Chula is the only reason I come here, she’s a great salesman. Felix is pretty knowledgeable too. Got a beautiful blue inline perk barrel recycler here that I love. Highly recommend stopping by even to just say hi to chula.

They definitely have awesome customer service, and along with great service they have great prices with vapes being 2-40$ and 24hr return for any vapes that break or stop functioning like they should. Would Definitely stop by and give there shop a try if your in the area!!!

This place has really good customer service. They take their time to listen, and understand what you need. They know what it is you're looking for, regardless of how vague you are. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that's looking for the products that they provide.

My go to glass shop in Pullman. Have a great selection of most everything you would need. New glass, parts and repairs. The owners are absolutely great. I love dealing with them. 2 stars because of good selection2 stars also because even with a vaccine card they won't let you do a pull test on anything they sell. Prices are from 50-400 bucks. What reasonable head shop won't let you do a pull test?

Went in to fix a broken bowl piece that Crondo blew, had great service & products! Lots of awesome pieces, & all the people there were really chill & helpful. Very lowkey atmosphere, definitely going back when I'm in Pullman next.

Worst experience I have ever had. The manager cannot read and insisted the wrong product was correct and became hostile when shown his mistake and threw me out of the store because he was wrong. I will buy my supplies online from now on like he suggested. He tried boxing with me in the road in front of the store last time he was wrong and police were called on him.

Met these guys at Champs trade show in Denver. Picked up several pieces from them for our local headshop. Had to keep one for myself... it's the most awesome scientific piece I've seen! Great people, great shop!

Very helpful staff and a great selection! Only downside is that some of the merchandise can be pretty pricy compared to other shops in the area. Definitely has the best selection for glass and para though!
