Amber and her staff are amazing! Love how they always take care of my little guys and how handsome they look when they’re done being groomed! I also appreciate that they work on them as they come in. Other groomers would have my little guys all day. So I know they’d be in a holding kennel for most part of the day with other groomers. Not with out west pet grooming.

Gus and I love Out West Pet Grooming. We've been going there most of the last 12 1/2 years. I adopted by Gus from Amber and he still remembers Amber and get excited the minute we pull in to the parking lot. They do a great job and I highly recommend Amber and her crew.

We adopted our Lab (Stella; her name at adoption was Chubaka Princess or something like that - lol) from Outwest a few years back. Really great people who have a genuine love for animals. Stella is a healthy and happy puppers enjoying her home on 120 acres in Oregon!

Terrible they over cut my dogs nails and he started bleeding I was also given back my pet with a ‘trim’ when he was close to being bald. He didn’t have matted fur so there was no reason to cutting his fur that short when I never asked for it. At first they tried to book me 3 months away from November which I thought was absolutely ridiculous as to the fact that they tried to book me so far away but I thought sense they’re booked they must be good so I took the date but when I took my pup in he came back terrible the fur wasn’t even cut evenly he had really choppy fur so I took him to pampered pets in Prosser and they did an amazing job when making his fur even and treating him and I well.

Brandi and Amber who run this place are the sweetest and kindest people. They are really quick on responding emails and are full of lots of information. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to adopt a new furry friend.

I paid $50 for a "hair cut" for my puppy that came out choppy and when they clipped his nails they went to far back and cut him now his nail is infected!!! They also told me they'd brush his teeth and didn't even bother and still charged me extra. SO MAD!
