This is my go to place that just feels right. I live on the other side of town with many shops in between but the selection, quality, and down to earth welcoming support behind the counter just can't be beat. The prices have yet to be beaten for my personal purchases and they never go a day without showing their customer appreciation in the form of healthy discounts! Love love love this place. My only wish is that they had their products closer so you can browse without feeling like your holding up a line.

Stefanie Mayer is their lead, and every time I come in I am welcomed warmly. She's very knowledgeable in her recommendations and has a keen awareness of stock making for quick decisions. I had the worst upset stomach from the marionberry CBD.The blackberry concentrate is so strong I was burping up all night and eating tums. I had half a piece kinda waste of $30. Just a heads up who ever reads this. The receipt says all sales are final. Tossing this in the trash.

Product selection is one of my favorites in the area. Staff checking I.D./ sitting at the front door are always a delight. BUT..the bud tenders there, man. The rudest attitudes ever. Unsmiling, unhelpful, unknowledgable. I hesitate to drive over every time because I'm just not in the mood for the weirdness. I don't understand it..all the other shops in the area have nice enough staffs. What's the deal, y'all?

Easily the best deals in town! Storewide sales of 20%-30% off every week when you sign up to get text alerts. Sometimes with a codeword which is fun. They also tend to have a good supply of the items that run out quickly at other shops like concentrates. Excellent selection! Helpful, friendly service.

Customer service is horrible I was speaking with one of the bud tenders for a product I liked and I told them what I have payed in the past told me that’s not true and proceeded to be rude and negative. The guy was wearing a blue hat and blue shirt I believe his name was MAX. Worst experience at a pot store ever. And I’m just new to the town will find a different store.

Their products are OVER a year old. You can get the same brands/farms fresh drop right down the street. If you have preferred farms they'll act like your bossing them around. They're out of anything on their website. That's why they have deals. They're trying to discard OLD products at your cost! Hope you read this, you're aware of your attitude. Maybe change it.

I usually enjoy this place due to the selection but the front door guy who checks IDs and answers the phone is extremely lazy and not very friendly. I called to let them know I was in the parking lot ready to pick up my curbside order and he answered and said it was just being put together and would be ready for me to come in, in a few mins then hung up. First off, he was rude answering as if I was bothering him and I saw him from outside he was sitting doing nothing. Second, I ordered it for curbside and he would have known that if he didn’t hang up on me. Third, I ended up sitting there for 20 mins after I ordered and watched multiple customers come and go until I finally just left and went to another place. By the time I went to another place and got what I wanted, they texted me almost 40mins after I had ordered that it was ready to pick up and I only ordered three small things. Definitely will not be recommending or doing business there again. Super disappointed because their selection is nice.

Has been my go to place for many years since its start. It has the best selection for the best prices. Most others are very expensive but this place has very affordable selections. Staff great. Do miss some of the previous employees but hey its business.

This place quickly pushed my 72 tear old mom through buying the wrong stuff, instead of making sure she got the rite product. Charged her more money than the time before by not asking if she is a senior. I would recommend never ever doing business that takes advantage of elderly customers. She went back in for help and they denied helping her, what a trashy business model

Overall, a great place. Often a long line when I walk in, but they keep it moving quickly. Budtenders are kind and have solid suggestions. Display cases are constantly changing. Sign up for texts and you’ll see they have sales and discounts at least once a week!!! Nice job, everyone!Edit added 3/2/21: Alright, it’s been a year since the above review, and I’m happy to say this place still holds up as my favorite pot shop. I go here a few times a month and it’s never a long wait. Budtenders are great at picking out a little selection for me to choose from. This shop is trendy and feels cool, but it’s tame enough that I would feel comfortable bringing my grandma here. That’s my kind of hybrid ;)

Last few times at this location have been pretty disappointing. Coming in the other day, the ID checker was more concerned watching a video on his computer to even realize a customer was standing in front of him with an ID ready.The most recent experience was when I was looking for a small amount of flower. Typically I'll come on for an 1/8th for around $25-30. The only option brought to me was $40. Once I expressed that was more I've ever paid for an 1/8th he walks to the back to the shelves and shouts "that's been the price my whole life!".Not the biggest deal but why are you making a scene? Then to claim your landlord sells you ounces for $100? And you throw the receipt at me? You are an employee at an establishment so stop acting childish and do your job, quit harassing customers or think about a different job choice.I don't typically write reviews but it's been days later and I'm still astonished by the interaction with this employee.There's many other shops around town where you won't be berated by the employees for your product choices.

I used to love this place. Now it's one of the more expensive stores in Tacoma. Still an ok selection. Hit and miss with staff, but that's understandable as most stores seem to have a high turnover rate. It's close to my house but that's it. Plenty of fire joints, but the price on many has increased since they opened. I'll just be picking another store.

Great location. Nice staff. Pretty good product. If you are looking for devices for smoking, there is a good shop in the same plaza/strip mall ( Cannazone ). Pot Zone takes care of its customers. Always look at a selection of three, and look through the bottoms of the jars, and pick whatever looks best. Since the products come from manufacturers, it is useful to look to see if it is a bunch of twigs, or tasty flower. Take a magnifier to get a good look at the trichomes on the flower, and judge the product. Trichomes are the clear jelly like pods you see on the flower. Very friendly staff.

One of the best dispensaries in Tacoma. Great prices all year round and very helpful staff. I would recommend this place to my close friends and family. This is the ONLY recreational marijuana retail store that I will ever go to.

Any time I'm in port orchard I make sure I stop here to re stock my bud ! Best place to go to get multi packs of infused pre rolls. I always seem to not find them in other stores. Very helpful in helping me find what I want because most times I'm not sure. They have good deals and prices on top shelf buds !
