Sarah is awesome! She went over and above AND beyond to help me fix a problem and get a perfect match! And she loves her work. 5 stars!

DO NOT TRUST HOME DEPOT OR THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY LIE! I ordered a new fridge and when it was delivered, there was a big dent in the front panel. So they told me to call customer service and they would take care of it. After calling they told me i'd have to wait 2 weeks and they would get me a new one. After I checked out the fridge further. I realized that it had damaged my laminate flooring while installing it. Taking out a inch size chunk where the wheel goes for the fridge. On top of that, they also Damage the driveway. I reported this when I called customer service and was told that it would take two weeks to get the new fridge in and that I would be getting a call about the damage that was done. I called multiple times and they always said someone would call me and no one ever called. Then 2 weeks comes and they deliver the NEW fridge and the outside looked Great, I was happy. When I looked inside the manual and papers were taped to the side of the fridge. I didn't think anything of it. Once the installors had left. I grabbed the manual to read it, realizing that there was a big scratch that had been HIDDEN behind the manuals. At that point I was so frustrated with the process. I figured the blemish wasn't on the outside, I'll just live with it. Then during the night there was this horrendous noise that started and lasted between 15 and 30 seconds. I didn't know what it was at first it took me a couple days of this happening maybe once a day when I was home and finally I figured it out. It was the NEW fridge, the noise is coming from the side of the fridge that was damaged that was supposed to be NEW the fridge they gave me was not new. How do you damage a new fridge on the inside? DO NOT TRUST HOME DEPOT OR THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY LIE!

New return system is absolute garbage. The employees are wonderful and very nice, but the computer system that processes returns has frozen on my twice now, at two locations and they've had to completely reset their system.Honestly going to start going to Lowes. As a contractor having returns is common, I don't want to waste 30-45mins everytime I need to return a few items. Haven't had this issue with Lowes yet.

Home Depot, on the whole, stands as a reliable home improvement haven, catering to diverse needs with a vast array of products. The store layout is efficient, and the availability of items is impressive. However, an area that could use improvement is the management. While the store operates smoothly for the most part, there's a sense that the overall management could be more adept at fostering a positive and efficient environment. This is where individuals like Todd and Kass shine as beacons of exceptional service. These two employees, in particular, elevate the Home Depot experience.Todd, with his extensive knowledge of products and a willingness to assist, embodies the customer-centric approach one expects in a retail environment. His dedication to ensuring customers find what they need and comprehend product nuances is commendable. It's individuals like Todd who make the visit worthwhile, turning it into an educational and pleasant shopping experience.Similarly, Kass brings a level of enthusiasm and helpfulness that is truly outstanding. From aiding customers in navigating the store to providing insightful recommendations, Kass goes above and beyond. Their commitment to delivering exceptional service is evident, creating an atmosphere that fosters customer loyalty. It's not just about their individual contributions; it's about the leadership potential they exude. Observing Todd and Kass in action sparks a desire to see them take on more significant roles within the management structure. Their ability to connect with customers, streamline processes, and enhance the overall shopping experience makes them ideal candidates for positions of influence. In conclusion, while Home Depot is a go-to destination for home improvement needs, the management aspect could benefit from a more customer-centric approach. Individuals like Todd and Kass exemplify the excellence that can be achieved, and one can only hope to see them play a more prominent role in shaping the store's management for an even better Home Depot experience.

Ordinarily this is a four- or five-star HD for me. But not since the dismal days of Bob Nardelli has HD customer service been so abysmal as in my experience yesterday. Usually it’s difficult to find an orange vest when you need one, but yesterday I had six(!) of them within ten feet and do you think I could get one of them to help me??? Not a chance. Eventually they paged for yet another to come, instead of asking me directly how they could help me. All I wanted to ask was where the Hampton Bay downrods were. That’s all. Finally another customer answered my question, “On the end cap behind the fans.” Just ten feet away from me. Just fifteen feet away from the atrociously named Customer Service desk! The manager of this HD needs to get the employees to focus on the Customer.

