A really great truck stop! It is worth the small detour!!! Everything is so clean.The convenience store has restrooms and SHOWERS. The McDonald’s is 50 yards from your truck. The drive thru smoothie/coffee shop is 100 yards from your truck. There are several hotels very close and Love’s is about a mile away. There is a rest area next door but it only holds about 6 trucks.

I am a truck driver so I spent the night here because it was convenient. The restrooms were in real need of attention and were neglected even after we informed the employees. We got some chicken from the restaurant but it tasted stale and dry. The next morning we decided to take a shower and were told it was $15 with a $10 towel deposit. The shower head wasn’t connected to the wall so you had to hold it by hand. When we got to the shower we asked the employee for an extra towel for my wife. When we finished and returned the towels they said there was an extra charge because there was two people and they didn’t know there was two of us. I pointed out they were the ones who gave us the towels and we were both there when they gave them to us. In the end they were quite rude and wouldn’t return our towel deposit. An overall bad experience at this location. I don’t recommend this place to anyone and I will not be back.

Love this place, the employees are so kind, day and night. They've gone above and beyond with customer service. Always fresh products and fast service too. They even have a rewards program now. Ask a cashier for the card, and you just register online, than you can get free product!

This is one of the worst ambest stops I've been to in awhile. One employee to man the car and diesel pumps. Same employee to take care of all customers. Maybe if they paid their employees better, they might have enough help. Walked around in the store for 30 mins waiting for a shower to be cleaned. When Crystal had time, no one in the store but myself, she went and cleaned the fountain machine, counters and stocked shelves instead. That could have been done after the showers were cleaned. Hey Crystal, you need a lesson in customer service.If you need a shower, go to the Loves across the street. They treat you better.

Average, but understandable as this is a very busy facility and not enough workers to handle the problem. They can't keep up with hot foodies and roller grill items. Same vendor choice for flavors and Frito Lay not offering sale pricing on their products. Employees try to be cheery and helpful but they are overwhelmed with the amount of customers.

The facility and employees are great. The administration are foolish to require $10 for a free ambest shower they just cost me a shower & fueling here. I don't carry cash & leaving my ambest card which had a higher balance than $10 wasn't good enough so therefore I couldn't shower.They just lost a diesel customer over nothing but ignorance gone to seed.

Would not recommend to anyone when the lady w curly dirty blonde hair is working. The past 2 times I’ve been in she has made rude remarks to me and my friend. She rushed us out of the store cause she had to “pee”, told us to hurry up and pick something out. Complained the whole time we were in there. 0/10

Worst Customer Service. I stop to get a shower and rest . They ask for deposit for the key and after you get done, they need you to take your towels to the front to cashier and show them you didn't steal them. Extreme bad attitude and make you feel less than , I have not felt so disrespected from a truck stop in a long time.

Gas and propane prices are never listed, and if your an RV owner avoid this place. The owner "Steve" is rude and doesn't like us. He will call the cops if you stay over night. He doesn't care if you are a frequent customer. "Steve" claimed to be the owner but also said "Christiansan" owned it, and immediately called the cops after telling us we can't be there.

Not much of a truck stop, has some parking quite a small lot. The fuel station bathroom should be re modeled it's not very appealing. Based on that didn't even want to shower here. At least it's a place to sleep for the night. On the plus side, the clerks are fun to talk to.

So far it hasn't been a good experience. I'm stuck here on a 34hr reset because I'm out of time on my 70. As someone else noted, it has a small dirt lot for parking. Finding a spot wasn't too bad because I got here early. I went in to use the restroom, and it was clear that this isn't one of the big name stops. The restroom needs some serious cleaning. When I was looking around the store, the ice cream caught my eye because it was rather hot outside. While I was deciding on a flavor, one of the clerks walked out the front door. The other one was having a tough time operating the register. He was also trying to charge another driver for a service that is free with a fuel purchase. After about 5 minutes, the other clerk came back. When she got to the register, she completely ignored me and said she could help the person who had just walked in the door. Irritated, I let out a sigh. She looked at me and said, "oh, can I help you?". I replied, "never mind, go right ahead!" Then I walked out the door thinking it was probably better not to get anything to eat there after seeing the condition of the restroom.

Extremely clean, went in around eight and everything was sparkling clean and smelled great. The clerk and the cook were nice, without being overly nice. The women's bathroom was clean my husband said the men's bathroom was fair. There is a lot of ice between the truck parking and the store. There are fast food restaurants in walking distance (McDonald's, burger king, KFC), Sit down our carry out Chinese food restaurant across street (fair), across the street and down is a plaza with a vape shop, Mexican restaurant, Mexican bakery that also has a small grocery store, and a coming soon Dominos pizza. Hope this has helped.

The kindest cashier helped us out tonight with some double bags, I didn't catch her name but it was about 9:45 tonight. She made this pregnant lady VERY happy!! Young one needs a raise for her generosity.

A lot places to eat and a grass lane for your pets. After 8pm you have to get creative with parking your truck. There's a Love's across the street too..

While it may not be top notch it is a place to park. If you get in early you won't have any problems. McDonald's, KFC, and Burger King very close. Rest rooms may not be great at truck stop but rest area is in walking distance too! Cant ask for everything every time.

Great place to spend the night in a truck. One of the old truckstops before they started ripping all of them out. I like the atmosphere much better the the new ones. They make you feel at home.

Excelent place to park if you're delivering at Walmart Grandview. On weekdays it gets full really fast though. KFC, McDonald's, Taco bell and a couple of other places are nearby to get some food.
