I love this pharmacy but I updated my new email and phone number 4 months ago at least. The last 3 times meds have been ready I have received no notice. Each time I have again updated my info. I'm 60 yrs old... Please fix this problem

Horrible communication between stores. Kingston sent my prescription to poulsbo because Kingston didn't have it after sitting for 90 minutes and poulsbo said they would have it when I walked in and sat for 75 more minutes. Never use this horrible store

I have been with Right Aid Pharmacy, two different locations for over 25+ years. My favorite stores are Poulsbo and Silverdale. Great staff! Holla! Yo Gloria!

The woman at the checkout stand with short grey hair, and glasses is very rude. Hey Rite-Aid! This location has 3 stars. It sells the same things as everyone else. If you want people to choose this store over your competitors, hire better employees!

I have written a much longer review on Yelp, however the only thing I would like to tell people here, is please do NOT use this location if your meds are the type you cannot abruptly discontinue. They do not care, and violated some key laws with regard to prescriptions. They jacked with someone who has thirty years of pharmacy experience and also legal expertise.

I'd give 5 stars if their Rx pricing was lower. I've never had any problems with the pharmacy. They have an excellent automated refill system - I don't have to do anything, I get a 'time to order refill text', I text '1' in reply, I get mssg when reorder is filled and ready for pickup. The customer service is excellent. The pills are correct ones and so are dosing instructions - recently had a friend who wasn't using Rite Aid, and she ended up with some Chinese knock offs from her web-based pharmacy. Put her in the hospital.

Use to love coming to this pharmacy. The people treated me with respect and was personable. I was ok knowing that the people here were in charge of my medication. Now two months in a row, they have not given me my prescription on time or the right amount. I have PTSD. You don't mess with mental health meds. People take them for a reason. Not only do I not get the correct amount or the medication in the 1st place but when calling, I personally have been on hold not just once or twice but 3 times now for longer than 10 minutes.The old crew, I have high respect for. Your newly employed needs better training!!! I try my hardest to not get mad however im losing my patience. If you knew me, I barely have patience now. If I get put in a manic stage again, I will hold the pharmacy accountable. You people are in charge of other people's lives. DON'T FORGET THAT.

Called the pharmacy to have some prescriptions filled.. They do not answer. I'd like to know if my medication is ready before I drive over. Called the pharmacy while standing next to it, inside the store, and it did not ring inside. Asked the pharmacist if their phone is broken and they said it was ringing off the hook. There was no line and the parking lot is practically empty. Get your prescriptions elsewhere.

My son had problems with the Safeway in Kingston and now he is living in Poulsbo and wanted a closer pharmacy. His medications require routine blood testing and are quite strong. He requires blister pac dosaging which not many pharmacies provide. Jasper, the pharmacist, was very helpful and went above and beyond in order to help get his prescriptions filled and made available for easy administration. I highly recommend Jasper and his pharmacy.

This is the second time my scrip has been filled with a medicine my Doc. took me off of 6 months ago and I didn't catch it until I got home. (Last time, I made sure to tell them that my doctor does not want me on that one medicine,) Now I am out of a necessary med and must make another trip into town to straighten it out, and go without in the meantime. Once, it's a forgivable mistake. Twice, it borders on negligence. If it happens a third time, I will switch pharmacies.

As a location for disease control. I do not recommend going here. Bathroom is absolutely disgusting. I don't give bad reviews unless it's totally obviously necessary. The manager used excuses for my facts I expressed. It's not hard to be clean.

The pharmacy frequently incorrectly fills our family's prescription, and once I even got someone else's Patient Verification Form in my bag that had the person's very private information listed. At times the pharmacist can be visibly frustrated, which causes concerns that he may not be filling a prescription properly. I check my medications carefully when I fill them at this location. It is incredibly frustrating that our medications are constantly from a different manufacturer seemingly every month.

There are better store options in the town of Poulsbo, I'm frankly a bit surprised this rite aid is still in existence with Safeway across the highway, CVS up the road and Walmart a bit further in the other direction. In a pinch, this store has the overpriced thermometer, batteries or cheap wine when you need it, I suppose.

I have never used the pharmacy Herr so can't comment on that. We get most of our toiletries and over the counter med here. Has good prices on wine.