Lack of reasonable help with a defective appliance. Over a month now, with a non-working, new LG refrigerator.Home Depot used to be a good company.

Excellent customer service, i waited while items were being returned. Cashier was kind and courteous. She took the labels off of everything and offered to check the contents to make sure everything was there.

I never have a problem finding someone to help me with questions. If they don't know an answer they find someone who does

Yes they most certainly earned their one star review. I came in ready to purchase flooring. I had all my dimensions and new exactly what I wanted I just needed a little bit of help shopping around and figuring out how to get it done. There were several employees in the store but not one of them knew anything about flooring. I don’t think flooring is to hard however apparently it is because of the 20 employees they had there that day none of them could help. So I guess the bottom line is if you’re looking for some cheap things or substandard lumber or things like that then Home Depot is good however if you want something more specific than try somewhere else.

Not to give away my new found secret but early morning is the time to get help here. The staff has went above and beyond helpful towards helping me correct my weak plans and walk out with a good path and product. I've been lumber project heavy lately and they've helped me cut wood and pick wood that fits my budget. All projects were successful, limited revisits, and the family approved (bonus). Thanks for the help.

Why is there a dishwasher in my garden?Because Home Depot failed five times to install my new one (including the time the delivery guy showed up, but FORGOT THE DISHWASHER!!). On the fifth visit (which took 2.5 hours) they succeeded in uninstalling my old dishwasher, but not in installing the new one. And since they’re not allowed to reinstall the old one, they left my old dishwasher in my yard, and drove away without a word. I didn’t even know the guy had left.

I’ve been here dozens of timesI normally buy gloves hereBut I’ve bought bathroom faucets and a sink here in the past month along with pipes for the sink. The staff at this facility seems to be friendlyI recommend this place if you need new light fixtures, cabinets, sinks, faucets, or pipes. The staff are great at helping you haul the heavy equipment to your car.

Largest Home Depot we have ever seen. Wide isles and greater high quality selections than the average HD. The on shelf items seemed more neatly arranged than other stores. We recommend this this place.

Kathy who was working in the truck rentals on 4/29/23 around 2-4pm was absolutely the WORST human being I have ever had to deal with. The worst. The phone rang forever. I mean FOREVER. I clocked it 12 minutes. Then when she finally answered the phone I got an agitated and aggressive “yes! Hello!”. She then proceeded cut me off repeatedly as I was just trying to ask ONE question. I don’t know what is up with her, but she should NOT be working in customer service. She definitely shouldn’t be working with people in general. She seems to hate everyone who breathes her air.If anyone should be ticked, IT’S ME! But still I was polite to this troll of a woman. Awful! If I could give ZERO stars, I would do so many times over. Never going back there again. Management at Poulsbo Home Depot, you need to do something about her.

If you ever do an online pickup and have the pleasure of Pat assisting you, consider yourself lucky. He is incredibly kind and respectful and was just a joy to interact with. Oozing with politeness and a genuine individual. Thanks Pat!

I rarely go to home depot, like maybe twice a year. There is one between my work and home, so I stopped for some fall items. Gutter cleaning supplies, downspout traps, door draft guards, outdoor faucet covers. The selection was horrible, 1 type of each item. I used to be able to ask the cashier for a military discount (I'm retired USAF), but apparently you have to register online first. When I asked the young lady at self checkout I got a whole lot of attitude "you need to do that online, we haven't done that here for months", I told her, "I'm sorry, I don't think I've been in here for a year", but she'd already stopped paying attention. Oh yeah, the first thing I noticed when I drove into the parking lot was they'd gotten rid of the Veteran parking spots. So that's 2 ways Home Depot made me feel less cared for as a veteran. I dislike Amazon, but this trip to Home Depot has me looking to Amazon first from now on.

