Best car buying experience ever. Found the exact used vehicle I was seeking (2011 Tacoma) with exceptionally low mileage in pristine condition at such a fair price that I didn't bother to negotiate. Had a minor concern a few days later and service checked it out and was nothing to worry about, no charge for that. Great sales and service staff. Highly recommended!

Liberty Bay Auto continues to amaze me. A few days after I purchased my Mini Cooper they called me and asked if I could return to their facility. They wanted to replace my windshield wipers and battery. ….some concern that these items were not up to their standards. No additional cost to me. They didn’t have to do that but they did the right thing. Amazing! They also washed my car while I was there. Such nice and honest people. My experience with these folks continues to amaze me.

Decided to go with Liberty Bay Auto for my car detailing service based off the good reviews from Google. Customer service was great. Ranay, especially, is friendly, and quick to respond. As for the car detailing service, they did a great job. Very satisfied. Car looked brand new again, and without any perfume scents. And although I just signed up for an interior service, the exterior was cleaned. They even cleaned the wheels too! That really impressed me. They went above and beyond! It's hard to find excellent customer service these days. Will definitely be coming back to Liberty Bay Auto and recommending them to all.

I have an older Toyota Tundra that I’ve always loved and enjoyed driving and taking care of. The last couple years however, I’ve been neglectful and allowed the truck to get a bit soiled and overall just dirty. After asking around and having several recommendations to liberty bay and their detailing shop I scheduled a cleaning. After dropping the truck off I headed out on a 10 day spring break trip with plans of picking it up the day after getting back… my son purchased a truck from them a couple months prior so I new they did good work. Well I was more than impressed! From top to bottom, inside and out, the truck looks brand new and smells clean and fresh! I’ll be back regularly! Highly recommend

I came across a stunning BMW i3 on their website listed at a price that was $2k below the market value. Unfortunately, by the time I was able to make arrangements to visit the dealership, the car had already been sold. However, my positive experience didn't end there. Kevin from the sales team went above and beyond to assist me. He tirelessly searched for other options, keeping me regularly updated on potential buys that matched my criteria and promptly addressing any questions I had. I've been considering a new vehicle for some time, but I didn't think I'd be buying one when I took my faithful CR-V in for routine service. As usual, Service was amazing! Then Sal saw me peeking through the windows of a 4Runner and placed me in the care of Kevin Hogan. A test drive later, Kevin and I sat down to do a deal. I was given a very good offer for the CR-V and went smoothly through the finance process. CJ Berg was helpful and considerate. While we were breezing through all the paperwork, Jason Ross was giving my new 4Runner a final cleaning. Everyone helped out with getting my stuff out of the CR-V and getting me on my way.The whole process was free of stress, well explained, and the best car buying experience I've had since buying my first car in the 80s.

We had sunroof leak and water had soaked for months all the way through our car’s carpeting. The detailing service completely removed the water, dried everything and detailed the interior. I honestly can say the car looks brand new inside. They even got rid of deep stains in the upholstery. Very friendly, communicative and knowledgeable service. Liberty Bay auto has been my auto service center for years now. They are by far the friendliest and most service-oriented auto place I've ever encountered. They are also the most up front and least expensive BTW.They still provide prompt shuttle service including pick up if needed. And they provide on site hand washing of the car included with the service. All the guys in the service department and actually everyone in the place are friendly and helpful always. It's a pleasure to get vehicles serviced there.

I brought my 2000 Ford F-150 to get three parts replaced. I gave the service department a list of parts. Several days later I received a call saying that the parts were not available even in the after market. So I picked up my truck and had to pay over $350 for the diagnostic they ran. I am not very computer savvy, but within 45 minutes, I had gone online and found that all the necessary parts were easily available, so I have ordered them and will have them in 3 days. Needless to say, I will not be bringing it back to you to get them installed and I will no longer do business with you. The only reason I gave you 3 stars is because your staff was quite pleasant to deal with.

The only reason I gave 4/5 stars was just that I think the communication about the shuttle could have been a bit clearer ie. wait times, pickup instructions etc. but I’m very grateful they had a shuttle to begin with!

Just had my new to me 2009 VW Jetta interior detailed and they did a phenomenal job had mold on inside from previous owner and they made it looks almost like a new car! Carpets were dark black and leather was nice and clean! Will definitely be back for work in the future.
