I have never experienced such amazing care as that of Dr. Nichols and her staff. Her explanation of the euthanasia process to two girls about to lose their pup was kind and thorough. She is a gift to the community and I am so thankful she helped us through a horrible situation.

Dr Corcoran is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. I have had good experiences with the other vets also, but she is my pets primary provider. One of my pets has extreme anxiety and he does really well with her and she is a very caring person. All the staff seems great!

I feel absolutely grateful to Alpine Animal Hospital staff and Dr. Bennett for their care, when we had to euthanize my ESA cat that got so sick suddenly. Their kindness towards myself, my sick cat and his brother made a very hard time more bearable. They let me say when it was time for the final medication and let me have the space I needed after he had passed.I think the decision to bring his brother cat to the appointment made a big difference. I think if he hadn't been there to see and most especially smell his brothers body, that he would be having a really hard time right now. He has wandered around rooms for a minute but he didn't meow or panic. He is definitely more clingy but I'm so glad that the vet allowed me to bring him along.I would suggest them to anyone who has a fur soul as a part of their family. We both miss his brother but there are pieces of him at home with us still.Thank you for your time.

My cat was throwing up all day on a Sunday and I called here the next morning. They were able to get me in the same day and perform her surgery. She had eaten many hair ties and they did an amazing job getting them out! They kept her until she was able to go to the bathroom on her own and all the while kept me updated. In the days following her surgery, I had lots of questions that they happily answered. I highly recommend Alpine!

The lobby is closed for construction but it created the most efficient appointment process ever. In and out, with a thorough exam and great communication, in less than 25 minutes. Even a follow up email. Carina was very nervous about going in without me, but they were so kind and spoke soothingly to us both. Great experience.

This Veterinarian is better by far than any vet in the area, their the cheapest now since affordable vet care closed down, but they absolutely care about your pets, and last year we took my old dog in to check out his leg, I found out he had cancer, and eventually we had to put him down but they were so calm, gentle, and let my husband and I sit with him through the whole process. They did phenomenal. Their receptionist are great, their pet nurses are great, and their doctors are too! Their a great business to welcome into your family much love every doctor and nurse and receptionist I've seen has taken time to answer questions, be friendly and so kind to my pets, thank you Alpine šŸ’œšŸ’œšŸ’œšŸ’œšŸ’œ

I started taking my dog to Alpine about 2.5 years ago. They have been great at getting appointments in quickly and are very friendly. The online portal has been great and easy to use and make appointments as well as keep up on my dogs vaccinations.If your dog is slightly nippy, you will be asked to muzzle them, regardless of age. But they still do a great job with the vet care itself.

I am a first time pet parent and my puppy and I were treated like family. I switched vets to Alpine AH and couldn't be happier. Dr Nichols is amazing! Knowledgeable and calm. My pup split one of his nails on his front paw and they got him right in and even came in under their quote for the cost. I am so glad I switched. When I was crying and distraught about my puppy and his wound, they comforted me as well and I couldn't have been more appreciative. They have gained life long customers! Great service and people!

I will say, I’ve been grateful that they have been able to take my dog in immediately when I call with an emergency unlike some other vets in this area, however everything seems to go downhill from there.They never make time for you to have any discussions with your vet. My dog was discharged after I paid them only to have a vet tech or receptionist call me to explain the situation, not the actual vet, even upon my request for the vet specifically. I proceeded to call them almost every day stating I had multiple questions both on my dog’s health that were unanswered AND the bill that I had paid only to either get voicemail or someone would constantly ā€œpass on my notesā€ to the vet without anything coming of it. I was also audibly told that on one day they would be taking 2 X-rays but I ended up having to pay for 4, with yet again no real explanation or confirmation from me because the vet wouldn’t contact me.It has been over a week and I still haven’t gotten any real response from them.I would say overall their communication is incredibly lacking both with the vet and the front offices. Most of the workers (except one kind lady) are very curt and sound incredibly annoyed anytime you call with questions (though I’m sure they got sick of seeing my number pop up each day.)This type of behavior after having paid them a significant amount of money and doing everything they asked by the letter has lost them my trust and business. The conversation I was wanting to have would have taken the vet 5 minutes of their time and instead with all the back and forth, they wasted my time and their own, and I never got clarification on my bill either so add mistrust over the price I had to pay as well.

After not getting a response from WSU, I turned to Alpine and got seen right away in the next hour. Rachel and Mckenzie were super friendly and knowledgeable and welcomed me in. A+ on front desk! Then Kayla took me back and she gave my kitten her vitals. She was super gentle and handled with great care. Then the veterinarian was extremely helpful diagnosing my 3 month old kitten. This place is VERY broke college student friendly. WSU over charges while if you just drive down the road a little bit longer and get to Alpine, you'll get a more budget friendly vet with better results and a more welcoming community.Thank you Alpine!

Hi, my name is Ty and my mom took me to a great place where everyone was so nice to me. I was scared but soon relaxed as I got all kinds of love. Mom was worried about me getting old so took me to the best place she could find for me and boy what a place. i got a total check up and none of it hurt and mommy felt so much better when the doctor finished because I am doing pretty good for a senior, just a little fat but the doctor is helping mom so she can make me lose weight. Boy there were no cats to bother me walking around either and all the other dogs were will behaved. It was so clean and nice there that mom says I will get to go back. I feel so much better now and so does mom . Thank you Alpine you are the best.