Customer service is lacking and the company's policy of supporting our military is counterintuitive from the rest of the service industry. To apply a military discount, you must file online and stores do not provide signage, nor support to sign up on location. I will be driving 10 extra miles to get the same products needed but from a better service model at Lowes next time I need supplies for a home improvement.

Staff mostly not interested in helping customers. Won't cut a small piece of wood to size as they abide strictly by minimum cut volume policy. Stock wood on shelf is such poor quality that even the available lumber employee recommended against purchasing. To cap it all off, when I checked out my subtotal showed that Home Depot stopped offering the veterans discount on lumber... Would have been helpful to know that in advance. Recommend shopping at Lowe's or another hardware store.

I’ll start by saying this is the best stocked Home Depot on this side of the water. However it is the worst when it comes to waiting to check out. The fact you have 20-30 employees walking around the store hardly working at all times and one cashier working with 6 available checkouts with a line of about 10 people. Then you have self checkout with a line of about 15 people at nearly all times, it’s pretty sad. You’re not saving money. Put some employees back on checkout…

I've used this Home Depot a few times in the last 6 months and it's probably my favorite one I've ever been to. It's clean and well stocked. It's not local to me but I have property on the Olympic Peninsula and this is the closest to it. I have been to so many different HD in WA and this one is by far the best I've been to. I can't comment on the service much but I bought a grill there 4th of July weekend and they were very helpful and quick so I have no complaints.

Store manager really let this place go. From the Trailer parking, to half Hazzard attempt for rentals, to the customer service being gone. The blocking in the parking lot and just general mess in the store. Things are constantly not in the right places and mislabeled. Seems to be from the management. I am sure they would use the excuse that they are short handed but that only explains about 10% of the issues. I wouldn’t even bother going to this store. If you have to use a home depot, save the time and headache and go to Silverdale.

Where do I start? From the trash policies it forces upon it's employees to the absolute lack of motivation and customer service skills from (most of the cashiers are good) the employees on the floor. We won't even get into the lack of knowledge because if you're going to home depot for installation/technical help... well let's just say you're better off doing some research on youtube. There's nothing more frustrating than needed help getting something down, getting some cuts of wire, or needing something unlocked to only be told that "this isn't my department". It's a good thing for home depot that Lowes is just as bad as far as service, but has garbage for products. It's amazing what we'll sacrifice for convenience.

Home depot chain is amazing and makes my life easier. I appreciate the chain. My biggest gripe is some people working at Poulsbo store has absolutely garbage work ethic, no training, no-professionalism.It is one thing to be lazy behind on your desk job on your piece of paper, when you are in front of customer, you need to put best foot forward. Kathy IIRC was the customer service rep who faked herself to help me. She needs to stop working there or better learn to work efficiently and with some professionalism. Took 15 min to look up an order. Had to check the same order number 4 times each time pulled up a different order. This is with absolutely no exaggeration. Took additonal 10 min to locate a cancelled order which was promised to be kept till the weekend. Then voluteers to check it out for me. I told her I will do self check out that only took me 3 min. Then looks for my other order which takes another 15 min but couldn't locate it. I told her I will go load so she can get it sorted. After I load my other order after checking it out myself, she had found my order. If you purposefully take 40 minutes to help a person for an online order, you know you are slow. Time to learn or need to stop wasting other people's time.

Avoid this place if you are in the market for a new washing machine. My family and i have been through 3 of them here and everyone of them has been faulty. Plus the delivery crew is so bad too, they called and said they where 10 minutes away, well we ended up waiting an hour in a half. The driver claimed he got "lost" and demanded a 5 star rating, hell no. The delivery crew is getting a one star rating. We will be looking elsewhere for a washing machine that actually works.Update: today on 9/28/23 I tried using a gift card that my mom gave me and you now are required to scan your driver's license, on top of that the self checkout said the gift card was "offline" and was able to get help but after the second time it said it only had a balance of $1.64 on it out of $26. Home Depot has gotten so bad. I will just take my business to Lowe's and buy my tools there since home Depot clearly doesn't want it.
