initially stating why I’m there when I was greeted.It’s almost stereotypical stoner behavior. I won’t go anywhere else I love this place.

I go to this store frequently and every week I get ample service. The girls behind the counter are so friendly and good looking it's hard not to spend too much time there. I can always find the buds I'm looking for and since the workers in the store do their best to try out each strain, they are always able to give you some insight on your purchase.

I bought an oil cartridge here on Wednesday night. On Friday night I returned it because it was not functioning correctly. I bought a new one, and when I got home and tested it out I realized it didn't work properly as well. I went back that same day and returned it, and they were very helpful and respectful and helped me decide whether I should replace the battery or buy another cartridge. After working with one of the women in there and figuring out the issue, I ended up buying a new cartridge. Not only were they extremely helpful, but they were friendly and I felt like they cared what I thought. I ended up with a really dope cartridge that not only worked, but got me really stoned. They earned themselves a lifetime customer, thank you everyone at satori that helped me out.
