These recent years through the United States we've done the distance equivalent of more than two times circling the globe. Without the help of dozens of Love's across the country that doesn't happen. Kudos. Respect. But if I've been to an even more friendly and welcoming Loves in the country I can't remember it. Ms Diane and her staff, off the charts kind and helpful. Thank you. James

This Store is Filthy, the cooler area is costantly covered in sticky yuck from leaking beverages. It used to be nicer, really gone down hill the last year or so. Sad

This place is nice and clean. It has literally everything.But we were looking for a place to park our truck, and this place was full. If you’re looking for parking you can also go behind Taco Bell and KFC nearby, there is also a place for trucks and a gas station with restrooms and shop.

This is one of the better Loves I stop at. The bathrooms are always clean and so are the showers. The people are always nice and always seem to be busy cleaning or doing other chores... This location is only 7 months old so everything is still nice and new. I hope the newness doesn't ware off and this Loves doesn't become like some of the others ive been to....

Great stop. Shop crew very pleasant to work with. They are certain to brighten up your day with their warm personalities. Spacious parking. Shop bays are not pull through bays. Do not block shop by parking beside the scale. This area is for the scale customers, numerous doubles that frequent this location, and for vehicles backing in and out of the shop.

The showers are big and exceptionally clean. The only thing I would say is if you buy out a pilot or flying j at least make them look like loves “HOME”. There was one in South Dakota they turned into a loves that was a pilot or flying j. But once you go Loves you never go pilot lol.

Had to have a new radiator put in. Joe and all the other shop folks are 1000% topnotch. They kept me informed and actually got done quickly. 100% trust in these folks at this shop.

Bathrooms are pretty decent. Shelves were stocked...just not as zipped up as the well oiled machine in another Love’s location in Idaho.

Clean bathrooms, lots of pumps and parking. Has lots of hot food options and a Carl’s Jr. connected to it. Near a Holiday Inn and a Rest Area.

Love's in Prosser, Washington is a new Truck Stop across from chevron Truck Stop. Lots of places to Dine, Starbucks or Chinese Restaurant. Very clean and staff is Friendly and Helpful. 24hr. "On Call Road Service"!

Unprofessional, rude, arrogant and aggressive team member Emma Saxton needs to learn what customer service is or, if incapable of providing good customer service, she can focus more on other duties like merchandising and cleaning the bathrooms. Or work somewhere else.I am a professional truck driver regularly stopping at Loves. Been to Prosser many times and until now had a positive experience with friendly staff, until Emma Saxton refused to serve me ( I was next in line), told me to wait and served the customer behind me first for no reason.

What makes this loves the best is that it has trail that leads to city side walk.i took walk in city and seen that it s places where trucker can spend his/her 34reset to enjoy outing for food ,theater,wine tasting and art.loosen up !get out of the your truck ...

Worst loves I have ever been to I had to pay for shower 17.00 buck’s. Then I’m waiting I see two other people leave shower I go back there to check if someone is cleaning no one is cleaning then I ask lady at register if someone cleaning showers and she is literally looking at computer screen doing nothing. Tells me there are only two people in store . Then I asked well can you page some one or you do it she turned around and said if you want a shower you’re going to wait. Then I see a 3rd employee walk by and I said what about her I get told she is on break I will never stop at this loves again

Decent station. Restrooms smelled cleaner and looked cleaner than most Love’s I’ve been to around the country. Customer service was friendly also.

Stopped at noon last Saturday, August 19th. Needed to purchase some items and the lady cashier was very helpful and courteous. The store was clean, the restrooms were clean and it was an enjoyable experience. Highly recommend Love's in Prosser.

Pay your employees to stay home if sick. I went in Thursday 9/31 for a brief bathroom stop and to get some caffienne. The cashier was visibly sick and not wearing a mask, I tested positive for covid on Sunday 10/1, cashier was the only person actively sick that I encountered. Due better with your employees and pay them to stay home when sick.

Nice stop! I was able to get in and out fairly quickly. 20 minutes! Able to use the restroom grab a few things from the convenient store as well as pick up breakfast at Carl’s Jr. Took my time leaving the property and got my 30 minute break.

Like the shirt and long handled squeegees. Large islands for big vehicles. Carl's Jr. inside. Gas has ethanol. Propane prices are really high.

Bald guy at the Night shift needs an attitude check. Old man walks in and waits in line for more than 10 minutes because there's no cashier and then he asks for 7 dollars of fuel and the cashier laughs. Very professional dude

Got $60 worth of gas but Loves seems to think running my card 3 times for $175 was smart. Not entirely sure why Loves is withholding $525 for $60 worth of gas but I am considering filing a suit in small claims on this one.

Very clean Loves.Very Clean showers.Very clean restroom.Parking lot very clean.Haven’t seen this place ever out of order.And the staff are great.Manager Frank.Helped me with a return.Went above and way beyond having patience and making sure I was able to return my Garmin GPS.And the whole time He kept everything around him operating.Handling customers while waiting on me and was very helpful to other customers the Whole time.Thanks for your help. And hope Loves acknowledges the great employees they do have!!

Pissed me off, I had to go inside 4 times to get diesel and def at the same time! The pumps won't take a regular credit card. Gotta go inside and pre pay. Pretty inconvenient ya ask me. Just the big truck side. Still, make it work huh? Writing off Love's as a travel stop till it's fixed!
