Tiffanie is absolutely amazing!! Our dog sees her for reiki energy healing and after just 1 session we noticed significant improvements! Our pup is so anxious she couldn’t even see another dog outside without hyena howling and trying to escape. After the 1st session our girl can now walk past dogs on the street barking at her with absolutely no reaction whatsoever. Tiffanie is significantly improving both our dogs and our own quality of life!

My first experience with them was wonderful. She was very caring and very affectionate towards my dog, complementing my dog and really caring about his care, so I’m going to have her now as my groomer for Jessie she was very gentle and having somebody hold onto Jesse why she did his nails. I felt that Jessie and her was a good fit so so far that’s my opinion. Thank you.

I love Pauly’s, and the owner Tiffanie so much. I’ve always had dogs that need groomed and of all the ones I’ve tried I can say hands down Pauly’s is my favorite. Wether you have a puppy, a super senior, or somewhere in between they will be so well taken care of here. We moved out of state and Tiffanie even helped us find a new groomer who would be quick and gentle with my senior dogs, I mean truly above and beyond!

This was our dog's first time to the groomer. We chose Pauly's Paw Spa because of Tiffanie's professionalism and kindness. I did not want to go to a groomer that requires you leave your pet there for hours. Tiffanie was marvelous with our mini schnauzer puppy and made us both feel comfortable. He looks so great after his grooming and I felt very relaxed having him go there. I highly recommend Pauly's Paw Spa and look forward to our next appointments!

Haven't brought my cats to be groomed yet. But messaged her about their flea issues and the flea topical I've been using for years, she was very helpful in what I needed to do for them. Appreciate her kindness and time in giving me her knowledge. I've been going to Pauly's for about 5 years, both for my cat and dogs. I particularly appreciate how Tiffanie grooms the cats when there aren't other dogs around. She's very sensitive to making her pet clients happy and comfortable. We do a bath and full shave for our long-haired kitty, and he always looks great when he comes home.For the dogs we have mostly just done the drop-in nail trims. My dogs have short coats so we've only done a couple baths/grooms over the years, but again, they've always looked great when they're done. So far we haven't ever used the doggy daycare service but if we ever do, I will update my review.There have been a couple times when I got desperate for a cat groom because I didn't book in advance. I called around and found that Tiffanie is far and away the most affordable groomer in the immediate area of Port Orchard. She does book up for the cats, so if you go I recommend scheduling well before you think your cat really needs it (it might take a month to get on the schedule) or making recurring appointments. I haven't compared dog grooming since I don't need it as much.5/5 stars from me!

My partner and I took in Noel, our dog, in late spring when my Nana died. She is our first dog that isn’t a family dog, and we honestly are still learning about her grooming needs, as she is a poodle, a breed who, well, has grooming needs. 🤷‍♂️ ⁣⁣After a mediocre first grooming experience at PetSmart, we took her to Pauly’s Paw Spa a couple days ago, and we were SO impressed! 🐶⁣⁣We went in the day before I got paid with literally JUST enough to pay for the grooming appointment, and I realized there were potentially a few extra charges I could incur and not be able to pay for. I relayed this to Tiffanie, the groomer, and she was kind enough to check Noel for fleas right there at check in to reassure me I wouldn’t have to pay more. She also worked with me to not incur a matted fur fee. To be totally honest, Noel was EXTREMELY overdue for a grooming, and Tiffanie didn’t make me feel embarrassed about my lack of grooming knowledge and money, which I greatly appreciated. ✨⁣⁣To make it even better, they guarantee to have your pet done in under two hours (Noel was at PetSmart for 4 and a half...) AND the prices are the same as the big box stores with higher quality service and results - there is literally no reason to not support a local business in this case! Tiffanie and the other employee there did a fantastic job and Noel came back to us looking well groomed and comfortable. Not to mention the fact that the salon itself is adorable! We will definitely be going back next time! 💖⁣⁣

I took my dog Cole to be groomed by Lorie last Friday. Cole is a 7-year old golden doodle but new to me 2 months ago and I wasn't sure where to get him groomed. He needed a "makeover" and I decided on Pauly's Paw based on their reviews. I'm very pleased with the way Lorie interacted with him and she did a fantastic job grooming him.

I can trust that my pets will be treated with care here. It is clearly shown that the owner is passionate with her profession and takes pride in what she does for the community. Employees are treated with respect and honesty and I have always been greeted with a smile when I have come in. I would reccomend Pauly’s to anyone looking for grooming, boarding, or other pet needs.

We took our rescue chihuahua, Keebler, there to have her nails clipped. We just couldn't do it ourselves. She went right to the lady working there without even growling at her! They had her back to us in five minutes. It was amazing! We will definitely be returning. Highly recommended.

Zoe loves to come to Pauly's pets! Her haircuts are always perfectAnd she loves Tiffany! I never worry about her when she's there.I'm even going to leave her there for a whole day which is something we have never done ( I'm a little over protective!). Wow you should feel Zoes hair when she's done grooming, so soft and shinney. I will never go to anyone else!

Business is not setup to properly run dog daycare services. Not enough staff on hand or experience to handle the dogs. Owner is extremely rude, very cold, lacks customer services skills and doesn’t really want your business. Daycare is at the owners whim and they will cancel your appointment if they don’t have other big dogs signed up. On multiple occasions we have to asked to have the dogs nails trimmed and while she spent 6 hours at the daycare, they could never find the time to trim nails over multiple visits. Owner will not let her staff handle the setting up appointments or answer questions and they never answer the phone. If you are looking for a reliable place with integrity and friendly staff, this is not the place for you to do business.

Owner has a cold personality, which on more than one occasion has left me feeling a bit 'unliked.' (I've been a steady customer for two years). Went in for my dog's scheduled appointment today. Was told it had been for the day before, which meant, according to the owner's strict rules, that I would owe her $40 or so for missing it. But I wasn't wrong. Went home and came back with the appointment card that proved I was right. She did apologize, but then indicated she would be nice enough to even excuse me from having to pay the fine, as if that were a gesture of good will toward me. In the ensuing discussion of that and why she couldn't work my dog in until the following week she started going off on tangents and telling me the story of her life--I guess to make me feel sorry for her. When I said I didn't want to hear all that she abruptly asked me to leave. Which I did, and I won't be back. The quality of the grooming is acceptable, but not special enough to make me want to put up with that attitude. Plenty of other groomers around.

Our pup has had some horrid grooming experiences but thankfully we have finally found Paulys Paw Spa! Chia comes out looking great but most of all she does not seemed stressed. We are grateful Tiffanie cares so much about our Portuguese Water Dog! Thank you!

Tiffanie does a wonderful job with our "worried" Cavalier King Charles. Making appointments and getting in when we want is very convenient. Upon our initial vet visit our vet asked whom we use for grooming, once we mentioned Tiffanie and Pauly's, our vet happily approved!

They are good people who are great with my pups. Two of my dogs are older in age, and they always come back the way they went in..except smelling and looking better!..been to some places who are unkind to dogs..we have found our groomer for life!

Zoey's first grooming experience was a success! Zoey is an 8 month old lab mix, with tons of energy and was a little apprehensive in entering the salon however Tiffanie, the owner, put her at ease immediately. She has a knack for this thing for sure. Zoey was ready to go within the hour and came home so relaxed she napped for the rest of the day.The scheduling process was easy and I appreciated all the reminders I received.Thank you! $10 for a 5 minute nail trim ? Never trimmer her paws or pads. She still has jagged parts on her nails. They get them in and out as fast as they can. We won't be back !!
