As a cat mom I'm more anxious than my own cats when it comes to entrusting them with anyone else. However, upon meeting Dr. Mary for the first time I was so relieved to find her truly kind and compassionate! Update: My Kitty had his teeth cleaned and some extractions and wow! His teeth was yellowed and now they are white again! Amazing dental work by Dr Lynn! Thank you so much for helping my Kitty. The front office and vet techs are very nice and informative as well. I'm very happy with this clinic and I highly recommend Prosser Animal Hospital. A+

Absolutely love Prosser Animal Hospital! Ever since my first visit with my fur baby, they have been amazing handling her much needed care. My sweet girl has a heart problem that they prescribed a medication for at a great price for a whole month’s worth. And just recently got her setup with a regimen of meds and special food for diagnosed diabetes. They have been so great at explaining things in detail so I understand it and are so accomidating to my crazy work schedule. Prosser Animal Hospital will be my forever vet. Hoping to bring my other baby there soon

Have you been to this Veterinary hospital? For those of you who follow me, you know I usually post about the great restaurants I visit. However once in awhile you visit a place, like this Vet hospital, and have such a great experience. You want everyone to know places like this really do exist!! I misunderstood about the time of my visit and showed up four hours early 😳 😳 Working with Dr. Mary's fantastic staff, she had me in within twenty minutes. Max received his checkup, his rabies and other shot, and was able to formulate a plan for Max's upcoming treatments. Thank you Dr. Mary!!!! And the tech who helped to make this happen- thank you 😊 Great people, very clean waiting and examining rooms!! Along with all your dog's food needs, leashes, and anything else you need!!! Great vet! Took our dog here, and he’s always very nervous to be at the vet. The people here were so nice and dealt with his nervousness like it was nothing. Much more affordable than vets in the tri cities too.

My first interaction with Prosser Animal Hospital was as my puppy was very ill, on the verge of passing away. They were very compassionate and helped me by taking my baby in as an emergency case to ensure he was pain free and managed his symptoms. Unfortunately he did end up passing while we were there, but they took the absolute best care to ensure his transition was peaceful and provided exceptional service throughout the whole process. I have since transferred the care of my other dog here, and will never take my animals anywhere else.Absolutely phenomenal staff, the veterinarians and vet techs were all absolutely amazing.

My baby had a bad ear thing. They didn't charge me an insane amount to walk in the door. They explained all of the pricing for what was necessary and the staff was amazing. I found my new vet office!

While the Boarding services were disappointing, I can’t say enough positive regarding their Vet care. We have been through some crazy fur kid stuff and have always had superb care for our animals. The referrals they’ve given have been spot on, from other care providers to nutritional and testing needs. Every surgical experience has been flawless. Staff is exceptional. Doctors are best - bedside manner, to emergency treatment, to research & treatment, to Rainbow Bridge support. Zero complaints. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend.

Good service and fair prices. Very long wait time to get back to a room. I was there for at least an hour and a half total with about 20 minutes of that being the actual appointment with the vet. However, if you have the time to wait that long I would recommend this vet to anybody.

What an amazing team!!! I cannot recommend them highly enough. Dr. Mary cares deeply for the pets in her charge. She is so knowledgeable and willing to take the time to answer questions. Dr Mary and her team stayed after hours to perform an emergency c-section for my labrador. My girl was in distress and without Dr. Mary and her team, I could have lost her and the pups. The staff is so friendly, quick to respond, knowledgeable, and it’s obvious that they love what they do! I’m so thankful to have the amazing team at Prosser Animal Hospital. I know my pets are in exceptional hands!

Do not take your animals here. They are unkind and they lie. We brought one of our dogs into to be seen because of a limp and we asked the vet multiple times if the dog had cancer the vet said no it was just an injury however on the documents for our files we asked for the vet stated on the paperwork the dog had cancer without telling us. They stated a whole different story that was not true then when we explained what happened to our dog. They also expect you to drop off your animal and come back for them. You are not aloud to be with your dog to be checked out. The front staff has an attitude when you ask simple questions. Don’t bring your animal here.

My little dog needed her teeth cleaned and a lump removed they were able to do both on the same day. Which saved me a lot of time, I was given an estimate ahead of time so I knew what to expected. The Doctor and staff were very nice and explained everything ahead of time and took the time to answer questions when I went to pick her up. Much nicer place than driving to the trip-cities and paying double what I paid here. Thank you all for treating us so well!

We took our Pitbull Zay in to get him neutered, they handled him extremely well and welcomed him. His recovery is AMAZING. The young lady who helped us was extremely clear about the aftercare and answered all my questions clearly. Super affordable prices & great care for your fur babies. I have taken all of my pets to PAH for at least 15 years now. There is no veterinary clinic I trust more with my fur babies, and Dr Mary and Dr Celeste make it affordable and they actually care about your pets. Best veterinary clinic I've ever used❤️

I've been going to the Prosser Animal Hospital for 8 years now, and I've given them a fair amount of challenges with my many cats. They've always been willing to answer questions, return phone calls, and treat my pets like they're a part of the family (though sometimes I wonder if I'll get my pet back, they love them so much). They also have fair prices, an experienced staff, and keep a very clean house. I'd recommend them to anyone who wants professional, caring medicine at a great price.

We live a good 30 minute drive away from Prosser animal hospital however if we lived 3 hours away we would still take our loved animals to Prosser for their primary veterinary needs. We have had 6 animals go through Prosser animal hospital in the last 18 years and they have been there for every one of our Pets needs and been so understanding and very loyal and loving toward us and our pets from our precious pets first checkup to their last checkup. Prosser animal hospital is a blessing for family pets! We are fortunate to have such a wonderful veterinary family and such amazing prices!Cheryl

Everyone that works at the Prosser Animal Hospital have always been helpful, friendly and professional. They have always helped us whether it was scheduled or an emergency.
