This store and the staff are amazing!!!!I am a loyal customer to this store as well to a certain brand they carry. I told them this batch from that brand was gross. They gave me a discount and offered to go to the brand and get rid of the bad product to another flavor of theirs that will be better.

The bud tender Taylor made the whole experience bad for him it doesn't matter if your a regular or not if he's having a bad day he will belittle you so if u go I would recommend have Erica or Jack help you for the best experience

First time in this delightful convenience store of cannabis. A nice big hello and how are you as you walk in. Displays of product on the walls to browse while you wait your turn. A new ce young woman sold me some pre- rolls. I came in for the old school brick style hash but to no avail. Supply chain??? I still walked out very satisfied as they offered me first time buyer and Tuesday discount. I even joined the club. Thank you.

Place was great when it opened even drove from Gig harbor to them.Since then the past couple times I've been in the employees have been horrible. Short, irritated, blunt responses, attitude. So help me if you have any questions. I only asked to see a couple different kinds of flower. Then when I asked the difference between 2 kinds of edibles and got more attitude. By far the worst customer service I've ever experienced in a bud shop.Congratulations you lost my business. I won't be back.

I bought a 1/4 of flower thr other day there. They charged me $60. When i went home i looked on the website that said the same 1/4 was only $40. When i called them to explain why i only got an attitude. I was told oh well it was a mistake online. Its not legal to advertise one price but charge a higher price for the transaction.

I wish I could give this place over 10 stars!! These guys are super fantastical and incredibly helpful and kind!! Best customer service I have experienced in a while! The prices and product variety were most excellent and all my questions were answered with a courteous informative response! Words can't describe how happy this place makes me. The selection is top notch. The quality is even better. The prices are great and the deals they have on a daily make even the most thirty consumer happy. Their staff are really the shining gem. Each one remembers me every time I'm in their, and make suggestions based on what they know I like and don't like, they take the time to talk to me and get to know me and I just really appreciate that. They have an online ordering program that garners you 15 percent off on orders, and allows you to preorder and walk right in and check out without the hassle of waiting or anything. I personally don't do that because I like to scour over every product to see what kind of chronic they have in that day but it's convenient for most. And they have a customer loyalty program where you check In and after a certain amount of visits you get 20 percent off. Hell yeah.

Good store, good location, however the lack of certain products has lowered this rating. The products were available previously and the management seems to have failed to obtain more, even though all other stores have restored their stock. There is no indication that this is a specialty store, and they have other products from the same company, so this is not good customer service, unless there is another explanation for this failure to restock the store properly.

Very poor customer service, I got a text message with today's special saying 20% with an additional 15% with online pre-orders and was denied my discounts in store by an employee, I'm guessing they didn't know about today's specials and very well should look into their own business's offers.Update: Owner honored the offer and had me come back, the shop itself is nice and has a lot to choose from, I just happened to interact with a disrespectful employee.

Best prices around and they offer both senior and veteran discounts combined. Knowledgeable, friendly staff. Easy access to store. Remember to check in at the kiosk because every 10 visits gets you another discount!