Wouldn't send a prescription for five days minimum. Gave me a false diagnosis, saying my lab has allergies, took her to a different vet and found out it was a tumor/cyst in the lungs that was spreading quickly. And that respiratory allergies are super rare and probably never affected a lab ever. So they just made up some malarkey to then charge me for looking.Gross malpractice/negligence on the party of the D- vet. You should be ashamed of yourself.

I've been coming here for a couple of years and have had only good experiences! When I was concerned my lab had frost bite on his paws last winter, they offered to see me last minute even though they were supposed to close early due to the snow. The staff is so friendly and kind, smiles all around and I always feel welcome (: today i brought in a kitten i found and got him a check up and dewormed. Alpine is the place to bring your pets!

My dogs have been going to Alpine approximately for the last 8 years. The staff at Alpine are always friendly, attentive, and professional. From the people at the front desk, the veterinarians to the kennel staff, the dogs are always in good care. The standard of services there is excellent. Consultations are meticulous, my dogs come home happy after every boarding period, and grooming is expertly done. Their puppy classes are also fun to attend.

Their staff is just the sweetest to work with every single time and even if they make a mistake, they are incredibly good at fixing it right away. They have great staff that are very nice, helpful, and extremely educated! The building is very clean and seems very organized. Something happened at the hospital and they needed to push my appointment back so they called to ask if that was okay otherwise they would try to see me at my original time. I have been seeing the same Veterinarian and Veterinarian Technician with my two cats and they are so sweet with both my cats. Even my older cat that is difficult at times! It is a great place with great people! 10 out of 10 recommend!

Mixed experiences…I got prescription cat food -that cost a ton- and I called asking to ask the vet a quick question (wondering if the stool should be so soft) I was told I had to make another appointment. To ask ONE simple question about the cat food I paid so much for. I really can’t afford the cost of an appointment for that. If they really care then why can’t the vet herself humor me for twenty seconds.One time I called before an appointment to let them know I was going to be five minutes late. They acted like I was causing the biggest inconvenience and like they were going the extra mile by letting me keep the appointment. When I got there I was waiting a while (if I was just to wait what was the big deal) and then someone came out and did the first part of the exam talking to me in the foyer.I honestly wouldn’t have cared if they had treated me nicely about the same thing but okay.It might just be a bad apple receptionist because another time I talked to someone and she was really helpful in trying to give me more options. She even did math for me so that’s dedication. She makes the one star a two star.

I brought my animal to this vet, and when I asked if there was paperwork to fill out, the receptionist laughed at me. Then, after a brief fifteen minute check-up (that cost $55), I was told my pet needed major surgery. I went elsewhere for a second opinion, and eventually learned that both the surgery and estimated price were completely unnecessary. The service at Alpine was not bad, but I'm glad I visited a second vet before blindly agreeing to put my pet through the emotional trauma of a superfluous surgery.

Overall my experience was good but there were some things that I think Alpine could do better. As someone who has worked in a veterinary clinic for years prior to seeking service at Alpine Animal Hospital I thought the facility was extremely well kept, the technicians were friendly, capable, and professional, and the doctor we see does an excellent job.However, the front desk staff seemed disorganized. I asked for them to pull records from another animal hospital that I adopted my cat from because I would like to transfer primary care of my cat, and I was disappointed to learn that was not done when my friend took my cat in for me for vaccines.Though I did not have any issues with the punctuality of my appointment I was again disappointed to hear my friend was not seen for a very long time after checking in with my cat. I understand this is partially due to record obtainment, but that probably should have been done when I requested it in the first place. She also informed me that checking out took too long even if she informed staff she needed to leave in a timely manner to get to class. Her concerns did not seem to be met. I'm not sure exactly what happened since I wasn't there but I think the front desk could work on some organization and timing skills.The hospital does a good job otherwise and I like the technicians and doctor. I would recommend them to any pet owner. But I'd also tell them to be prepared for long wait times and possible inconveniences upon check in and check out.

I've worked for multiple other vets, I've had pets my whole life, and one of my cats has had weird medical issues from the day he was born, so I've dealt with many vets in my life. After the past few years of experience with Alpine Animal Hospital as my pets' primary vet, I wouldn't go any where else. They provide great, compassionate care, are consistently reliable, always find time for urgent issues, and can be trusted to refer to a specialist for things that are beyond the capacity of a general vet office. Everyone there is very helpful, and provides clear, quick answers to all my questions. They truly care about the animals that come through their office.

My dogs were clients of Alpine Animal Hospital back in the late 70s/ early 80s, until I moved. When I moved back in 2006, I returned to Alpine, and I have been quite pleased with that decision. I feel that all 4 of my "fur kids" (2 dogs, 2 cats) have gotten excellent care. The vets and the staff are always great with them, and are very good at communicating with me. The dogs especially enjoy their trips to the vet: treats on the counter!!

I was very unsure and insecure leaving our cat, Angel, for boarding while we left on a family emergency. The staff at Alpine gave her lots of love and care during her stay and even emailed me that she was doing well and appeared to be enjoying her stay. It gave me such comfort that they took the time to inform me about Angel. When we came to pick Angel up, she was healthy and happy. The staff at Alpine were so personable and friendly to me! I felt as if they really did care for Angel and appreciated having me bring her to Alpine. Thank you Alpine for caring for Angel as much as we do! Your service is more than 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
