After only 1 visit, we love Poulsbo Pet Club! I appreciate that they consider every dog's individual needs, the staff are really friendly, patient and provide excellent services. Our 1-year-old lab mix is a recent shelter rescue who we don't think had ever gone to a groomer before, and he can get a little nervous and overwhelmed with new things. No problem for Kara! When we picked up Dax, he was such a happy boy, his nails look great and he smells amazing. We'll be back for sure. Thank you, Poulsbo Pet Club!

My precious Peanut is a teacup chihuahua and I’m very careful who I entrust with any handling of her.She has been to Poulsbo Pet Club several times to have her nails clipped. She has been attended to by different employees and they have each held and carried her very gently. They speak to her gently and calmly and perform her pedicure with no upset to her. They are also patient and considerate to me. Their prices are extremely reasonable as well. I recommend them to all other dog owners who appreciate the best treatment and service for their beloved pets.

Hannah did such a great job cutting our dog Rubi’s hair! When I picked Rubi up she was happy and relaxed. I loved all of the reminders I received leading up to the appointment, too- super helpful! We will definitely be regular clients at Poulsbo Pet Club- thank you, Hannah!

Moose had a lovely experience getting his nails clipped. We were in and out in u see 15 minutes and he was the happiest camper leaving which is usually not the case. The staff was friendly and loving towards my fur baby. I will definitely be coming back and utilizing their other services.

Thoroughly impressed with this place! Our first time having our puppy groomed. We decided we wanted his hair cut a little shorter a few hours after his appointment. The front desk said bring him in and we will cut it how you want it at no additional charge. The staff was friendly and the groomer Trang was great with our puppy in making him feel comfortable. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Melll was absolutely amazing! Our Pomeranian smells like sugarplum fairies and sweet dreams! This is our second appointment, and we will definitely be going back. Both technicians did an outstanding job and they made my Pomeranian look like boo the famous Pomeranian on tv, that looks like a fluffy teddy bear. We also appreciate the little extra things like accessorizing her with a bandana and a beautiful little bow on her head. Thank you so much team. See you again soon. :)

Poulsbo Pet Club seems to have kind and professional staff. Many times I have taken my little dog to different groomers and she shakes for the rest of the day. This has not been the case at Poulsbo pet club!!! Daisy, my dog, seems to be ok after a visit with them. Trang is the groomer Daisy has and she is very courteous and does a fantastic job !!Also, Daisy is not left in a crate for hours on end while she gets groomed. She’s usually done in an hour!I can schedule my appointments online, or I can call the office ! The gentleman I usually speak with is always very considerate and professional, and does his best to accommodate busy schedules.Daisy always looks fantastic after grooming with Poulsbo pet club. The staff listen to my requests, and I am very pleased with the services provided by Poulsbo pet club!

I just switch from a big box to Poulsbo Pet Club. Maybe it’s 10% more expensive, but it’s well worth it. The place is quiet snd peaceful. My havaneses were trimmed to a good length-not just shaved. They are fast, so much easier on my older dogs.I’m delighted-wish I had switched when they first opened!

Best haircut my Golden has gotten so far. I Iove that Buddy doesn't have to stay in a kennel for hours waiting for his haircut. Seems like a very comfortable setting for him. They take him off of his leash and walk him in. It's a small thing but I think that really helps my dog get comfortable before his haircut instead of pulling on him to put him in a kennel for hours. It cost a little more than Petco. But it's a better haircut by far and a way better experience for the dog and I. I would have paid more for this. Strutted around town afterwards. Buddy got lots of compliments.

I took my australian shepherd for a wash and trim and my little guy looked so dapper afterwards. They took their time to introduce him to all of their tools, it took about 2 hours but it was so worth it. He was so soft and smelled so good. He seemed very happy too. They're a little pricey but I'll definitely be coming back!

We’ve had several wonderful experiences at Poulsbo Pet Club. Our dogs are well cared for and groomed as requested. They do a good job with our crazy English Setter who’s a complete freak when it comes to trimming nails/paws!

I took my two Labrador Retrievers to Poulsbo Pet Club today for the first time. It was GREAT! Not only was it easy to book, but they confirm with text message and communicate via text as well. My dogs were so happy when I picked them up. They were romping around behind the front desk; such a heartwarming sight. And they were soft and snuggly clean. We booked another appointment for a month from now.

Came in here because petco wouldn’t take my Lhasa Apso because he’s a little nippy. Poulsbo Pet Club was able to get him in, bathe him trim him and he did wonderful. Have officially found my new groomer

Great place. Our dog Max got a great cut and what we really liked is that he was in and out in about 1 and a half hours! They don't stuff them in kennels but do one dog at a time! Very friendly, dog was beautiful and happy

We are newer to the area as well as pet parent life! I was so nervous to take our newly adopted dog to a groomer but I know we needed to so he can get used to being around others as well as cut his nails down. The staff at Poulsbo Pet Club were so helpful with getting him in as a first appointment slot on a slower day so he can start to get out of his anxiety! The lady who took care of our darling Buck was super sweet & patient with him! She gave us a full update on how he was as well as he came out smiling ! They did such an amazing job with getting him clean & the hound smell off him ! His paws look absolutely fabulous after the trim & he looks like a well pampered boy! Thank you so much!

The Poulsbo Pet Club is the best! A little on the pricey side but you get what you pay for. We are former customers of a place that rhymes with shmetco. One of their techs apparently cut too close to the quick on one of my dogs and she nipped at her. Whether it was accidental or otherwise, the tech felt that our Pomeranian was no longer welcome at their store. She also stated that my dog has a limp and should be checked by a vet. Even though my dog did not have a limp prior to the appointment. So, if you want great service with techs who know how to treat your pet right, the Poulsbo Pet Club is where it’s at!!

Fantastic service. My dog comes home relaxed, happy and beautiful. Her allergic skin issues are taken into account, her hair cut, ears, feet, claw trim always nicely done. This is a friendly excellent customer service business. And Trang is loving with my pet. Top notch!

This was our first professional grooming for our newly adopted 5 year old Bernese Mountain Dog. The facility was clean, quiet and relaxing. The groomer was kind and did a fantastic job with our dog. Explained everything they were going to do and the range of price. Highly recommend!

Our 1 year old mini-schnauzer had a full service grooming. She looks great. She tends to be apprehensive in new situations, but the groomer was kind & patient and the dog did very well. The facilities are bright, clean & welcoming- a positive experience for all.
