I’m from out of town. called a few places and these Ladies said come on in! Nail trim in a walk in no appt. Worked great for me. They took my dog straight back cut and grounded his nail. Took under 10 min. They did great on him. And there prices were very reasonable. I will return next time I’m in town!

The groomer was the best very helpful with knowledge on my Elvis’s breedAnd skin health. I felt like they really love the animals they are grooming and helping feel amazing as my Elvis did. About six months ago I took my dog to the groomery. It cost $66 to have her bathed, blown out, brushed, nails clipped and paws trimmed and dog cologne that I absolutely loved and made her smell wonderful for well over a week and a cute little bow in her hair.I took her back today, and when I scheduled the appointment they asked if I wanted the same thing done as before, I said absolutely yes! When I brought her into the store, the lady even asked me personally if I wanted the cologne and a bandanna or bow in her hair, again I said absolutely yes! I just got done picking her up, yes she was cleaned, but she still smells like a dog after getting a bath at home, they definitely did not use the dog cologne on her, there was no bow or bandanna on her Her eyes were still completely full of eye boogers. And it cost me $89 with a mandatory minimum $12 tip.😡 I didn’t wanna make a scene or say anything in store, but I definitely will not be bringing my dog back.

She’s been getting groomed here since 2018, minus last year.I bought tools and diy, wasn’t bad cut but the mess was enough.She’s a happy dog again and I am too!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Groomery! From the way they answer the phone to the superb job they do, everything is above and beyond. They love dogs and it shows! I really feel they want to get your pooch the cut/trim that you (the owner) wants and the dogs are so comfortable with them. I will be taking my 3 doodles to them even when we move to belfair!

I can't say enough good things about this groomer. I am new to the area and my dog was a mess. We moved from a dry climate and my Charlotte's wavy hair acts very different here. I brought her in to get mats taken out and they did a fantastic job! She looks like a showdog! And embarrassingly enough, they found fleas on my poor girl. I had no idea! But they treated her for a very fair price. And were really nice about it. My dog is a bit nervous in nature but she warmed up almost instantly to Holly. She was so kind and warm I felt confident leaving my pooch in good hands. And I love that they care more about the comfort of the dog than their bottom line. Wish I could leave more stars.

Excellent service, Great groomers! The owners have implemented safety measures above and beyond to ensure the best protection to employees and customers during this pandemic. My little girl has been going there since she was 6 months old. She’s very excitable, but everyone of them have shown patience in teaching her. She loves going there.

If I could give more stars I would. If you are looking for a groomer that will treat your fur baby like their own... this is the place to go. I called in the morning and they were able to fit us in on short notice. When we arrived we were greeted by an amazing lady who approached my pup with caution as she could see that my pup was a bit nervous. She took down my info and informed me of the usual timeline, but also cautioned me that it may take a bit longer as they wanted to go at my pups pace to make her comfortable. I received a call from my pups groomer a few hours in to check in with me and offer a bit of advice with the cut, as my pups breed is notorious for sometimes having issues when the hair grows back (it can grow out differently). All in all they had my girl for six hours, took amazing care of her and she looks better than she ever has. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get my pup taken care of. Thank you Groomery, Kiko looks amazing.

Been taking my dog here for a year now. LOVE them!! Customer service is AWESOME! They take special care of my "Minnie" due to her dry skin issue. They work with your schedule and are very accommodating. I use to pay 8 dollars less at another place. But trust me, thats a drop in the bucket, next to the outstanding service you receive! Like they say, you pay for what you get!!!

I cannot give this place enough stars. They treated my puppy with the care and gentleness he needed to make getting his nails done in the future easy. They treated him like he was their own puppy and us like we were old friends. Their knowledge and customer service is on point, all for much less than I have found in town. I cannot rave about this place enough.

