The spa was wonderful in every way. The girls were warm and friendly with a welcoming smile. They helped me get my black lab into the tub. ( he wanted nothing to do with the bath ) they answered all my questions or request for bath supplies.it was as though I was talking with personal friends... Very accommodating and following Covid-19 protocal.Thank goodness they are back open for diy dog baths. Call and leave a message for an appointment, they'll call you back. Mask up and they'll direct you to a specific bath spot. Bring your dog and leave with a clean one, they have shampoo and towels and more.****Masks required ****

Awesome self wash! I go here every 2 months or more to wash my big hairy dog and it's the best- they have easy walk-in tubs and all the accoutrements: many different shampoos, brushes, nail Clippers, and ear wash and cotton balls. Make sure to make an appointment so you know there's an available tub!

Walked in there and asked if I can self wash my dog and looked at my dog and and they replied that they are all booked up for the day and there was only one dog in there that they were grooming. They said we could make an appointment for next weekend. They are NOT A SELF WASH DOG place. They are only groomers. I would not recommend this place. We are from out of town visiting.

😠So I've been using this place since it opened and unfortunately the price has jumped again😡. My mom owns a 12lb dog and for me to bathe him is $21 now it used to be $15 and I could see $17(which it was last year) being fair but $21 for me to wash my 12lb dog is a bit much especially since I'm doing the self wash. I worked for a very successful dog wash in King county and they charge $16 for a dog under 20lbs. I get they do this because most people actually own little dogs in this area so they are ripping anyone off who has a dog under 21lbs really.

Very affordable, friendly place. Today I dropped in with Chandra, my over-sized, high-energy and quirky dog, for a nail trim. The groomer was very kind and helpful, and good-natured about Chandra's quirks. Chandra doesn't love nail trims but she loved the groomer and wagged her tail through the whole process.

Kailee?sp & Ericka, did a wonderful, full service job on our rescue mix of poodle, lab, setter, & herd dog. She was about 3 months overdue because of COVID. Nails, ears, teeth, and major trim and bath. We will definitely be back to our local Pet Town.🙂

Rosie my Standard Poodle and I love the Dogspaw! I take her there for a bath 1-2 times/month and have learned lots about bathing and grooming from Teresa. I had Teresa groom Rosie a couple weeks ago and it’s the best groom she’s ever had in her 3.5 years!!Tersa is very knowledgeable and very much a poodle grooming expert!!Thorn is very kind and helpful. Rosie loves to see him every time.They love dogs and it shows.

Twice I've used this place, because no one else was available. Twice regreted. These people have no clue as to how to do specific breed cuts. They do half a job and charge beyond what much better groomers charge. I cannot even begin to express how bad the cuts were. Horrible!

Staff was friendly, but when I got my dog back, he just smelled like wet dog. I had to give him another bath in the yard at home at 38+ weeks pregnant. Sorry, but if I spend the money for my dog to get a bath, I expect him to at least smell slightly like the shampoo.

Teresa is very tolerant of my little Guapo. He whines & barks the minute I leave but she has a way with him while grooming. (which always turns out great). The big problem is when the grooming is over. He doesn't like being crated. His BARK is LOUD & earpiercing. I try to stay close by so I can pick him up asap. I feel sorry for those who have to hear him. Guapo is a rescue from Guadalajara. When I found him he had 3 Separate Fractures, Heartworm, 11 Diseased Teeth & other issues. It's hard for him to trust. I explained this to Teresa prior to our first visit. She has always shown him kindness & understanding. I trust her with Guapo.
