We have attempted multiple online orders with store pickup over the years here, but they rarely go well. When I receive an email saying the order is ready, we go in to pick it up, but either they can't find it or it's not ready. Often times, we never receive it, so we cancel and have it delivered or get it ourselves in store. It usually takes half hour for us to get the item or cancel and do it ourselves. Tonight my husband waited 47 minutes, and they still didn't have the order ready. Needless to say, my husband couldn't keep his cool at that point. To make matters worse, they marked the order as "picked up" so now I have to "return" an item I don't have. What's more, is I've now been on hold 25 minutes and haven't been connected to someone to straighten this out. I understand the associates must be as frustrated with the system as we are, so I hate to give a bad review, but multiple processes have to improve with Lowe's. The 2 stars are for the associates who do their job well and the selection and value of products. The wait times, disorganization, and lack of customer service need help.

I purchased a power tool set here because it was on sale. There was a big sign up that said sale, so I went for it, and when I went to check out, the sale wasn't kicking in. I asked a cashier who didn't really seem to know her job, so she got a manager. It took a while for the manager to show up, but when he did, he wasn't friendly at all. I showed him the sign, and he said that the sale had ended. I said well the sign is up, so they should honor the deal. He was a total jerk about the whole thing, and he told the employee that he wanted the sign taken down immediately. I got the sale, but it sure didn't leave me feeling great about Lowe's, and I spend a lot of $$$ here.

This Store is visible from the Road and the Highway at this particular location. It is ♿️ friendly and ♿️ accessible.The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and warm. Recently we inquired about certain services. Within 2 weeks, we had a quot, and a contractor came to look at the work we needed. They are Pro-active and efficient. This is our first time doing business with Lowe's and so far, the experience has been positive with this store.We are currently waiting for the contractor to install what we need installed, and we will comment further on their performance. For now, the staff in the store have done a great job addressing our needs, our concerns, and scheduling the work.For now, we highly recommend this store, their staff, and the process.Update; The installation of our commercial 7 foot chain link fence was a success. Our Huskies are now free to roam at will in a safe area. We are so pleased that we have also moved forward to replace our front door. If you are looking for help with a project, contact Keith Burke or ask for him in-store. We are very pleased indeed. I will comment on our front door as soon as it's installed.UPDATE; Our front door and screen door combo came in, was installed to our complete satisfaction. We are thrilled to be able to have completed two projects with Lowe's.We are comfortable to say that we recommend Lowe's of Port Orchard for your project needs. We look forward to future projects ourselves.

Employees followed me around the store ! Even looking through my cart when I was using restroom .then I heard them saying watch the door as I approached check out ! I just left my cart and walked out . The manager even followed me out the store and asked( if I still wanted my stuff) . I told him I was gonna get my family up cause they were asleep in my car and I needed help creating a diversion cause His security was on to me you are a Joke Port orchard lows . I have been building homes for 20 years and my wallet is Fat . I'm sure your mom's are proud of you Robots protecting your store from someone who knows who they work for . And someone who doesn't have to stereotype a man in raingear for being a low hanging fruit like they were hoping for . I'd rather pay more at a local lumber yard . Where the money stays local and there is customer appreciation and experience .

Went to lowes at a little after 5 pm on a Friday. Surprisingly it wasn't that crowded. We got what we came for and went to check out. Unfortunately when checking out there wasn't enough cashier's. We had to wait 20 minutes. I could have gone to self check out but I wasn't in a hurry so I just stayed in the line I wss in.

Had a 10-1 pm appointment for a fan install via Hany Tech. First strike, appointment was set without contacting me, via text. Next when I spoke to Jen with service center, they say running late. Then she hung up on me. Tech never returned my calls, Handy never reached out to me. At this time, I recommend avoid them at all cost. P.S. Lowes was also of very little help (James and Julie at customer service).

Terrible service. Waited for almost 30 minutes after asking multiple employees to unlock the saw blades before finally giving up and leaving. I will happily take my business elsewhere from now on

If I could put a negative star I would give a negative 5. I have never had such a terrible experience with buying anything in my life. I was just looking to get a fridge and through the fumbling, inability to do basic service and mismanagement of Lowe’s staff, I came away with three wasted days, an anxiety attack and a whole lot of wasted money for absolutely zero service. Never, Never, Never buy any appliances or anything that requires service or delivery from this store. I have never been treated so poorly and even when they admitted it was absolutely terrible service all they could offer was an ‘oops, we’re sorry. We can’t actually do anything to make it better.’ Atrocious, shameful and inhumane.

