Love Port Orchard Tractor Co. Everyone there was very helpful. Always felt they were there just for me. Employee there named Selleck. Can't say enough good things about him. Very helpful getting me started on my first ever chick purchase. He helped me pick supplies, feed and educated me on the chicks they had. Great team.

Before heading up to Port Orchard to Buy a Brand new 0 Turn mower. (2 hour drive) I called up there to make sure it is still in stock. Store manager said yes. I then told him I'm traveling far away and didn't want anyone to come buy it... Store manager said they would hold it for the day. So that was very nice of them. The store manager then tells me there is no key and could offer a discount. So I accepted the offer. I drove up there. Made it to the store. Meet with the manager. We got all squared away cashed out. Now the fun part. As we start unhooking the Security system from the mower the alarm went off for the store. We waited 10-12 mins. Finally turned off. that was loud. Lucky I bought a Toro mower key before coming. So the key fit... But the mower didn't start. Found the battery was stolen. So the Tractor supply crew started figuring out a plan. They installed a brand new battery, fixe the cut cables for the battery hook up. This was a Wow factor. Very happy they took this extra step to get it working perfect for me. Now the mower started. and was able to drive it onto the trailer. So thankful of the crew. All of them very friendly. Great attitude.

I come here to get feed for my small farm and I really enjoy the experience. All of the staff are extremely friendly and I don’t think I even cross paths with an employee that doesn’t at least say “hello” or “good morning.” The store is always well stocked and I have never had an issue not being able to get what I can for. A shout out to the folks who do the loading in the back, it’s nice not to have to load half a ton of feed!

The worst management I've ever seen. I especially love it when the gm punishes you for calling out by cutting your hours :) not to mention how your treated if you put your 2 weeks in good lord. Have you ever wondered why you rarely see the same employee twice? Biased, insanely religious and it reflects on how staff and customers are treated.

The management at this location is extremely unprofessional. They have poor customer service and communication skills, and the prejudice against certain customers that come in is extremely disgusting. You can tell from the team that they hire that there is hardly any diversity, too. If you were to go to Tractor Supply at all, I'd choose a different location. The one in Silverdale is much more pleasant/helpful, and has no issue treating their customers with respect and appreciation.

Love this store! Always has what I need. Though listening an employee cuss and yell at another employee for the pricing on a product being misslabled was unerving and not fun to listen to. Stomping away and saying" I should just walk out this door and quit".I felt uncomfortable for the person being yelled at.

This Store is highly visible from the Road. There is plenty of parking, including handicapped parking. The store itself is handicapped friendly.Let me tell you about the staff. From the minute you walk in, they are saying hello and asking what you are looking for. They are so helpful. The atmosphere is warm and it has this family feel. If you are looking for tools, they have many choices. If you need dog food they have it. If you are building a chicken enclosure, they have it. If you are raising farm animals and need supplies to build an enclosure they can help you with that. If you are building, mantaining or just needing something to enclose your property with either fencing to contain your livestock. They can help you with that. If you have towing needs they have trailer hitches and tow bars. If you need sandblasting tools to restore an antique car they have that. We know. This is our new go to store. We highly recommend them.

Geez! Gone are the days where you can speak to someone who actually is familiar with their products, let alone specific information. I called the store to inquire about tractors (as their name implies), and the little girl who answered didn't even know what a tractor was! I asked to speak with someone, anyone else, and was totally amazed at the several people I was handed off to who couldn't even answer the most basic questions about farm equipment. Gone are the days...

Order a item off web page on May 8 with Tractor Supply Co.Tractor Supply was poor on letting the customer knowabout the item not in stock .I waited all most ** 3 weeks for the Tractor supply ** to inform me on this issue and cancel the orderwhich I really needed.

I needed to purchase several items for my sister's pet rabbits & I had no idea exactly what to get for their needs. The younger girl working at the front register was helpful & very friendly. She listened to what I was in need of & made several great suggestions, but couldn't leave the front to help me, so she called her manager to meet me in the aisle containing the rabbit supplies. The manager barely said a word to me when she got to me & acted as though I were taking up her valuable time. She was simply not friendly or helpful. She walked away as I was struggling to lift, into the cart, a bale of straw she pointed out, rather than offering to help or get me help. I had initially walked 2 times around the entire store looking for employees to help me, but was shocked to not see 1 person available, besides the cashier, in a store of that size! There was no one manning the customer service booth in the center of the store. It was 6pm on a Saturday, making it even more bizarre! Their prices aren't the lowest, but they're not the worst either. They are the only feed supply store left in Port Orchard, so for certain things they are the only option, unless you want to drive 30+ miles. I wish they kept more things in stock & had more, friendly, help available in the store.

I get my dog's food from here, and the prices for this particular brand (Taste of the Wild) seem to be pretty competitive. I've also picked up a few odds and ends from them over the years and been very satisfied with my purchases. The staff is also extremely courteous and very helpful.

