Hands down my favorite shop in the area. Everyone is knowledgeable and can always help me figure out what I’m looking for. Some days they are extremely busy and I have to wait a bit, but I still get all the help and get to chat with them like I would when they’re a bit slower. I always recommend this place to my friends because I know they’ll have a wonderful experience. Definitely will continue supporting them and their staff.

I love this little shop! I always get the nicest bud tenders, and they really know what they are talking about. I have gotten some really good suggestions on product from Jimmy. In fact, if he suggests something I normally pick it up, if not on that visit, then for sure, on the next. They have really good sales too. Just keep you coming back!

Loyal customer for years, but it’s becoming more and more clear that the children are running the show. Badly organized, not getting half (or more!) of what’s on my online orders, and while most of the staff have usually been okay, the kid with the lip rings specifically was pretty rude for no real reason. I get that it can be a stressful environment to work in, but taking it out on customers is just not acceptable. I’ll be getting my stuff from Satori (or anywhere else, really) from now on.

Forgot that today was Sunday and that my local shop closed early tonight so had to make the 45 min trek up to Pullman from LCV and although the drive wasn’t desirable, Lexi at Kush21 made it absolutely worth the drive. She has the best personality and is so enthusiastic to talk about her inventory! You can tell she truly loves her job and was very knowledgeable with the store. Lexi was able to provide me with great options for me based on my preferred terpene profile I requested (which doesn’t happen often). Everytime I go in the bud tenders are very friendly and knowledgeable and help me find what Im looking for. They also have quite a bit to offer depending on what you smoke and your price range. if you’re looking for variety and good service, I’d highly recommend checking it out.

Today I had a great experience with the employees of the kush21 store in Pullman. I had used one Of the store ATMs And I had thought that the ATM errored out. Well, the ATM ended up dispensing the cash and I had no idea. The cash was still in the ATM. Jimmy and tiger are amazing and called me to have me come pick up the money that I had left at their store. Great job you guys thank you.

I was coming here a lot but I won’t be any more unfortunately. they wanted more business so they put on this sale, but can’t handle the volumes of people without being rude. there one girl there with glasses who works nights and is amazing and girl ur the star of that store. everyone else unfortunately shows they don’t want to be working there nor dealing with you. I had a meltdown in the parking lot because I have autism and usually the dispensary is the last place I expect ignorance. I usually leave with a smile but today, Kush21s corporate colors were clearly displayed. they don’t recommend things either. they might as well be just a cashier. if you want a real budtender go to piece of mind cannabis <3

I have been a loyal customer since the day kush 21 in pullman opened I made an online order idk what happened I must of hit the wrong button I haven't even left the parking lot I was in my car opened it to find it wasn't what I ordered yes I went outside the door but if you haven't left the parking lot at any place I've ever worked at it's still considered being at the store cuz well you haven't left the property all I wanted was to give back what I didn't want and get the cartridges I always buy and they wouldn't this is a first for me I found it so disrespectful I will never go to kush 21 again and again i wad a very loyal customer who spent alot of money and technically didn't leave the store or the property I'm extremely disappointed I've never been treated like that before some people deserve grace I'm sad because now I have to find a new weed store like this was my store I would bring the workers crazy bread and gifts like this was my store so ya

Typically I shop at another local dispensary but today I decided to try something new. I am very happy that I went to Kush 21 today the bud tender, Angie went above and beyond helping me out. Just lost a customer who's been going here for over a year now. Bought an order online, came in and got my ID checked, got my money, and then waited, waited, and waited some more while they checked out everyone except me. So I took my $40 and went to POM and surprise they actually remembered who came in first and I was out the door within 5 minutes. I don't know what brain dead manager has only 2 people working the Sunday night shift, but it's not going well because they don't know who's first or last and I'm not gonna stand around for 20min.

The staff at Kush 21 are always pleasant and cheerful, Angie helps me almost every morning with a great big smile and calls me by my name, I often do not even choose for myself anymore as they have taken the time to learn what I like, when I go to Kush 21 in pullman I feel like a friend not a customer, I honestly cannot shop anywhere else.Thanks to the staff of Kush 21 and especially Angie.

Gotten a few products from here and same with my friends and they’ve been good but last time my friend went he ended up getting a cartridge which failed the bubble test, had a company I couldn’t find online, no statements about unlawful outside Washington state or about being habit forming or lowering your ability to drive, no pesticide information, no extraction details, no percentage of thc/cbd, had appealing cartoon images which is illegal, no information about the grower or producer, and no child safe packaging. Everything I listed is required by Washington state law. Most likely a fake cartridge which could be unregulated which can have vitamin e acetate in it which can detrimental to your health like causing EVALI.

I have to say, Kush21 is the best shop in pullman! Management is absolutely wonderful and truly cares about about their customers. They have done an amazing job hiring a knowledgeable and friendly crew. Its the only place place in town where you get good weed and good people! I'd love to give a shout out to my favorite budtender... but to be honest they're all my favorite. It dosent matter, wether you get Caleb, Maria, D-vay, Cade, Grace, or Cameron, you know youre in good hands and your needs will be met. Not to mention, they have the best prices and deals in town. I truly can't express enough how wonderful this shop is and hope you get to enjoy the same experience i have.

Never though such a great cannabiz store would be in smallish WSU town but Kush21 in Pullman surprised me.Good selectiom, great deals and a generous points rewards system. Definitely ask for Marina to be your budtender. Knows her products, what you need and points you in right direction. If you are on your way to Spokane or Lewiston, take 270E to Grand Av (27). Its a very short and worthwhile detour. Parking lot is kinda small but there is grocery store across the street if you have bigger vehicle or boat (like us) that is convenient for quick visit!😊✅OH, and they have a cute mural on side of building in case you miss your turn in, you will see it (photo⤵️)

Easily the best shop in Pullman. The staff is always extremely helpful whenever I come in. Especially Logan and Caleb. I normally do a few online orders a week and whenever I come in it’s an easy in and out with casual conversation or an update on new products. I’m not afraid to try new things and Logan is always ready to answer any of my questions. He’s got a lot of knowledge when it comes to the industry and the products on hand. Him an Caleb make every purchase so smooth and easy that I can’t help but come back weekly. Thank you k21 and staff!!! You make my day every time I come in!!! Zero complaints!

Small store. Strange service.I've had poor to inconsistent service here.Sometimes it's OK, others it's just lacking.This evening, I went in and asked for 1 gram for $10. Most places have this.The cashier scanned at least 6 different packs (no prices noted on products) all of which were $12 or more, at which point they suggested I order online.**I was IN their damn store!;**Why didn't they just discount the $2 to make a $10 sale??!?The world is getting dumb, and this place is mediocre, at best.Do what you like, but The Green Nugget, Happy Time, Piece of Mind, hell even MJ's gives you better service for the same prices.
