I can't say that I 'like it' or 'love it' because I can't eat here.The staff members were extremely patient and tried to be helpful. All of the ordered items were included and fixed as requested. The inside of this location is well kept, pleasant for sit-down dining, and has an indoor play place.My family likes it, and my kids request to visit specifically for the play place,If you don't have food issues, this one is a great option for fast service, food prepared as expected, and a nice, clean place to eat.Dietary restrictions: I have a soy allergy and carrageenan intolerance, so there aren't many options for me here.I thought I could get away with just ordering a beef patty with ketchup and bacon and have an apple pie.The food tasted as expected, but I'm having an allergic reaction immediately after eating those few items.Parking: Several spots around the side and toward the back of the building, it might be a bit more challenging if you want to park during a busy time of day or an event.Kid-friendliness: Play place my kids find enjoyable.Wheelchair accessibility: There were wheelchair accessible parking spots in the lot.

So there was a puddle of soda on the floor for anybody to step on and slip and fall. But yes, there was a wet floor sign. The whole entire floor away from the drink counter with sticky dirty and nasty.Food was not cooked to order. I asked for lightsalt on my fries. Freshly made piping hot. Ask for slivered onions on both my mic chickens only had one piece of sliver to onion on both of them. Drinks were flat smoke. Alarm kept chirping the whole entire time. We were sitting there eating. Um, let's see poor customer service.Didn't listen to the orders properly.It was just a piss poor job today.Parking: There is very limited to no parking when it's busy. The pick up orders when picking up. Fresh orders through the drive through is on the side of the building, making it very unsafe to come out of the drive through can cause an accident at any time. Day or night?And it could also cause an accident if a customer or an empboy comes off the sidewalk around the corner of the building.

I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger. It was $4.39. it was so tiny. I literally measured it. 3½" was it! The two burger patties were paper thin. Taste was pretty good, but holy cow! A big guy would need 3 of these to be satisfied to the tune of $15! It was just surreal to order a burger for that much and receive it soooo tiny! Shocked! Ridiculous!!!

They ask you to pay for drive-thru express service at the first window, then when you pull up to the second window, tell you to go around the building where you then be forgotten for the next 15 minutes. 2 out of 3 times.Learn how to operate a drive-thru!!!PS: Right across the street you get the best burgers in town.

I love this McDonalds. The playground is the feature that keeps me hooked. My son loves the playground and is always asking us to go there haha. Please never get rid of it.Parking: Lots of parking available. It’s a busy plasme for sure but typically for the drive through. They have some overflow parking they never use as well.Kid-friendliness: Play area for the kids will keep you coming.

I went through the drive thru. They were very helpful in what I was looking for. My only complaint is quite often going through the drive thru they have me pull into a parking space. So you aren't on the drive thru timer and your order is not a priority and they take an extra long time before you receive your order. I've waited over 15min before for a small order.

Milkshake machine never works. If you dine in, the employees look at you like you’re cutting into their TikToc time. The food is never fresh and consider yourself lucky if you get what you ordered. I think it’s a Port Orchard thing. Other than the Sedgwick McDonalds, all the fast food restaurants in P.O. need to find better help.Update. The milkshake machine has been fixed! The morning crew does a great job. The rest seem to have improved also.

Drive thru was a little slow but that's fine. I get it, it gets busy. Staff was friendly.I did however special order a cheese burger. They've forgotten the burger. Also, the kids meals drink was a diet. Did not order diet.Hopefully they will get better.

I go through the drive-thru every morning and sometimes afternoons during the weekdays. The food is always hot and fresh. The employees are always upbeat, friendly and greet you with a smile. The employees are very helpful and make it worth coming to this restaurant. I actually go out of my way to come here because of the employees and the hot fresh food.

I'm not loving it! I was in a hurry so I went through the drive-thru and ordered two sausage biscuits with cheese. Drove off and later found out that they forgot to put the sausage in the sandwiches. How does that even happen!? I was too far away to turn around and go back so I went to the nearest Burger King and ordered the same thing. They nailed it.

Took my daughter there for a happy meal.We arrived at 10:30 and they were still serving breakfast. I asked when can I order lunch they said will not be ready for a while. So she played in play land for half an hour. Then I ordered got meal and she did not like there nuggets said they taste funny.

I will never eat at this McDonald's again. I just took a huge bite out of a rancid rotten deluxe mc crispy. Immediately spit it out then proceeded to puke in my kitchen sink. I am 9 months pregnant serving ROTTEN food to the public is unexceptable. I have eaten rotten meat before in my life I grew up relatively poor it is a taste you don't forget. You better believe if this food compromises my pregnancy I will sue. I have never been so livid and disgusted in my life.

We celebrated my daughter's birthday here tonight - she wanted nothing more than to have dinner and some fun playing with a few friends.We made it a party and the staff was so incredible!The two front-running young ladies allowed us to decorate, delivered everyone's food to them, offered free ice cream cones to go with our cake, and even made a special sundae for the birthday girl!A fantastic experience! Thank you!!

Order was wrong...went thru drive thru and confirmed no cheese but there was cheese. Even my dog wouldn't eat it. Not even the fries. Definitely not up to the standards the McDs was at when I was growing up and they had all the ol' hamburgler and everything else; along with taking my children there, now ranging in age between 28 and 18, food quality has definitely decreased. You know...I've noticed, now that McD's has become 'Corporate', the quality keeps declining every quarter (to make the numbers, would rather sacrifice to stay in the black that compromise quality over quantity to provide a quality product). But you know the strange thing, my oldest lives in E. WA and his dog LOVES it when he orders McD. Steals it at every chance. So maybe it is not just a corporate thing, maybe it falls further down the chain.

The BEST McDonald's I've ever been to. Super friendly staff, order was 100% correct and out the window in less than 30 seconds, and the food was FRESH and MADE RIGHT! HUGE credits to all staff at this McDonald's. They deserve a raise.

We showed up a little before 5 when they were supposed to open and waited until 5. They still didn't have the drive thru or anything open come 5:10 or so, so we drove up to the window to see if anytime was there. The manager was there, at the window, looked at us, and walked away. So we drove back around to the drive thru, waited until 5:15, and drove back to the window to see start was going on. The manager was there again turning off the little alarm that tells them there's people in the drive thru, looked at us again, and walked off. So we drove back around, things were open, ordered, etc. The actual lady working the first window was delightful, and then we went up to the next window and it was the manager and she was super rude.Please, fix your management. She's killing the entire store.

Well the food was great. But Note for the manager, when a customer drops over $50 in your drive thru, and YOU miss food, and don't put it in the bag, and when the customer calls, and comes in to recieve said missed food, don't question them, and basically insinuate they are liars. Do the right thing and be accountable for YOUR mistake. "manage," cause your the "manager."

Dined in, people were nice but they had someone new in training running the register with barely any help. Empty Tables were filthy in play area. Need to clean play area also my kids said everything was stickyKid-friendliness: Kids loved the play place. But all empty tables were filthy so it makes me wonder how often they clean the play area. There was a kid rolling in the mop water after someone mopped a spilled coke . Wish it was cleaner.
