Great deals every day, the staff is ALWAYS more than ready to help you look for what you need/want, and they accept medical patients! While the selection may not be as wide as other places, it still offers an amazing range of prices, and their products NEVER miss. Great quality all around. I’ve been coming here for 3 years and the first 2.5 years of that experience were great! They use to have friendly knowledgeable staff that were always warm and welcoming. The recent staff change for the night shift are less informed than the average person and make you feel like a criminal for going in! Either it’s the mutters as you are leaving or their staff following you out to you car with their arms crossed staring. Now every time I go in I leave feeling anxious.This usually isn’t enough to make me stop shopping somewhere especially when it is convenient but with the recent sly tricks of the new staff I find myself getting ripped off. I usually do not get recipes but it is definitely needed if you go here. Either they will try and not add the discount or if they do they will charge you for a product you are not buying that is more expensive to make up for the difference.MJ has always run a respectable business that has been my favorite to go to for years and the only place I took my business to. But with the new night-staff and how they treat customers I will unfortunately not be returning here and will try other places conveniently located across the street. I refuse to be ripped off and treated poorly when I could be saving money and feeling welcome elsewhere. I will not be avoiding this place for the upcoming months till there is a chance this staff may be gone.This review is for 2 stars for the quality of the place and the fact I cannot speak on how the day-staff treats their customers.(All reviews are subject to change)

Person who owns this place runs it like her own personal piggybank. I know for a fact that there is one customer who has setup a bot to give this shop fake positive reviews. This place is not one I will ever support again. MJ's is not good people and you'd be wise to go elsewhere. I can't believe how dishonest people who work there are about everything. They get the cheapest product and sell it for sometime 400% mark up. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this shop.

Hands down the best place around! They really care about their customers and they make you feel like family. If you ever have any issues they will be more than glad to listen to your input and do their best to make you happy. So if you're just passing through or a daily smoker like me, this is the place you want to be.

I absolutely love this place. It's my go to for basically everythingTheir prices are great and they have quality stuff. The customer service is positively exquisite. They always are quick to greet and help you and they dont try to sell you the most expensive thing. They find out your preferences and offer multiple choices and even their own preference. I will always reccomend this place to anyone.

I called to see if they were available for a job before wasting my gas money to drive into town and couldn't even finish my sentence before I was snapped at and told to "actually make an effort". The owner, MJ is extremely unprofessional and rude. Talks down to her employees, questions their intelligence and in turn creates an unhealthy/unsafe work environment for her employees. She should not be managing anyone if she can't respectfully verbalize improvements she would like to see. I do not support a business that is run poorly, these workers deserve better! 0/10 take a business management class, MJ (and maybe even a class on how to be a decent human)

I’ve gone to MJs since we moved here, and always referred friends to them, but I will no longer. I purchased a NuVape cartridge from them last week, and it didn’t work. I took it back (with receipt) and they blamed my pen, although previous cartridges of the same brand worked fine. I bought another pen, cartridge still didn’t work. Went back to them, with the old working cartridge, the new non working cartridge, and both pens. Despite obviously demonstrating that new cartridge didn’t work with either pen, they didn’t offer to swap it out with a new one. If you can’t stand by a product, I suggest not selling it.

Love this shop!!! The staff here is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about every product in the shop. The owner MJ her self is such a sweet lady. The biggest plus for customers is they are the only shop in pullman with a public restroom!!!

TRASH prices, there's a reason their menu doesn't show them. tried to ask about prices over the phone so i didn't have to drive, and this woman listed one price and then said, i don"t really know actually, you have to come in. Get new staff. Preferably some that have at least a minuscule amount of knowledge about cannabis.

.Having been to shops from Amsterdam to Seattle , this has to be the most remote legal cannabis stores I’ve ever been to. You pay more because this is sooo far away from the more urbanized & accepting western Washington and Puget Sound located stores that they shouldn’t be compared . Courteous staff that was as helpful as possible , even tho I was just browsing.
