Went in for an oil change, the guys were so nice and friendly! No wait time at all! Austin helped me move my car and made me feel right at ease that they were going to take care of my car! Went to change my oil myself today after having Jiffy Lube do it last time. Couldn't get the oil drain plug off without almost completely rounding the bolt head off and using a 14" breaker bar. Had to go buy a new drain plug as well. Thanks for using an impact gun to tighten the 10 ft-lb drain plug into my aluminum oil pan. I really appreciate it, Jiffy Lube!

I take multiple vehicles here and the service is always good. Austin does a good job going over the recommended service, what I should do, and what can wait. He explains all the inspections in a way that'd understandable and helps me keep my vehicle properly serviced and running well.I keep coming back with all my cars.

I had never been to Jiffy Lube before today. They got me in without any wait and we're very helpful and gave excellent customer service. When you are short on time and need your oil changed this Jiffy Lube is certainly a good place to go.

THEY DON'T LIKE IT WHEN CUSTOMERS SHOW UP. I stop by this location yesterday for an oil change and there was only one truck in the middle lane being worked on, and another car waiting in the left lane. I pulled up and stopped in the middle lane behind the truck being worked on. I sat there in my car for over 5 minutes without anyone coming over to me. After 5 minutes I began backing up to go somewhere else. Suddenly the individual who had been in the vehicle to my left jumped out, and it was the employee who was supposed to be checking people in for service. I rolled the window down and he said he hadn't seen me even though I had been there some time right next to him. Apparently, sitting in a vehicle playing on their phone is more important than customers.

The whole team was absolutely going above and beyond to help me with my unexpected car problem, and they deescalate situations like an EMT. You can't get better service with anyone else, and just go here for all your car needs instead of anywhere else. It will save you issues down the road.I came in thinking I just needed air in my tires because I had switched to my winter tires recently. I foolishly thought that changing the tires wouldn't be a big deal, and I didn't have Jiffy Lube take care of this. Turned out the other place I went to for changing the tires didn't put on the tires properly and my tire needs to be replaced instead of being filled with air!! The whole team was so patient with me as I was process this, and the rips in the tire were a sight to see.Really great service here, and if anyone needs a messed up tire to entertain a pet; they got one here now!!!Also, Austin helped a lot so give him and the whole team an AWESOME Christmas bonus 🎄
