I've been a loyal customer since you've opened. The experience I had the other day has left a bad taste. The employees have always been helpful and so nice until last week when I asked the long hair bushy beard gentleman to get a pipe out of the showcase in front. He made me feel like I was such a bother. Not good customer service! He was just leaving the showcase. I would not have asked anyone waiting on customers to help me. Then the young lady that waited on me was Kitsap Cannabis quality!

A very friendly and unique place to shop.The employees treat you as a friend and will help you. If you don't know what you need, they will assist you in any way possible. Just talk to them and tell them your concerns.As a smoke shop, you can also get your smoke needs here as well. But, you can also get other items that you wouldn't even think of, like Dragon Balm.I got the Dragon Balm here. It is a balm that I highly recommend for those aches and pains that just won't go away. As a smoke shop, you can get some good cannabis items here, too. But, I'm a conservative individual and really don't need to smoke anything. However, I was turned on to this balm for a real bad pain in my back and in my knees. I just rub it on and my pain disappears. This balm is non habit forming and it really works on my aches and pains. If you have that kind of pain where nothing seems to help, then check out this store and Dragon Balm. It costs about $20.00. I Highly Recommend It! 😀😄😀

Just heads up for anyone who may be uncomfortable around firearms: The staff here open carries. I'm not disputing their right to do it. (I've seen them quoting laws in the review responses.) I'm just giving a warning to anyone reading these reviews as that can be an issue for some.For my part, even though I own guns and am used to being around them, it really changes the vibe of the dispensary experience for me. That and the unhelpful attitude of the staff means that even though this is the closest dispensary to me, my partner and I go to other places in the area that we feel more comfortable in.

Had a horrible experience. I overheard them speaking badly on a black man that was inside of the store and walked out. Not to mention there is zero diversity in this store. So not only do they talk bad about black people but they clearly do not hire them either. I been to this place about 6 or 7 times. My wife told me they got robbed a couple months ago. Good for them

I went into the store to look for a particular pain cream from , which I have found in kitsap county on multiple occasions. I asked the guy if they carried it..... No....is it something you might carry in the future.....no....can we request it.....no....are you interested in helping your clients...no.....so you don't care about your customers.....no. He straight told me he didn't care. Why wouldn't someone want to keep up with the time. Is it crazy that someone would carry a pain cream that won the dope cup??? no it is called keeping up with the demand of the public. I would not recommend this shop ever, no customer service skills. Why can't you be nice. Obviously we don't expect them to carry everything, but at least act like you care. Otherwise good luck staying in business with someone like that representing you. Even though he may have been the owner cause he was strapped. If that's the case then it is even sadder.

This store is very convenient to me only being blocks from my house. The night staff is intelligent. helpful, and nice to deal with. I didn't give a five star review here because their prices are always higher than other stores in the area for the same products. I also think the rewards program they have is not up to par.

On their receipt it says and I quote "vape cartridges can be returned within three days if defective and must not be empty." I came in with my receipt and a brand new cartridge never even used because it is defective and they refuse to exchange it and it Was only purchased the night before and was not used at all. That's b.s.I will never buy anything from them again. DONT GO THERE. there stuff is defective!

This place is definitely in my top weed stores here in Port Orchard. They have a great selection of everything you can imagine and they have great deals daily. They even have a wheel that you can spin for an extra discount during certain times of the day. The staff are incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and prompt. One of the managers has a beautiful dog that greets you as you arrive and leave, and it is the sweetest doggy ever. I will definitely be back and I will definitely recommend this store to friends.

Have heard so many good things about this place so we opted to try it out. When we walked in one of the items had a $10 tag on it so we gave it a shot. I i even asked if it was really that price. It wasn't until we got home and I looked at the receipt that I saw they charged me $25.

I went to every single pot shop in port orchard and bought a joint to see the prices around town.Take my anecdotal evidence that this place has the best prices hands down.PLUS they're all nice and no menus to look at or everything hidden behind walls. You can see your product right there and even choose which jar or bag you want to take home. Friendly service, intelligent staff and great prices.Oh my god and there's dogs there you can pet sometimes it's just the best place.

So my mom and I went in today. We explained what we wanted. Guy was super nice and helped us pick out a vape battery and two cartridges. We left. Tried cartridge number one, it didn’t work. Tried cartridge number two, it worked. We went back to the store and the owner helped us this time. He tested the cartridge, determined it was fried, and gave us a new one. Awesome. Went home, tried it, still didn’t work. Went back a third time to the store. This time the manager helped us. She tested it, it should be working. She replaced the battery this time and told us to go test it. Still didn’t work. Luckily we were just in the parking lot this time. So now we have to wait til the owner is there because she can’t give us a refund or anything. So we’d have to go there a forth time to get this figured out. We get home and I read the back of the package, and it says it won’t work with the type a battery that was sold to us. So I call to tell her and she says it was the new guy and it was a miscommunication. But the owner saw the battery and the cartridge, and the manager saw the battery and the cartridge, and neither said anything about the two not being compatible. The new guy was very nice and they were open Christmas Day so I gave them two stars instead of one. Now I have a $36 cartridge that I can’t use with the battery that was recommended so I have to buy a different battery. Disappointed and annoyed with the whole thing.

Love the people, great selection... only issue is they seem to run out of the good vape carts a bit too fast though most shops have that issue and some shops are far worse about restocking.All in all these guys are a good shop, I'd definitely recommend them.The workers are friendly, very helpful and remember my name which is nice.

What a great spot, the budtenders are super nice and very helpful, they know their stuff and helped me find all my favorites in just a few minutes. Great selection, they even had my fave the elusive Space Queen. They also have deals and a reward program so ya, I'll be back (in my Arnie voice).

I was very impressed! Staff was very knowledgeable in helping me find something to calm our Beloved "Liberty" GSD who gets extremely anxious on the 4th of July from those obnoxious fireworks 🎆 Finally, something that helped her relax & calm down. Bud tenders are always nice. I don't smoke but the are so knowledgeable about CBD and Dragon balm!!! They rock!!! Only place I'll go and if if you buy a hat you get a discount everytime you go in there and you get to spin the wheel lol

My 1st time here. Thought they were a closed business because in the front facing parking its all dark. The SIDE OF THE ALLEY ENTRANCE there you can see their open. The view of the door in front is blocked by a partial cement wall.

After seeing the owner/ manager blasting ex employees on Facebook I will never recommend this place to anyone. Who knows if the employees she’s blasting even did what she’s posting on Facebook since it’s off “what so and so told me”. Honestly I just expect better out of the owner then the way she has presented herself on Facebook and I would expect more professional behavior out of someone in that position. 0/0 would not recommend
