Great thrift store with some good finds upstairs! Lots of good kitchen stuff! However, and this is a BIG however, one of the male employees there is extraordinarily rude and will never leave me alone while I'm there. On time while I was there my girlfriend was in the changing room, and this employee turned to the person waiting behind me for the fitting room and said something to the effect of "sorry for the long wait, the girl in there right now probably is too big for all her clothes and is struggling to get them on". Not only was the other customer extremely uncomfortable, but I was pissed off. Took everything in me to not turn around and punch the dude. Another time I went and he followed me the entire 30 minutes I was there. He would randomly approach me and try to talk to me and I would ignore him hoping he would go away, but he would just come closer. It always ends up with him literally breathing down my neck trying to talk to me.So frustrating because I used to really love this place, now I avoid it like the plague because I don't want to be stalked by some idiot who can't keep his mouth shut during the entire shopping experience.

Was donating item, and was treated very rudely by a short blonde woman who said she was the manager. Being management she should have much better people skills. If she treats her customers poorly, how does she treat the clients that work there?

I've been drafting this for a bit while as a business I would rate Palouse Treasures as a 4/5 prices are a bit high especially when it comes to furniture and I believe that pricing "ugly" furniture as less is a terrible business practice that's not my place to judge. this review is more focused on what it is like to work there, the manager anne likes to believe/treat you like we're all friends. including looking over what she was going to buy at the end of night and pricing it out fairly for her. which she's the manager I am just a low level employee I should not be pricing her stuff if we can't price anything else. and good luck if you get the weekend shift there's no managers on weekends so if furniture comes in and somebody wants to buy it you get to be the bad guy and say well I can't price things and normally you'll get attitude from the customers. last but not least my final problem working here is when I put in my two weeks notice everybody was informed including a co-worker of mine who took it upon herself to preach to me about forgiving said manager because of good Christian values. while I do respect this coworker it was not her place to say anything nor should she have been told.

this was the worst thrift I have been to so far I’m sad to say, looked as if they only kept and tried to sell things they couldn’t sell online or take to themselves. Of course I could be mistaken but most things there were very very old and in terrible condition….

I have to rave about the young very special and hard working team that carries the heart of this store. Adam, my family just adores him! He's so amazing, helpful, friendly, we end up spending hundreds of dollars on each visit and spending hours in the store, Adam makes the experience more than just a treasure hunt, his OUTSTANDING customer service, attention to detail and ability to love on the kids is more than I could ever ask for! Jackson, (Action Jackson!) Works so hard, literally carries this store on his back. Jackson, you know we love you my family. Every time we see you you're working harder than the time before. You inspire me! Ann-Go girl! We love you. You are a young, hardworking leader that is there all the time. You put in new ideas, take into consideration customers who have been shopping in the store for decades (like my family) while taking into consideration the changing times and shopping trends. Thank you for all that you do! I'm so proud of you all. Keep working hard and showing these folks how it's done! ;)

This place has taken a turn. Good deals are HARD to find where they used to be so plentiful. New management has raised prices so much that I won't even take my donations here anymore, let alone shop here. The pricing is also wildly inconsistent. For example, Ive seen torn or broken and heavily used, dated items priced higher than new higher quality items, or very similar items at very different prices. A lot of the workers who are still there from before the change in management are as friendly and helpful as ever. I asked the manager about lowering the price of a very battered desk with 2 wobbly legs because it was the most affordable, yet still, out of my budget. I only asked if she could take a couple dollars off the price tag and she said no, the price was fair and she wouldn't lower it, and that if I was in need of "aid" she could direct me to local programs for assistance. A HUGE over step. I will be shopping elsewhere and taking my donations elsewhere as well. Very sad, considering this was such a well loved place.

I understand that this is a thrift shop and can seem like it is in some disarray at times. But while simply asking for a price on a item that was clearly on the sales floor, my family and I getting rude service, instead of friendly help, and a very rude, bordering angry, reminder that they are closing soon. This Certainly is not the service I would expect, especially for a business that rely on donations and community support to even remain in business. While waiting to pay for my last ever purchase from this establishment my 5 year old asked her mother if she could look at the toys, my wife said no, but still the lady behind the counter took it apon herself to harshly snap and tell my 5 year they are will be closing in five minutes. No donations, no further business, and will never send either in their direction again. When it's so simple to say anything with a light tone and a smile on your face it's sad to see the culture of that store be so negative. And that normally starts at the top.