Went for a nail trim. New to the area and things just started opening back up. My very sweet terrors decided to lock me out of my vehicle with everything (including them) inside. Luckily it wasn’t a hot or sunny today or I would’ve been busting out a window. The owner was so kind and drove me home to get my spare key. Got the pups out of the car with no harm done...AND she still took the time to trim their nails. I couldn’t be more thankful or appreciative! I will definitely be going back. Thank you again!

I have been taking my furry kids here for several years now, because all the gals listen & do exactly what I ask for. They are really great working with fear-aggressive dogs. Their prices are right in line & I like the pet products they carry. It's a great atmosphere in their newer, larger location & all the gals are so very friendly!

I really loved this place the first two times we took our golden retriever here. The third time we took her, she had a mat behind her ear. The groomer cut it so close, she burned her skin. In less than a week, it got so infected that we had to take her to the vet. We walked away with the cone of shame, 2 antibiotics and a 300.00 vet bill. Think carefully if your dog has any matting. There worst part is they never mentioned it, we found out when we got home.Extremely disappointed.

They are so sweet on the dogs, everytime I go in there. I have a large older gal who is a bulldog mix, and a long haired Jack Russell mix. So I have oil problems with one and long matted hair with the other. They wash them, cut their nails, and cut hair on the Jack Russell mix. The dogs are so soft, and so happy when they are finished. My older gal has stiff joints now, and very sensitive nails. So cutting them makes her scared. They ease through it not rushing the dog, and having someone comfort and distract on the other end. I will always come here.

The groomer at the Groomery does not know how to do a golden doodle cut. My dog went in today to the Groomery looking adorable but perhaps a little a little shaggy and came out looking like a shaved poodle. Terrible cut. Do not go to this place if you have a doodle since they obviously don’t know how to perform a doodle haircut.

After making an appointment six weeks in advance, I brought our dog to The Groomery with the understanding that Amanda woud be our groomer. But when I got there I was told Amanda would not be working with our dog after all - despite me making the appointment with her. Furthermore, I was told if I made an appointment for 2:00pm the grooming would be done by 4:00. This was important because our dog has a severe anxiety problem which necessitates him spending as little time at the groomer as possible. As it turned out I wasn't able to pick up our dog until after 6:30. They did a good job with the grooming, but these other problems were significant.

Great place!!!! My dog is extremely shy hates getting his nails clipped to!! They got it done in less then 5 mins and handled my dog very well! Ill be sure to come back. They also carry the brand of dog food i feed him and the product selection is pretty awesome! Clean didn't have a funky smell and didn't smell like air freshener either

I really can't begin to say how much we appreciate everyone at the Groomery! They have really made such a difference in our lives. When we got Scooter, he was an abandoned dog that was attacked and I was a frantic new puppy mama. They have been wonderful in caring for Scooter and answering my never ending questions!When it's time for Scooter's "spa day" he can't get out of the car fast enough! He knows exactly where we are and has a ball of a time. When it's time to pick him up, he is the most handsome fella wearing the biggest smile!Thank you so much for all of your kindness, support and help! You all are truly the best! And you set the bar for excellence!

The Groomery took my 2 Persians for a cut and a real wash with soap and WATER, they came out beautiful. I had been to other shops as far as Tacoma and all they ever got was a dry wash????? I will always bring my cats to the Groomery, they even squeezed in the English bulldog the next day!!! Wonderful people.

When I went in to make the appointment, I took a photo of my dog, explaining my needs and when I returned they said all they did was shave dogs! They only have One blade. They don't do any scissor cutting. What a scam.My dog had already been fully combed through and her nails clipped by my VET, who actually referred me to you. I discussed all this when I made the appointment. She is a dual coat dog and does require a scissor cut, rather than just a shave. I specifically asked for a Teddy bear cut when booking the appointment. But you told me no one in your shop scissors and you have one blade. She is a small 10 pound service dog (for my seizures). You have lied about myself, the vet, and my service animal.

Everyone at The Groomery is professional and does a great job! We have been bringing our Bedlington Terriers here for many years and they were one of the only groomers in the whole county I could find who knew how to trim them.
