I have never been more pleased with a grooming business. My dogs don't need haircuts, but my shepherd/husky mix definitely needs a good descending and bath... they were so kind and sweet with her! I think she actually enjoyed herself! Thank you for taking such care of my Sophie!

The staff is so nice, and they always do such a great job with my dog, Max. Grooms usually take an hour or so. They text reminders which is super helpful. Prices are competitive with other local established groomers, and the service is way better!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! My puppy (mini Irish doodle) is about 9 months old now and has been seeing Angela regularly now! The entire experience is great, they are take their time and are very detail oriented . The staff is extremely friendly and always remember details about my dog & I . The salon itself is extremely clean and SO cute. I love that they sell retail products so I have everything to keep my dog well groomed at home! They are attentive and if need to reschedule they give plenty of notice and are super flexible! Also their Instagram page is super fun to follow! Overall amazing!

Very friendly and QUICK! I took my pup for a nail trim and dremel, and they had her out in less than 5min! And their prices are reasonable, I'll definitely be back!

They do an amazing job working with my dogs, who are challenging. They are accommodating to my dogs' needs, such as reactivity towards other animals and fear of strangers. Not only do they go above and beyond to provide my girls with the best experience, they are also just really heckin' good at nail trims. Blows all the other places out of the water, the vet included. Love this groomer, highly recommended to everyone!

Front desk Elizabeth was extremely rude( very nice till u ask a question n she doesn’t agree then look out!!) I asked to speak to the owner Valerie Burke n was told she would not call me back as she agreed with Elizabeth- r u kidding .what owner does not want to hear what the problem was ??? She has only been in bus for 2years n doubtful she will be a longevity bus with this attitude. To start there attitude toward me my son called them 22 hours before my appointment (we had 2 that day different time and ask if it would be ok to cancel 1 n we would come for 2nd one - otherwise he would bring his dog to said apt as he is only a wash n nail clip- n also keep the 2nd appt. Elizabeth said “oh no it’s no problem to cancel 1st appt n we will see u in the afternoon . . As a courtesy I did wait before writing this review to see if Valerie would call me as requested but no call . I wrote a long review n decided to shorten it but will be happy to discuss in detail what happened to justify this review. Hit me up for full story about 2good paying clients- dogs r good on table -

Staff here is great. Take my Australian shepherd Laila here and she loves going there. Also she looks great when complete which doesn't take that long either. Very happy with this groomer.

Called today to make an appointment and was told my dogs were no longer welcome because my tenants were a no show and didn’t pay the $130 fee. I even said I would pay the expense and was told it was too late. Banning my pets for my tenants action is just plain wrong.
