I've both bought and sold vehicles through Stokes, and it's BY FAR the easiest way to buy/sell vehicles. They make everything extremely easy. The process takes 15 minutes or less. I will definitely be using their services again in the future.

Purchased many items from their auctions over the last few years. Always have a simple and pleasant experience. Unlike some other auction houses, items are always in the same condition as they are pictured, not mishandled or anything of the sort. Highly recommend them.

Horrible customer service, never been so rudely treated. I get that they didn't have any ability to change pick up, which is a lie because now it will sit and not be picked up anyway till next week maybe, but to make no effort to try and to treat a customer so disrespectfully was not warranted. If youre a customer I'd take your business elsewhere.

The online Auctions are nice, but I really miss nothing able to check out items before I bid on them. I bought 2 sewing machines that were missing parts-the guys would never think to look inside to makes sure the bobbin holder or the presser foot is there-that I never would have bid on if I'd known. Other things I'd like to bid on, but I don't know how big it is or if it has an odor or things like that. On the good side, the people who work there are fabulous.

We have bought several cars from Stokes. All we're awesome, my husband is still driving a Kia we bought 3 years ago for $750. The process was fun and relatively easy.We've not used the online biddong process yet, wishing they'd move back to in person, we really enjoyed making a day of it and looking at everything.

Stokes auction is so much fun! I love looking through the antiques, the barn stuff, the plants section and the vehicles! Great deals on vehicles. If it is packed with people, you don't always get the best deals on cars but go back again and try next time if you don't win! It's a great way to spend the day.

Very rude to speak to. You'll never get your questions answered, especially if it's more than one. They don't offer any type of receipt for taking your items off your hands for auction - it's all in 'good faith.' ... sketchy.---- In response to LeAnn. A Bunk review? No, it's a real review from speaking with you. ((always be weary when a company calls a real experience BUNK and ARGUES with their potential customers)).And I told you all of what I have, then you ignored all of my emailed questions for 1 MONTH!I had to keep asking the same questions, and you literally never answered them - including how to get some sort of *receipt* from my items being dropped off to sell, WHICH AGAIN - YOU IGNORED AND NEVER ANSWERED. Do you just answer these questions on bad reviews to make yourself sound better?Then when I said I was *CONSIDERING* bringing my items to you - you shouted with a NO!, rather than PROFESSIONALLY RESPONDING TO ANY ONE ONE MY QUESTIONS, and this lady is the president, lol. Stuff always falls downhill folks.YOU HAD ALL OF THE INFO AT YOUR FINGERTIPS, AND JUST IGNORED MONEY COMING IN. WHEN I SAID I'D GO TO ANOTHER PLACE, YOU -- VERY CLEARLY, AS SEEN IN YOUR RESPONSE HERE -- became angry.Again, very sketchy.

Stokes Auction is a great place to experience life in Sourh Kitsap. It’s where the long-time locals gather and have fun. You can find great deals and boxes of random items. Cars and boats sold at auction are “as is” without any expectation. They are driven through the largest barn if possible. I have mechanic friends who buy “lemon” cars for cheap at Stokes then fix them up and resell them. Just be aware that it’s an auction and there aren’t any promises of quality.

Have been occasionally going here for years. Run by good people. If you're there for cars they sell what they get, sold as is so you need to know what you're doing or have a competent mechanic go to look with you. (This should really be said for anything bought at auctions, if you dont know the value you shouldn't be bidding on it.) We've bought three cars from them and have done alright, only one had to have significant repairs, but we got it cheap and knew most of it when we were bidding, so it worked out ok.

I bought quite a few items from stokes always a great experience would be five stars but the online auctions aren’t great the bidding period is way too long and everything seems to go for way over price can’t get a good deal on items anymore

They managed the auction for the CK school district. They are a great group of people. They also handle auctions for fundraising. They helped the Montessori auction at Hawk Elementary. They know the business and will help you as much as possible.