This used to be my favorite thrift store. Unfortunately, under its new management, it is not what it used to be. This thrift store really services a lot if college students and in the past, you could really get a deal. Which is great whenyou are a poor college student. They have increased their prices ten fold. And not consistently. More than Goodwill, now. It’s almost at ridiculous prices. The organizational scheme in the store is now quite haphazard. It definitely doesn’t have the same feel to it. It’s really disappointing for many, many customers.

Best staff ever! Alice, the cashier, is always super friendly and smiles with everyone. She even has great relationships with lots of the customers! Not to mention that she gives great deals. Important part of the community. Highly recommend.

New management has transitioned a once vibrant thrifting experience into an unaffordable boutique concept. Same used/donated items as before yet you now pay 2x to 3x more for them. "Vintage pricing", indeed. Staff is generally helpful. Hope they are able to right the ship before it's too late ...

2 floors with plenty of things. Not an amazing thrift store but overall good for what it is. I didn't find anything cool but everyone else appeared to be having a great time. I also overheard an employee help some locate something over the phone so pretty decent service.

I couldn't imagine Pullman without this place, give some old stuff a new life, find hidden gems, and just have fun looking around at things that have history and stories to tell. My favorite local thrift shop. The employees and prices are great too.

I’ve bought lots of reasonably priced furniture and kitchen supplies here, including pots, pans and knives. The manager once allowed me to haggle on the price of a chair as well.Additionally, I take clothes here to donate. I like shopping and donating to this store, because unlike Goodwill they do good work to employ and help people with special needs.

Horrible customer service. Tried to get a chirstmas tree here and was told every day for a week (in person going in) that the manager is out for 30 min. Same thing when I call… even when I called 30 min later?? Really just wanted to get a tree and get festive but ended up in a worse mood over being told yes we have them but you can’t buy one for a week and a half… then I finally call and get to speak with a manager and go in; only so have everything be sold out. I went in THIS MORMING and asked abo if trees but ok…..

I've been coming here since I moved to WA 3 years ago. New owners asking for a lot of money for some items. Seen a bookcase with a giant hole in the back of it and they were selling it for 79 dollars. What? Recently I got way over charged as well. They won't give you cash back for THEIR error. It's either hope they can put the money back on your card or deal with store credit. It's kind of disappointing. On the bright side, they do get really good items. Just watch out for over charges when checking out (i.e. check your receipt before you leave) and try to haggle down over priced items.

This thrift store is just OK. They have a lot of really used stuff that is probably well-suited for their mostly college-age crowd. The prices seemed ok to me (for the most part), though there was some stuff that seemed odd (like YoYoMa mentions - there are used candles for sale at more than new prices). Everything considered, though, I usually find what I'm looking for (unless it's a very specific piece). They have way better furniture options than Moscow thrift stores, so if you're looking for a used couch for that new apartment I'd go here. If you're looking for a cute nightstand or table that is just the perfect accent piece... I'd be ready to check here often or go elsewhere - this place isn't a vintage/antique store.

This place has really taken a bad turn. So overly priced. Will not take donations there anymore. Manager is rude to employees in front of customers. Shameful place now.

I love this place. I donate here a lot and I find a lot of cute clothes, candles, yarn, etc. I recommend going here before buying new items, you can probably find a used version for much cheaper!

Large selection and great prices. Inventory moves fairly quickly so you can always find new things. It is also the only place in Pullman to find second hand furniture.

The last few times that my sisters and I have gone in. The clothes have been very low quality with a lot of stains and the staffs attitude is very negative. I feel like it's not what it used to be like before.

My 12 yr old son was humiliated by Alice the clerk over a jacket, she kept telling him it was a woman's and he couldn't have it... Than we paid with a clothing voucher and i asked if we Could get a punch on our card and she stayed"you got all this free" when I got upset over what she said, she said i needed to apologise to her and she would make sure i never go it another voucher,i asked to speak with the manager(Brian) when he finally came down he ignored me and went straight to her, listened to her version of what happened, told me she was in the right and that she had paying customers waiting behind me at the time and that I got my things for free with a voucher and i should be grateful, and he would make sure I never got another voucher... He was 6 inches from my face trying to intimidate me so I did tell him what i thought of him and he banned us from his store while elbowing my 12 yr old out the door. My issue was how alice treated my child on his personal clotting choice and trying to humiliate him than treating me rudely. At palouse Treasures the customer doesn't matter.
