I went to the little kiosk across from the red telephone booth but there is a bigger dine in location past the telephone booth.It was early in the morning and the barista was very friendly. I got a golden tumeric latte and it was delicious (a holiday special non-coffee drink). Will likely come back and get a coffee during our stay.They also have little dog bones in case someone comes with their dog.

A lovely coffee shop in Poulsbo town. I love sitting here to enjoin a beautiful shopping street or taking a small break from walking around. The place is not super busy. Perfect decoration for photographs. Good coffee, bakery and sandwich.

If I could give less then one star I would. As someone who owns 3 businesses in our town, 1 of which is a VERY successful coffee house, I am shocked and appaled about the HORRIBLE customer service we received tonight.From asking the barista if she could please pour some of my americano out to add the extra cream and whip cream I asked for when ordering because upon handing me my cup it was missing, and her telling me "she didn't have to dump any out" 😳To them forgetting my sugar free red bull and when I let them know we were still waiting for it, the other girl, clearly a manager, said we didn't pay for it, I said oh we ordered it, the first girl said "no, you asked if we had sugar free red bull" 😳So I ordered one again, the first girl then rang me up for an entire spritzer, costing 6.25 for a can, I asked if that was the price for just a can, the manager came over and said no, and was going to refund me, while starting the process of refunding me, I let her know that the girl who helped me treated us rudely, that girl then proceeded to, in front of us at the espresso machine, start shaking her head and laughing at us, WOW! I pointed it out to her manager that she is now laughing at me as you can see, that manager, then called me a Karen told me i was raising my voice, I wasn't, put her boss on speaker phone, proceeded to yell at me, put the camera on me so her boss could see, pointing the phone at me, her other boss came in, heard her cuss at me, she thew my credit Card at me, AT. ME. ON. THE GROUND. Repeatedly yelling at me, badgering me, horrible, ALLLLLLL while these bosses did nothing, my mom had to record the whole thing because it was so shocking!!! Never in our lives have we been treated like this. NEVER under any circumstances is it ok to laugh at a customer, cuss at them or call them names, NEVER. This place should be absolutely ashamed. I will post on social media also and I expect an absolute apology. This whole process was stressful, embarrassing for me and especially for a small business in these times that should be about unity and absolutely shockingly insane the owners would allow this, especially in front of them. No customer should EVER be treated anything near this situation. Shocked and shook..After seeing the MULTIPLE reviews online complaining about their baristas TERRIBLE customer service, you'd think the business owners would be proactive and address the growing problem.. but as tonight has shown, they have no intention of doing so, and are fine with their paying customers being treated like about garbage

They seriously have the best chia tea latte I have ever had!!!! I would keep coming back just for that! It’s sooooo good. The location is prefect it’s easy to find. The employee was so kind and fast. 100% recommend and 100% will come again.

The absolute best espresso place in town and the surrounding area! Great drinks always, milk texture and roast blended perfect. The baristas are very friendly and remember orders, nice that they're back in the window location- makes it easy to take it down to the water or use a public table with Wi-Fi downtown!!

Great Gibraltar, and only ten bucks for a whole pound of beans??! I'm used to paying $22 for 12oz on the other side of the Sound! Viking Brew features a fast and friendly barista. Definitely make this your first stop for coffee in Poulsbo!

Absolutely great spot, great coffee, great costumer service!! Literally one of the best lattes I've had in the kitsap area! Not sure what the latest review is about, they were so sweet & generous, as well as accommodating. Specially in a time of short staffing! Kudos to this coffee shop & their staff. Cute atmosphere, the vibes & arch invite you in, the indie music & latte art makes you stay!! DO NOT SKIP. There's typically one barista so you might have to wait but so worth it!Vegetarian options: Veggie burritos & vegan milksDietary restrictions: Multiple milk alternatives optionsKid-friendliness: All drinks cause be made decaf of kids temps!!Wheelchair accessibility: I watched the barista take a moment out of her line & open the closed door for a guest in a wheel chair

Favorite coffee shop in Poulsbo. Good latte and awesome spot to post up and do some studying/work in the heart of downtown Poulsbo. The staff has been consistently friendly for the 2+ years I’ve been coming in. Much appreciated, especially considering how hard it’s been to stay fully staffed. Highly recommend!

Was walking by to go to the bakery and decided to stop for a chi tea latte, I’ve been drinking these for a good 25 years. Now everyone makes them a little different but hands down this was absolutely the best one I have ever had. If you are in town stop by!

Just witnessed the worst customer experience I've ever had. Stopped in for coffee with my two daughters after a fun day at the tacoma dome, only to be blind sided by two very rude barista's. We were yelled at, sweared at, called names, and even had our credit card thrown at us. All because we complained about one of them being rude. And being overcharged for an item. The owner even showed up and witnessed his employee talking to customers that way, and did nothing to defuse the situation. Clearly his employee was out of control and out of line.I wish I could give less then 1 star. Will NEVER go back!

We love Viking coffee! Any time we go to Poulsbo we stop in. We all love their brew. The baristas all know their way around a cup of java, and it's always worth getting a cup when you're in town. They moved to a bigger shop than the little corner stand they started in, so check that out. Their roast itself is really good, with a lot of flavor to it. We were there over the weekend, and when my daughter found out, she asked me to pick her up a bag of beans. She's stationed with the Navy on the east coast and can't get it there. So a care package with a bag of Viking Java is headed to Virginia this week.

We have come here often and always had a good experience but this time they failed. My husband can’t wear a mask for medical reasons which one lady said was fine (another lady there wasn’t happy about it) And they treated him poorly. We waited for 20 minutes to get our coffee while several people who came in AFTER us got served first. All we ordered was an americano, which I know doesn’t take long at all. I’m so disappointed with the service here and we probably won’t ever come back. Clearly they were punishing him for not wearing a mask.

Please learn how to make a matcha latte. The matcha powder was not mixed in and caked on the bottom of the drink. After asking them to mix it correctly, they said they did their best. So gross I couldn't mix it myself and had to toss it out.

Ordered an iced coffee, 16 oz, for $4.50. I was charged a total of $5.72 and when I asked why it was so expensive- thinking I’d been charged for a larger size - I was told there was an extra 50 cents charge for cream. The barista then tried to tell me this is common (no, it’s not and I don’t need someone to explain coffee to me). So, even with that and tax it still didn’t add up, but she was very dismissive and refused to answer any more questions. The coffee was average and I won’t be going back.

Love this place. Best tasting coffee on the peninsula. We travel from port orchard occasionally on days off just to get their coffee and enjoy Poulsbo in general. Can’t wait for their new location to open up.
