We love going in there. The ppl are so friendly and know my grandkids by name. They love coming in and seeing their friends that work there. No matter how busy it is they find time to at least say hi to the boys. Very friendly and helpful if you are not sure what you want or need.

While the staff was helpful, the person behind the register wasn't wearing a mask even though there was a sign on the door indicating that masks were required. After she was helping me for a bit, another employee that was wearing a mask came to the counter and then took off her mask as well. I won't be supporting this business anymore.

Arrogant and defiantly.As a business they of all should abide by the state mandates of protective face coverings.It was obvious that they were spoiling for a conformation.My family members have health related issues and I try best to protect them. This will be my last visit to this establishment who only cares about their own self-centered selves.This store is located in a county with the highest cover rates in the state.

Caveat Emptor - Let the Buyer BewareBought a pair of jeans from the Prosser store yesterday. It was my first purchase from this chain. Turns out one of the belt loops was broken, and I only discovered this after having washed them and starting to put them on this morning. There is a sign in the store that says that returns must be accompanied by a receipt. "No problem," I said to myself. I had held onto the receipt just in case something like this should happen.Went to the store with the jeans and receipt after work today, expecting to be able to exchange them. They said I could not return or exchange because I had washed them and the belt loop was broken (as I showed them). They thus could not put them back on the rack. Nevermind that the receipt was dated yesterday; it's not like it's been a month of hard wearing or anything.With a broken belt loop, I would expect that they would simply RMA them, not put them back out for someone else to mistakenly buy. But no. I was out of luck. I'm unhappy. This first purchase at NW Farm Supply may be my last.

Listen to this I went down town PROSSER at ace hardware and needed a few nails just about 10-15 but the manger said I had to buy at least a box of nail I ask him how much they were he informed me $20 a box I stated it will be a Cold day in hell before I pay that price so I was on my way to Lowe's in Pasco to buy the nails I needed when I saw NW FARM SUPPLY I went in and ask the older women is she had any nails she stated that the sell them by the box I said how much now this is what pisses me off the same nails same name brand and she sold them for $2.99 a box shame on you ace hardware in PROSSER your a bunch of low lifes I'll make sure to tell everyone how your thieves at the store

Small store that carries most of what you need on a daily basis for farm animals. They have a helpful pull up and load area, where feed can be loaded into your vehicle after paying inside.

This farm store has a staff that will virtually bend over backwards to get whatever y'all need. From feed/supplements to clothing/footwear (extensive line of boots) to parts/accessories for utility/RV trailers. I needed a waste valve for my 5th wheel RV. They were able to order it for pick up with a minimal shipping cost. Also found bait for my wasp traps for comparable price. The utility trailers in stock are a small amount of what is available. They are built in the Hermiston store, so y'all can probably customize somewhat. I'll be getting my boots there instead of driving to Ranch and Home. Check it out, y'all. GIT-ER-DONE!
