Based on my experience, I would NOT recommend this store. They sold me a flawed floor model without informing me, which was disappointing as I would have preferred to avoid a floor model had I known about its condition.Moreover, their return policy is quite restrictive. I attempted to return this item within a few days of purchase, but they did NOT offer refunds. Instead, they imposed a 20% restocking fee, and the remaining balance was only available as store credit, forcing me to continue shopping with them regardless of my satisfaction level.I encountered further frustration when I had to place another order to use the store credits, which they informed me would take about a month to fulfill. Unable to wait this long for a bed frame, I attempted to cancel the order shortly after placing it, only to be informed it was considered a 'SPECIAL' order and nearly impossible to cancel. Consequently, I had to select other, less urgently needed items, with over a month's wait yet again, necessitating several follow-up calls to track progress. Additionally, full payment is required upfront at the time of the order.I definitely wouldn't recommend this place. There's a better option available in Moscow.

I want to start off by saying that we really like our new couch, it’s extremely comfortable. What we haven’t really appreciated was the lack of transparency behind their “liquidation sale”, the lack of communication from the store about our delivery, and the impatient and rushed delivery people. We went to the store thinking that everything was on sale, given the fact that all of their signs say “everything must go 70% off!”. Our couch was not on sale at all, but we still bought it because we wanted to support a local business. We were told we would have all three pieces of our sofa by end of May. It’s June 20 and our last piece just got delivered and there was no phone call from the shop to update us on our sofa delivery. The first time our two pieces were delivered they said they would give us 15 minutes heads up. The delivery drivers called and said if we didn’t show up they were going to leave. No warning, no 15 minute heads up. This time they called to say they were a few hours behind, which was fine, we understood. They then called to say they were on their way so I left work to get home and meet them. As I pull up they are getting into their truck and telling my boyfriend on the phone that if I wasn’t there they would leave, with our sofa. On top of all of this, we paid for this delivery service and it was less than professional. Overall I would give our sofa a 5 stars and the customer service a 1 star. Next time we need furniture we will shop elsewhere.

Our dog chewed our remote for our recliner. We contacted Jared from Higginson’s and he was more than accommodating and helped us get our replacement. He was kind, compassionate, and went out of his way to make sure our needs were met. Higginson’s has always had wonderful customer service but they now have a customer for life because of Jared. Thanks again!!!

I had a good experience buying furniture online from them. For the pieces I was looking at I couldn't find cheaper prices online than what higginsons was offering and delivery was free. When I did order them Jody got back to us super fast to confirm price and availability before actually charging our card and was very friendly and helpful. Delivery guys were also super friendly and helpful as well as quick.

The customer service was amazing! The salesman explained each type of bed in depth so I knew what I was purchasing and had lots of choices to choose from. They are very professional and friendly and have amazing deals. I definitely recommend them!

We had such a great experience with Higginson’s. We purchased two couches and had them delivered to our home in Moscow, ID. The sales people were very friendly and helpful and the two men who delivered took great care maneuvering through our narrow doorways.We purchased our furniture during one of their many sales events and got pieces that are great quality for amazing prices.Highly recommended.

I just had surgery on my cervical spine and called ahead to see if they had any recliners that may be a bit more firm so that it would provide support where I needed if, and so that I wouldn’t have to stay in bed all day. The ladies helped me out with my selection and were even willing to sell me the floor model on any of them if I needed. I ended up getting my second favorite recliner and they had their guys bring one from stock to the store so that my fiancé could pick it up. They were very helpful and accommodating. Would recommend.

Great customer service from both the associate at the store and the delivery drivers. We went in with no prior knowledge about the store or beds in general. The associate helped us with finding a bed within our price range and one that is SUPER comfortable. It was delivered the next day! The delivery drivers were fast and professional. Done within about 15 minutes!

The sales associate Anna was great took my order no problem. Spent $475 for queen size mattress and Highrise bed base.Unfortunately when it was delivered there was no set up. Only drop and run ☹️ If I had to do it again I would not.

We ordered a beautiful couch and found out it was backordered. All the staff was helpful and friendly in finding us another beautiful couch and they handled this situation without any complaint from me. I plan on purchasing more furniture and will be back in there for everything else I need. They also offer a military/veteran discount. I couldnt be happier with everything.

Horrible customer service! I would suggest shopping anywhere but here. Found their website and browsed through some of their items. Their prices looked fair so decided to make a trip to the store. The service was not very helpful in the store, provided very few details about the furniture, their policies, prices, etc. Ended up buying a couch, which they were going to deliver the next week. During that weekend had some second thoughts and decided I would cancel my order. After making multiple phone calls the owner finally called and said they would have to charge a $50 fee because they had loaded it on the truck already. Decided it wasn't worth the hassle and told them just to deliver it. They gave me a two hour window 11-1. Called me at 12:50 to say that they would not be here for another hour. Had to call my job and tell them I would be late. Basically, if you want horrible customer service and too be overcharged for display models I would shop here. Otherwise, look elsewhere.

I have never had such excellent customer service!! They were extremely helpful and so friendly. They were willing to communicate on the phone and over email and sent me lots of pics of furniture in store. I couldn’t recommend a better place!

I ordered a mattress a while ago...it was either the end of June or beginning of July. I work wed-sun and I’ve been trying to call and set up a time to pick up on my days off (mon and tues). I haven’t been able to get threw to voice mail. Just an automated message saying to try again later and/or their business hoursThe one time I was able to get threw the lady on the phone told me I could only pick up Friday or Saturday. Despite saying I work and wouldn’t be able to pick it up the lady schedule a pick up time for Friday. I really want the mattress I paid for back in June or July. I get things are harder to coordinate right now with covid but it would be nice if I could at least leave a message to have someone call back or if someone would reach out to me so we can coordinate a time to get my mattress.

Friendly staff, willing to drop what they are doing to help you find the perfect furniture that suits you and your family's needs. They have almost everything from dining room to living room.Just don't go there for a mattress or anything for the bedroom, that would be the store next door in the strip mall. They also have lovely art as well, and amazing bean bag chairs.

Spent $2K on a couch. Was told it would be 4-6 weeks. 6 weeks came and went. Called many times, got the run around each time. They would give an excuse without even asking my name or looking things up. I won't use them again. Was speaking to a friend and they had the same experience. Furniture never showed up, tons of excuses. I suggest going somewhere else.

Last Fall when a fridge was installed, the frame to our outside door was heavily damaged. They said my husband had ok'd this. He passed away 2 weeks later, but I know he didn't imagine the level of damage.

I love how helpful, yet laid back their sales reps are. They are there to help you, but aren't breathing down your neck as you try and browse their selections. I would highly recommend!
