Lindsay is amazing! She is so loving, gentle and compassionate with animals. She is proactive in educating and helping dog owners and sharing tips and tricks for specific breeds. Our doodle got accidentally long over due for a groom and she was understanding and did an amazing job getting him cleaned up at such a reasonable price!

Lindsay and her team are so kind and do amazing work. We have taken our precious pooch here a few times and have always been pleased with the outcome. They have always done what we've asked as far as grooming preferences and because of this we haven't felt the need to shop around.

Lindsay is amazing!!! I was losing hope finding a good groomer for my shih tzu in town but Lindsay absolutely nailed it! Shih tzu fur isnt always the easiest to work with so many other groomers just shaved my dog completely:( She not only kept my pups hair long like I asked but made it look so beautiful and feel amazing. She will definitely be my go to groomer from now on!!!

Disregarded my instructions on both dogs 1 star. Clerical staff, not taking personal information correctly 2 stars.Owner took three days to give a dry response, also gets 2 stars. As a business owner myself I was very disappointed. Not to mention getting up in the next morning as I noticed the disregard for my wants in the cutting off of both of my dogs eye lashes. My Ariel dog looks like a poodle. My other long haired large dog I said not to cut at all just shampoo. Needless to say I cried and explained my distress. My two companions bring peace to my soul. Worst experience by far.

BEST GROOMER IN TOWN! My Scottie is not a huge fan of being groomed and did not have good experiences at other groomers in our area. Immediately upon walking into Lindsay's for the first time, I was greeted with big smiles and people you could tell who genuinely loved dogs. Lindsay went over any questions I had and took the time to ask what I wanted for her haircut. I really felt that she cared about her four-legged and two-legged customers! Lottie ended up with the cutest Scottie haircut and we can't wait to go back in a couple of months. Can't recommend Lindsay and her business enough!

I’m sorry to say that I cannot recommend this groomer. I’ve been bringing my one and a half year-old cockapoo here since her first puppy cut. Although the groomer herself is very kind and her establishment is clean and her staff are nice the grooms have been terrible lately. When I first started going here her business was just getting up and running and she took the time needed to groom my dog but lately she’s been rushing the grooms and they’ve been terrible. The last groom in particular was the final straw. They shaved my doodles tail halfway up her tail., she had spots on her chest that were groomed so close you could see the skin, so she looked patchy, they only groomed half her face. Once I got home, I thought well that’s odd they left her muzzle long and then I looked at the other side and realized, no they groomed one side up to her mouth and completely left the other side undone. I needed to take scissors and cut it myself. The worst part was her ears were full of mats I don’t think they’ve ever been properly groomed. I just combed out the mats in her ears and it left a pile of hair the size of a soccer ball. Hazel was left in a crate for hours because she was running so far behind her appointments. Like I said, the groomer is nice the establishment is clean and staff is kind. But, I cannot go back.

Lindsay was great! My cat needed a lion cut and she was more than happy to help out, even ensuring that my cat would be well taken care of (saturdays are caturdays is what I was told). And my cat, Ana is so much happier for it! I would highly recommend Lindsay's for your pet grooming needs.

The owners and the other groomers are fantastic! My Labradooles got great summer haircuts that are exactly what I wanted. They were wonderful with my dogs. I highly recommend Lindsay's grooming.

Just had a wonderful first experience with Lindsay! She clipped my dog's precarious cracked dewclaw on super short notice as well as his other for good measure. Overall a quick pleasant experience for everyone, and now I'll be taking my dog here for all his grooming.

If you ever dreamed of a place that cares for you pet in the same manner you do, then look no further than Lindsay's Good Dog Services. This little house is quite spacious inside. Morgan greets everyone with enthusiasm, a genuine smile and professionalism. Lindsay is literally 🌟Amazing🌟. She must have fairy wings to glide from one room to the other seamlessly, all while speaking to the dog/cat in her arms. My 3 dogs hate, hate having their nails done. Lindsay holds them close to her body and lulls them into accepting this part will be over in 1 min... It's a Win~WIN for both Parents & Pets....Just Go!! You will be grateful we have her here in Pullman❤️🐾❤️