Buyers beware! DO NOT purchase appliances from Lowe’s. They have a 48 hour return policy, which means if you, like us, have your stove almost cause an electrical fire in your home before dying completely - less than 2 months after purchase, you are out of luck. Lowe’s customer service does not care about you or your circumstances. They will take no responsibility for the fact that they sold you a defective, dangerous appliance. They will simply state - and restate - their unethical 48 hour policy ad nauseam. Again, DO NOT PURCHASE APPLIANCES FROM LOWE’S. And, on principle, perhaps don’t purchase from Lowe’s at all.

Dog poop on the floor at the entrance, disinterested employees on their phones, couldn’t find chainsaw equipment and no one around to ask for help. Lowe’s app couldn’t point me in the right direction.Picked up some pellets for the smoker and had to use self checkout. Military discount wasn’t working and dealt with angry barking woman running the check out system. Barking that I needed to go to the website and register for the military discount. I’ve been registered for years!Do yourself a favor and go to Home Depot!!I’ll never be back to Lowe’s!

I recently purchased flooring from Lowes and Hailey's was amazing. I was a little nervous as this was our first time installing LVP and it came out beautifully with Hailey's expertise! We also received help from Tony who was equally as great! Port Orchard Lowes has gained a loyal customer!

I have been a shopper at the Port Orchard Lowe's for 5 years. The sheer number of bad shopping experiences has now caused to not shop there again. The management does not value customer service. Besides shoddy merchandise, low inventory and horrible placement, you will find the management unresponsive if available at all. The latest is the radial saw is not working (again). It just is not worth the effort to try to have a decent shopping experience. The negatives simply outweigh the positives. This store is a joke.I will now make Home Depot and Ace Hardware my first stops before attempting any purchase at Lowe's.

In brief: we ordered a CUSTOM French door. They sent a standard door. We signed the contract with understanding no work on trim or repairs to drywall would be required. Once installers arrived, they told us the opposite.We have no idea if our 3600$ will be refunded. A giant door is sitting in our garage. This entire process has been a complete nightmare.BUYER BEWARE!

Today's experience wasn't too bad! Came in to do some gardening and finding plants marked down is always great! Needed help locating a outdoor timer and was helped right away! Only issue was that there was only one check-out cashier which formed a long line.

I’ve had multiple frustrating experiences at this location, but my experience today was especially frustrating. I needed a small piece of glass cut. I found an employee near the glass cutting aisle and asked if I could get assistance. They said they would find someone but never came back. After a few minutes I walked over to self check out and asked if they could find someone, they made an announcement over the intercom but again, no one came. After another 5 minutes I asked a 3rd employee walking by if she could help but she said she didn’t know how to use the machine and she made another announcement over the intercom. Again, no one came. I asked a fourth employee who said he couldn’t use the machine and there wouldn’t be anyone in the building who could for another 45 minutes. I wasted 15-20 minutes of my time waiting for someone who was never in the building to begin with. Surely, a manager or someone who heard the multiple intercom pages knew there wasn’t anyone in the store to help with the requests. And yet no one came to inform me.

Bought a refrigerator the day I was there in October the person I bought it from went in the back and came out and said yes we have one and it will be delivered tomorrow. I am 68 and and a handicapped widower. I purchased the old appliance to be removed. I still have the old fridge in the house and cannot get it out of house and have not received the refrigerator a month later.

The absolute rudest treatment from a professional salesperson, and only to come and find out that he in fact is the department manager for the pro desk.I stopped in at the Lowe's in Port orchard you need to pick up a couple parts and I wanted to check in to getting my house painted.So I went to the pro desk, I waited behind a customer, the clerk took care of the customer and without even acknowledge me standing there waiting to talk to someone, he was the only associate at the counter, he just went outside like I wasn't even standing there.He then comes back inside and goes to another register and helps a couple other customers I'm still standing there to talk to somebody at the pro desk.So I took his picture from from where I was standing and after about 10 minutes or so he comes back over and asks me can I help you with something, in a very sarcastic tone.I explained that I was wanting to get a quote for my house to be painted.He told me we don't paint houses and walked away in a very sarcastic tone.So I went and talked to another clerk and tried to tell them what had happened, this is when I was told that that person is actually the department manager and he does that all the time to people.I was told in fact they've had numerous complaints about Steve the department manager, and it hasn't changed the thing.So I ask you if Lowe's doesn't care enough to train or to adjust its managing staff, do they really care enough about you as a customer?I was completely offended by this.To think that the department manager couldn't take the time to say I'll be back in a minute, I have to go do something.To have a very sarcastic and undertone and treatment from the department manager. I enjoy going to Lowe's I've had Lowe's put a roof on my house I've had and do other things, so I know if you want something done you have to start at the pro desk.Enclosing let me say this, check my posts on Google this is the first time I've ever had to write a bad one, I do not like writing bad reviews I just assume not give you my business.