I would give negative stars if I could! I cancelled an order on a $1300 kayak, on May 26th, placed order less than 24 hours before, found it cheaper, cancelled the order. In writing, via email. I cancelled the order before it was shipped, they still shipped it. 50 plus days later, they email saying I picked it up(I did Not)! They recognized my request for refund on the 20th of June. Yet, have withheld my money, beyond their site's 45 days! If they keep money tht isn't their's and provide zero goods or services, even after multiple requests for a refund? Isn't that unethical? Those pennies in interest, they are denying me, add up on their corporate spreadsheet, all at our expense! Disturbing and Disgusting!! Beware Unscrupulous business practices disguised as fine print!

My husband and I shop at this store. It's a great store. Prices are fairly reasonable. Sales are great. David in the Propane department is always helpful to me when I have to fill up my propane tanks. He would off load it and load it back into my vehicle.

Placed an order online for 50 lb bag of driveway decider. Great price, was hesitant because no estimated time of delivery was available at time of order, but Great Price, so chance um bra. Better price than Amazon and free shipping to store. It did take 10 days but I wasn’t in a hurry. Emailed me later when it shipped and again when it was ready for pickup. Went to the service desk in and out of the store in 5mins. Bag came packed inside cardboard box, perfect condition. Yes as others have stated they are certainly not over staffed, but I’ve never had a super long wait. More staff means higher prices I don’t mind a short wait for a good product at a decent price, and they are 5mins away by car. Never experienced any problems when getting propane either. First time ordering from them on line I’m please with the results and will again if needed. ALOHA

Bad customer service and they try to moderate bad reviews on their website.I purchase a couple items from this store for delivery, which is a $70 charge, since I do not have a truck. One of my items arrived broken and I called the next day to have it replaced. The person in the phone told me I would have to drive it in to get it swapped which is 1 hr away and the item won’t fit in my car. I didn’t get offered a delivery refund or anything. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Then, I posted a review on their website just like this one and they moderated it saying it didn’t meet their “guidelines”.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff (with 1 exception) great prices, wide selection.Aside from the friendly service, the best feature is their willingness to special order odd requested items and ship to the store or the customer's house.Be sure to go in during chick season - all those little peeping babies running around - - totally irresistible!

It's a nice store with polite and helpful people, but the problem is there's never enough of them around. If there's a guy loading someone out, somebody being helped with propane, and one person checking out customers ... Well in short, you're going to wait a period of time that's just shy of hell freezing over.

We are trying our 1st time raising chickens. We have spent weeks building a nice little coop and my wife excitedly ordered a variety of mystery chicks. They arrived this morning cold as ice, 2 already gone. She watched helplessly as they each succumbed one by one. When I finally came home from work today, I was in time to hold the 8th one as it passed. We are watching the last two very closely. I wish we had done more research and ordered from someone who used heat packs. I have to bury at least 8 absolutely gorgeous little chicks tomorrow and I'm dreading it. This has been a traumatizing experience for the whole family.Update: lost another this morning. The other one doesn't look good iether. We are expecting to lose the last one soon. This has just been so sad. We paid to watch 10 precious chicks die one by one. I totally expected to lose a few, but this is unacceptable.

This is where we go for goat feed and hay, since it’s the closest source for farm supplies. Some items are slightly more expensive than other places if you shop around, but mostly everything else is priced appropriately. The staff here is always super friendly and helpful. Everything is easy to find. The store is laid out really efficiently, stocked well, and kept very tidy.

I was very disappointed in the staff at this location. I went in excited to use my coupon but felt attacked by the manager when the coupon didn't work. The manager saying things like, "I mostly likely already used the coupon and then," It wasn't my coupon but probably a friends." Which was bull since I had proof that the coupon came from my personal email address... After them realizing it was not my fault but actually thier system. I got no apology. I will most likely not be returning to this location in the future.

Went here for a particular dog collar which online showed it was in stock. It wasn't in stock but was told it was on the freight and had to be unloaded. Called back on 3 occasions and was told it was in stock but each time we went they never were. Finally the manager said they had all been stolen. They don't have their stuff together over there and will never get my business.

This is the worst feed store ever. The only reason I use them is because they are the only feed store in town. They constantly run out of inventory, manager does not know how to run a feed store. It was so much better when it was Dells. I also can’t understand why the old men and the women are doing the loading, most of the time by hand, and the young guys are running the cash register?? The only reason they got 1 star is because occasionally I run into one of their few long time employees from Dells and they are real nice. Otherwise their customer service sucks. I have had several time where I have waited so long for a load up that I had to call the store, because they forgot to tell someone there was a customer waiting for a load up.

Tractor supply is my family's favorite farm supply store! We love the reasonable prices and the friendly associates. We frequent the Port Orchard location and find really great deals when others have returned items that we are in the market to buy! (Usually 25% off regular price-woohoo!) The associates are always pleasant and try to be helpful and willing to lend a hand to carry out large items.
