I absolutely love this store. I recently picked up a couple of duck hearts and a duck head for my cats. my kitten is going crazy for the duck head already ate one of the hearts. The employees are super knowledgeable and helpful. My mom recently got a saint Bernard puppy and they helped me with a number if items she needed.

My parents adopted a 7.5 year-old Pomeranian who had never been on a leash before. I took her straight to Pet Town and the lovely staff was so helpful with outfitting her with a harness, leash, water & food bowls, plus great advice on everything from food to vets. We'll definitely be regulars. We also noticed a nice selection of guinea pig gear, and since we recently adopted a pig, we'll be returning to buy some stuff that was nicer and cheaper than what we saw at Petco. We prefer to support this local business anyway.

My favorite pet store in town! The clerks are so kind and helpful! I got a new kitten, and the clerk helped me pick wet foods to try him on. The store carries various cat supplies, and is easy to navigate.

Staff is very friendly. Selection is fine. I'd like to see more pet foods and treats where ingredients are USA sourced (many say USA manufactured, with "Globally Sourced" ingredients) due to stuff from China being so questionable IMO. It's hard to find any pet store focusing on that, though.

Owner and employees are friendly, helpful, and knowledgable about the products they sell. Love the variety too! We used to shop at Mud Bay in Pierce County-this is a very similar experience and I highly recommend this store.

Super nice girls behind the counter. And I found what I wanted to buy for my huge Beefy and our small Cocker-poo. Little expensive. I spent $40+ on 3 items for the large dog and my son spent the same on the small dog go three items. Both stocking stuffers.

I had to get some flea medicine for my dogs while we were visiting in town. The woman working asked me questions and gave me medication from two different dog size boxes at the lower price so I wouldn’t have to spend double buying two different box sizes. In addition to that, she also gave me free CBD treats for my dogs to try since I mentioned that one wasn’t feeling good and the other is anxious. She was so, so kind and genuinely cares about my animals which put me at ease.PLUS there are two long shelves of these big boxes of dog treats that you can scoop into bags and pay for my the pound. Every flavor and type of treat you could want- gluten free, grain free, peanut butter to bacon flavors. I never thought a pet store experience would be a memorable part of my trip, but the kindness of the worker totally made my day.

This place is great for finding reasonably priced specialty animal food. From dubia roaches for my tarantulas to grain free cat food that doesnt break my wallet. Oh also! They have a perk program so make sure to sign up.

Some of the worst customer service I have seen..watch the “Manager” yell and scream at a customer for driver fast in the parking lot and didn’t hold back on the profanity..! I will drive to Sequim to get my pet supplies from now on..! This man shouldn’t be managing a business at all..! There are ways to handle a situation and yelling at someone and call them names is not it..! If I could give minus stars I would. This business needs new management in my opinion...!
