CVS always has an off vibe. I can't really explain it. I'm not sure if it's the staff, or the layout or what, but I've never been in a CVS that felt welcoming. They didn't have the nails I was looking for, but they did have a cute notebook and a set of glitter pens that work quite smoothly. The employee ignored me while I walked up and ignored me when I said hello. But then I realized they had self check out machines and he was ignoring me because he wasn't a register employee...so pretty rude, even for a CVS.Thankfully I don't live in that area, so I won't need to give this location another try.

Have called over and over, after running through the tedious menu every time and finally choosing to speak to someone, the automated line says they “cannot connect the call right now.” I need to know if my birth control is ready so I can take it today and this is absolutely unacceptable. FIX YOUR PHONE.

The pharmacist was fine. But i will do everything in my power to never use the CVS automated system again. Or CVS, period. The online appointment system was an utter nightmare: inaccurate and frustrating. Very long phone tree to reach a human, and they are on a completely different continent and have no resources that are any more useful than that same awful online system, therefore cannot actually solve any confusion (we were given 2 different appointment times) or inconsistencies, and actually gave incorrect advice. On the other hand, once we gave up and drove two hours from Seattle to Poulsbo, we found the 2 pharmacists there to be very responsive. They excused our “missed” earlier time and were prompt and helpful. I am rarely willing to drive that far, but i was desperate. The pharmacist was fine. But i will do everything in my lower to never use the CVS automated system again. Or CVS, period.

Was told my prescription would be ready in 15-20 minutes. Waited over half an hour without any update. I left and tried to call later. On hold 19 minutes when the phone was picked up and promptly hung up without anyone saying anything. I need the antibiotics today or I will end up in the ER.

The pharmacy manager in Poulsbo, Tim, is always upbeat and helpful regardless of how busy they are. He could teach a class on good customer service!

The pharmacist at CVS is a lifesaver- I know the law and I know what the law states, but there were people from wall -greens did me wrong.I have been on this medicine for four years going to that same pharmacy.-I am spinal cord damage and partially paralyzed from a four-story push off my balcony, by a psychopath. I have no control over my bowels and bladder. Had Over 22 surgeries and I am only 45 years old. Pain medicine still can’t completely stop all my hurting. I have caregivers that helps me out eight hours a day, seven days a week. The people I dealt with at Walgreens pharmacy knew this.Walgreens decided to flag my medicine talking about the doctor is retired! But failing to know the law- that as long as the doctor medical license is active, she can prescribe.it’s her job to prescribe to a patient that she was seeing, that is high maintenance. You can’t just suddenly pull me off my medicine. CVS took the time to find out the laws. They allowed my medicine to be filled. I could have sued the doctor for threatening my life if so.she agreed to write all her patients for the next few months until they get in with a new doctor. The doctor retired quickly and we only had about a few weeks notice. She knew she could not just drop us. No way I will find a family doctor doing these hard times., Especially, in less then a few weeks. January was the soonest that I can get in to see a new doctor. I could’ve died because of Walgreens in-complement pharmacist. I trusted those people and they tried to kill me. thanks to CVS my life was saved

I really want to give 0 stars, but as I can’t I’m giving them a 1. CVS was great until they took on Kitsap Pharmacy’s clients. The staff tries, but I think they are sadly understaffed. Our prescriptions are rarely ready on time. They NEVER answer the phone, this is extremely annoying. Our daughter is on a multitude of very important anti seizure medications that must be taken on time. She came home from her second hospital stay today and they delayed her release from the hospital by hours as they kept saying they didn’t get the fax from her doctor. The only way we know this is because my husband had to drive there to speak to someone in person. They didn’t answer their phone, we called several times. We are switching pharmacies, enough is enough.

We just moved to the area and didn't know any better. After 2 month of using this pharmacy because they were the closest to us, we are switching. They have not gotten a single prescription correct. And mysteriously prescriptions are never received. I waited on hold for over 30 minutes and no one ever answered the phone. I had to call because I was checking on the status of a new prescription my doctor called in but wasn't showing up on my account. After that, I am now trying to switch. They are HORRIBLE! AVOID!

