The website and app allow you to schedule an appointment. When I got there to check in, they told me it was a first come first serve basis and there were no appointments. The two men in the bays told me they were the only ones working that day and it would be a 5 hour wait or I could leave my car there overnight.

This was cray cray morning. Went to do laundry and noticed a flat tire . We went to Walmart tire center at port orchard .we knew we needed tires but only could afford two Bruce m . He understood about our financial. That we could only get just two tires, and next paycheck we would get the other two done. And put two new tires on after talking to his manager. Thank you Bruce and you're manager. We appreciate you so much . will be back soon .

The estimated price for their services was around $25. Turned out to be $60. We were okay with this, until we found out they did NOTHING with our car that they said they would. All they did was add very little oil. On top of this, they made us wait an hour after our scheduled appointment time.

Affordability is never a question here but these idiots managed to punch in an extra 0 on my mileage so it looked like on car fax that my miles are 78k on my 2022 vehicle. When really it was 7k. I took it back for them to fix the issue with apparently the only person who could do it. My car fax is still stating the wrong mileage....none of the workers at Wal mart want to call or fix this problem so now I have to jump through hoops to fix it with carfax. Idiots!!!

They put people in front of you after you have been waiting for a half hour not far at all my go somewhere else and if you have been waiting and someone has a appointment you bumped behind them what happened to first come first serve Walmart is going backwards

Took to long to change 2 tires. Why would you need a 2 1/2 lb.Hammer to change tires? They were beating on passenger side. Didn't see what they were hitting and I wasn't told.Never go to Walmart to have work done on your car.

Very quick to get you in even though it's first time bases. Good customer service even if they are short staffed. They are someone limited on tires but you have the option to order your own tires and have them shipped there or bring them in I will go there again. Hours are pretty decent.

i was told an OIL CHANGE would take 1 hour since there was TWO cars in front of me i was like okay that’s reasonable. i came in at 10:00 it is now 1:00 and they keep telling me 5 more minutes 30 more minutes almost done blah blah blah. an oil change doesn’t take 3 hours man.

I arrived at 9:30 AM having a tire with a slow leak. There were two cars ahead of me so they quoted me about an hour to an hour and a half. It is now 2:40 PM and my name still hasn't been called. The employees themselves have been friendly enough. But five hours is a little too long to have to wait.Service: Tires

4 hours to do my tires and that's with it in the tire bay. Good price though that means they did 3 cars in 12 hours at that rate smh.

Took 3 hours to do an oil change. On top of that when my wife got into her car there was oil and grease all over the steering wheel. Poor preforming and ever worse customer service. I will say the gentleman running the counter was very professional and thought it was wrong.

Can't schedule appointment online for tire center and they won't answer the phone so pretty much can't make a appointment at all went to les Schwab instead... Also I hate CAN'T stand those check yourself out register's!!!🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️

I had very little wait time to get in and it didn’t take long to change my oil. I shop while it’s being done so waiting isn’t a problem. She forgot to clear my oil light and even though she was about to go home she came out to my car and walked me thru the steps to reset it. She was very nice and apologetic for not doing it while changing my oil. When I got my bill it was about half (or more) of what Jiffy Lube charges....and that’s with a coupon. It’s time for another oil change and I’ll be going back to Walmart.

They have a friendly staff at this auto care. If there isn't much of a line, they are fast too. If you show up mid day Saturday... There's 6+ cars ahead of you, bring your tablet with a good movie loaded on it after you are done shopping. If you are lucky you might get to hear a good car story from the gentleman who checked you in, unless he's swamped out.

I always come here for oil change. Quick & fast, no selling other stuff you don't need unlike other places but sometimes they don't check your battery, air filter because it was hard to open etc.. it just says DECLINED on the note or receipt paper. One time they only put 6.5 qt on my 7 qt oil car. So I have to add more from my extra oil at home.

All i needed we're tires i brought mounted and balanced on wheels i brought. Showed up at opening time (7AM), was the 2nd person there, and they opened 15min late. Then told me they had appointments starting at 8AM all the way to 2PM and they couldn't help me. It's 7:15! The job takes 20min tops!

Told me my key doesn’t work and when I asked what they meant they just says it doesn’t work. Went back to get my car to take it somewhere else and had 0 issues using the key. I wouldn’t trust anyone to work on your vehicle if they don’t even know how to turn a key.

Brought our second car in today for an oil change, expecting the same deal I received last week: $29.88 minus a $9 credit for bringing my own oil. Paul, the service tech, refused to honor that same price, insisting a BYO oil change was "always" charged the mid-range package price of $35.88. (This alone raises a red flag; should be the basic price always when you BYO oil!!)This led to nearly a half hour of my time COMPLETELY wasted by these service techs and a store manager, making me feel like I was either lying to them or make a mistake on my part about the price. They asked to see my receipt, even though they could easily bring that up on their computer. The manager (John) said he was going to approve the lower price, but kept delaying me further with unnecessary yapping instead of simply ordering one of his techs to write it up and start the work.This department is just another "Mickey Mouse" operation with poor communication and suspect customer service. I got so exasperated with the delay, I took the car directly to Meineke on Mile Hill, where I should have gone to begin with. Just about five bucks more for the BYO, plus they had zero issues replacing my BYO cabin air filter like Walmart refused to do. PLUS, they make appointments, but there was no line so I got my car serviced immediately, and it took about 25 mins.Since my first oil change went smoothly, (excepting no cabin air filter service and a 90-min wait), I felt I got a fair deal. Now that this has happened only a week later, I believe this is one of those businesses where some customers report decent service, while others run into this kind of nonsense. In other words, they are not consistent, and you would be rolling the dice having your car serviced here. Do yourself a favor and pay just a few bucks more to another shop you can count on for reliable, friendly service EVERY time you go in.

Just to change the oil, you will spend at least 2 hours of your time. Yes, the prices are not expensive, but changing the oil for several hours is something incredible

Jim checked me in quickly with the best customer service ever! They literally finished my oil change in 10 minutes. I can’t recommend any place more than this one!

The greeter (Paul) gets 5 Stars! The service gets 5 stars. The time it takes on a Sunday gets 1 star. The person checking out gets 1 star, maybe 2. So I gave it 3 as an average. Don't come on a Sunday. I won't again. It has been over 4 hours and I was next in line for an oil change. They said it would take 1.5 hours. It is taking way longer and my car is still in the bay.

Just want to say they are so nice! I got there 10 before 7 this morning and my car was done by 9:15 the guys working were so amazing and made sure my car was 100 % before I drove out the parking lot! Thank you port orchard Walmart for the great customer service!

Hours are shorter then as expected & that was really inconvenient for me cuz I needed to exchange a battery for a vehicle. The problem is that one would assume the hours of the store are the same for the entire store, & i couldn't find any s signs posting the hours of operation for the automotive department & I couldn't find it online either (just Wal-Mart's hours) & I couldn't find the other departments hours of operation either. I was told the hours after I had to ask somone at the customer service department. It just really was a bit ridiculous because they should at least be posted online or something & updated with the current hours as well!! However the automotive department did a great job & the employees in the automotive section answered all my questions about warranty & policys and such, they were exstremely helpful!!

Never answer their phones. I will never buy tires from here anymore. Said when you buy brand new tires for several cars at the same time and cant reach anyone after purchasing. Maybe they care to pay a person to answer calls
