Since moving to Washington, I've heard about the great coffee scene. However, most places in Kitsap Peninsula are drive-thrus. I prefer sitting in a cafe, so finding Urban City Brew Co was a pleasant surprise. Despite having a drive-thru, their coffee is delicious with a unique menu. The excellent customer service made me feel appreciated. They even have a picnic table outside, offering a nice spot to enjoy your coffee with a view. Maybe I've been doing it wrong—coffee outdoors seems to be the way to go.

My husband and I got an iced white chocolate mocha and I got a "Spunky Turtle" latte, which is salted caramel, chocolate and praline and it was delicious! The girls who worked here were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back here when we are in Silverdale.

I've been coming here regularly since I moved up here with my husband in 2018. Urban City was the first coffee hut I tried when we got here, and I've been obsessed since. They have a huge variety of flavors for Redbull spritzers and of course, fantastic coffee! All the girls that work there are always wonderful!

The best coffee I ever had. I’m from out of state and I got hooked on their iced white chocolate mocha while visiting. Absolutely delicious and so much bigger, better, and cheaper than Starbucks. Great area and convenient drive through. Also, the girls that work there are so sweet and personable! 10/10 recommend!

They are by far my favorite place in Kitsap county to get coffee definitely better then Starbucks I never been to Dutch Bros .. Everyone that works here is super friendly so I definitely recommend urban city brew

I've been here a few times, and the coffee is always decent, and it's conveniently located near my house, but I went down this morning at 730AM for coffee, and they were closed?even though Google says they open at 700AM, which is already later than a lot of coffee shops around here. Pretty disappointing when all you wanted was coffee and you wasted a drive to find out they weren't really open.

Nice people but the coffee is super watery, it doesn’t have a bold flavor or any flavor at all. I enjoy the people very much but they need coffee that actually tastes like coffee. I just got an americano and it looks like water with cream in it.

I don’t typically take the time to review things but I was very happy with the service and coffee! Lattee was good and not overly milky. Spiced chai was delicious and not overwhelming and the burritos where yummy as well. We found our new spot!

Really great coffee. Super friendly service. They have an efficient ordering system where you order on one side and pick up on the other after following their drive thru. A line of 5 cars goes thru surprisingly fast.

I was overcharged and cheated of my money by the girl who took my order. The menu board said a 12oz drink gets a single shot. I intended to order a 12oz hemp mocha with am extra shot (2 shots total). I knew when I looked at the prices it was going to be a bit more than I wanted to spend, but I’ve been wanting to check this place out for a while! After running my card, the girl then tells me that the 12oz drink already has two shots and I’d be getting three. She asked if I wanted the third, and I said no. It didn’t compute until after I left that she had just over charged me for a shot that I didn’t end up getting. She didn’t even ask me if I wanted to refund my order so she could charge me properly. Not sure if this was a purposeful move on her part or if it were an accident. But the fact that she didn’t move to correct the mistake speaks to a lack of concern for the customer. I hope this isn’t the business model displayed by the owners to the employees and that it was a one time thing! I was looking forward to a fresh new coffee stand in Poulsbo. Can’t say I’ll recommend Urban City unless they choose to be proactive about correcting this issue. Who knows how many more people this could happen to on the daily?

My go-to coffee drive thru! The baristas are always friendly and the coffee is great. My other half loves peanut butter mochas, and they make theirs with real peanut butter. They also don't make their drinks too sweet, which is great because I actually like to taste my coffee!

I ordered the most delicious hot chocolate! It was was smooth and creamy. One of the best I have had in the area. The service was great. The baristas were friendly and quick. I will be returning!

This is my regular haunt when it comes to coffee. Infinitely better than the green mermaid and thus far the best place I've found in Silverdale. The ladies are always welcoming and make my coffee the way I like it. Urban City truly is Bitchin' Coffee!

Omg, I'm so educated in coffee and only like coffee from 2 places in Kitsap County, this is My #1 location for perfect coffee, the consistency from batista to batista is great, the staff is friendly always willing to please, and the manager runs a tight ship!On my personal days I bring it home to transfer into the Jack Cup!