RUDE!!!!! I switched pharmacies because the drive thru option thinking it would be convenient but all I've experienced here is my apparent inconvenience by being a customer. It's been months, I gave it a chance to get better but they just can't get it together. Never can get a prescription on time, the staff can't be bothered to call your doctor... but will say they will! I receive weird half robo like calls when my prescriptions aren't ready and no call when it is. What a headache.

Totally incompetent. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Been waiting months to have my prescriptions transferred out of this pharmacy. They don’t answer the phone, don’t transfer even when called by the other pharmacy that I’ve been trying to have my prescriptions transferred to. I finally called my doctor to have all my info sent to another pharmacy. I keep going in and asking them to do it with no results. This is terrible. I reported them to the state and hear that others have done the same. I wouldn’t send anyone here. They’re absolutely delinquent.

Could be the worst pharmacy around. If you call you will wait on hold for 30 minutes at least every time despite pharmacy being empty and no one in drive through. We have regular prescriptions that have been the same for the last year and they have trouble filling it every time. The is one of the least convenient pharmacies I have ever used. Broken every time. No thanks. Just now, we were told, same as last time we had issues, that our prescriptions were not important to fill.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to during my long lifetime. Actually, it is the worst customer service business I have ever been to. I have had prescriptions and refills filled 2 weeks late. Usually they are about a week late. You have to call them and beg when you are out, but now they don't even answer the phone. Their excuse is the acquisition of another local pharmacy, but that was 6 months ago, and things are getting worse, not better. When you consider that some people's lives depend on their meds, they are endangering some of their customers. I am reporting them to the state board. They should be put out of business.

After an hour, still no one answers the phone. Online system doesn't work. Trying to transfer prescription to Rite Aid even though I drive directly past CVS every day (Rite Aid answered the phone immediately) but CVS has to generate it since there are no refills left and Rite Aid says CVS won't send it to them if they ask, and the Dr requires the pharmacy to request a refill so I can't go to them. Once your prescription is at CVS, they hold you hostage, taking up all your time. Do yourself a favor and just have your prescription sent to another pharmacy from the start. I like the CVS store, but the pharmacy is just miserable to deal with. Been holding on another try to CVS for 25 minutes... wish me luck... ugh...

Dropped of 2 prescriptions and was told it would be an hour. Asked since my daughter was in severe pain if we could get it any quicker. Patti, the one that was waiting on us just gave us a dirty look and said one hour. At the same time I had asked her about 2 prescriptions that were to be trans over from another pharmacy. She stated there was nothing for me. I called in to have them transferred over on a Tuesday. It was then a Thursday. Well I told them no problem because I didn't need them till Friday. Checked back on Friday and there was nothing. I called my Dr the next week and was told they never even made a request. Come to find out they didn't request them till Tuesday of the next week. The Dr claimed they didn't receive it and had to have the pharmacy request it again on Wednesday(today). Been without my meds since Friday. You would think 4 days is enough to get that taken care of. I would also recommend not dealing with Patti as she is not polite and will do nothing to help you.

I went along with the transfer to CVS when Central Market closed Kitsap Pharmacy. However in the 6 months since, there has not been one single refill that has been filled in under 2-5 days, and I've frequently had to call to expedite refills. However calling in itself is an issue - I've usually been on hold for over 15-20 minutes, and several times given up after 30+ minutes. Abysmal customer service, despite my holding out for improved staffing. No more! I'm transferring all my prescriptions elsewhere.PS: my more common prescriptions weren't even "filled", ie counted out and packaged. They come in standard dose bottles, so all the staff has to do is grab it off the shelf and slap your label on it.

I had a great experience getting a flu shot at the pharmacy yesterday. The staff is so friendly and professional . The woman who helped administer the vaccine was wonderful. Easy sign up and very efficient process. Great experience !

