I've been shopping Happy Time since day on best shop in the county. Top tier Budtender there is Anna, always on her game. Product knowledge tops any other BT in the shop or Pullman. Greeted with a smile every single time & knows exactly what I'm looking for. Best selections especially the wax & flower. I'll be seeing her tomorrow for the usual goodies.

I can’t say enough good things about this shop!! The team is amazing with top notch management ! Anna is hands down the girl to see there! She knows her stuff!!! I have yet to be disappointed in any of the products she has led me to. She always educates me of all the strains they sell . Make sure you stop in and check them out and say hi to Anna !

This store is awesome, as someone coming from the Spokane/CDA area that moved to Pullman for school, Happy Time’s store and service quality is noticeably better. What can I say, was stopping through down the 95 and needed to stop and getting goodies. I came into to get a few joints and a couple carts. Felix not only showed me the selection he showed me different options based on taste, strain and price range ranging from mid shelf to top shelf.Love employees who not only try to sell you on the product but actually know the ins and outs. I don’t know if I will ever stumble back in pullman but if I ever do I’ll be sure to come say hi to my bro Felix!

Happy times is one of my favorite dispensaries in the Palouse from their wide selection of cartridges to flower, they have lots options from low grade to top shelf. Regardless of what you're looking for they probably have it. I came in the other day to stock up for a camping trip in which I needed a "zip" and a few road cartridges. After being greeted at the door, Felix one of the bud tenders showed me all their top shelf Oz's and not only brought them out but was able to give me a better understanding of how the bud taste as well as what the high was like. Since it was happy hour, He had recommended I get 8 different 1/8s which was equivalent in pricing to one whole zip. I appreciated how passionate he was about each product shown from cartridges to bud, he was well informed which enabled me to make a large purchase stocking up for my upcoming trip.

I went in to pick up a ounch of shake. paid. when I looked it was only 20 grams!!I called they did not want to make it right. they said sorry. it's a inventory problem.😨so I got ripped off. NEVER GO THERE!! 🤬8 grams short!!!! EIGHT GRAMs SHORT!!!the bag said 20 grams.