Wow, this was really bad. When I called the pharmacy to check on a RX, they answered the phone with a really gruff "hello". When I showed up, they ignored me for 20 minutes and tried not to make eye contact. Finally she came to help me but didn't say anything, she just looked at me. Another 20 minutes and I was able to leave. There were Prescriptions scattered everywhere, all the bins were full and they were stacking them on their counter. What a mess!

Pharmacy service is unacceptable. The text alert function is inaccurate. Transferring my Rx elsewhere. Not recommended. Update: it is two months later. All of my information was supposed to be inactive but they sent Rx requests to my doctor again. This pharmacy is not worth one star.

Just moved to the area and went to have my prescription filled for the first time after transferring online and submitting for a refill. The pharmacist was incredibly RUDE when I went to check on my prescription. I ended up leaving because she told me there was no record of me existing even though I had the RX number and confirmation email. I’ll be switching to a different pharmacy.

RUDE RUDE RUDE. I was the only person in the store this morning and was trying to find an over the counter medication. After searching the isles I went up to the counter and stood there for about a minute. The 3 people in the pharmacy totally ignored me standing at the counter. Finally I asked if someone could answer a quick question and was told that the pharmacy wasn't open. After replying that I just wanted to know what isle I could find the product on a girl did give me a quick reply. I will never use this pharmacy again.

I waited in line for 30 minutes. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, they were possibly overworked and understaffed. Chose to go do other errands. I have now been in the line for the second time in the same day for 30 minutes. There is no end in sight. Update: 45 minutes later: I made it the front of the line! They can’t find any info for my prescriptions! But wait then they did! But it will take 20 minutes to fill them!

The pharmacist is kind, funny, and patient. All of the staff has been terrific. I love this store. I have a ton of kids and seem to be here a lot. They take spectacular care of us. Love the drive through. The only thing worse than having a sick child is trying to keep a sick child happy in a store waiting for medication and knowing they are spreading their germs...

Through no fault of the employees, cvs is buried with twice as many clients as techs. So you may wait a half hour to get someone on the phone, but once you do they seem to handle things well.

The pharmacist is polite but overworked. I received the robo calls saying that my prescription was ready but when I got there it was not. Called later and was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. 20 minutes later it was not ready. This happens about half the time I go to pickup my prescription.

Dannetta at the CVS in Poulsbo, WA really helped us out today. My friend and I had to get COVID tests to cross the border into Canada and both of us went on the website to get testing appointments. But our appointments were hours apart at the same location. We went up to the drive thru for my early appointment and Dannetta made it possible to get my friend’s test done right then. Sure saved us a bunch of time and aggravation to stay on the north side of town when we had so much to get done that day before we left. I just want to say, her actions were really helpful. Thank you Dannetta!!!

The pharmacy STAFF is ridiculous here. They like to make things a lot harder then they should be. And slower. The red headed gal running the counter told me they couldn’t fill a script for me I pay cash for because they don’t take my insurance I don’t use, because it’s a brand new script waiting for pre-auth, when I’ve been filling my script with CVS in Olympia for the last 2 fills this way. I had to walk out of there in a bad mood thanks to her many loop holes she decided to run me threw because she was bored this morning, and maybe 19 years old to top it off. Come on Poulsbo CVS! I will never use your pharmacy again. NOTE: why does Olympia CVS (5 stars for them, btw) keep filling my scripts but Poulsbo CVS won’t? Also, you don’t need to treat people as if you rule the world, RX staff. Treat people kindly, please don’t judge people based on their prescription title. Terrible, truly upsetting.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE TRICARE.Got a flu shot and at no point was notified that this clinic does not accept Tricare. Had to pay $50 for something that should be free. Do not recommend.

CVS is horrible. Ever since the buyout, you can not get help. After 5 years of decent service their decline is unbelievable. You are on hold forever and then they are so RUDE to you. Switching pharmacies!
