I just had one of the best interactions at this location. Liz at self checkout was so incredibly helpful and kind, I was having trouble getting an item to ring up properly and she was so fast and friendly about it. You can tell that she really enjoys her job and the people she interacts with. I will definitely be coming here more often if this is the type of customer service that’s offered.

We don't shop at this store often, but we were quite impressed during a recent visit - specifically aimed at purchasing items for a birthday celebration. The person working in the floral department was engaging and incredibly helpful, and the person working in the bakery was also quite accommodating. Best of all, everyone at our small celebration loved the chocolate truffle cake we purchased. It was honestly the best grocery store cake we've ever had, and we will almost certainly return to the Fred Meyer bakery soon.Pro Tip: This store has EV charging in the outer lot, and there are almost always available spots.Pro Tip 2: Cell service in this store is pretty spotty, so you might not want to shop here when expecting an important call or text.

This is my main go to store for most things. But if you want legos, be prepared to wait a half hour for someone to come open up the cage. The button doesn’t seem to do anything. If things are going to be locked up, it shouldn’t be impossible to find someone who has the key, every associate that I saw didn’t have the key so they couldn’t help me. I had to call customer service and then finally they sent someone over with the key! I understand it’s busy, and maybe they are short on staff. But it would probably help a ton if more people had a key.

If Fred Meyer doesn't have it, you are probably better off without it. Well stocked with a wide variety of goods. Extremely helpful employees. What keeps me from giving this store five stars is when I went to the deli area and asked for meat cut extremely thin they told me they couldn't do it. I had to buy what was already cut. It seems like something that could be taken care of very easily. I'm kind of baffled why this would be a problem for the store to give the customer what they want.

We used to shop at Fred Meyer as our main grocery store, but the customer service dropped significantly. This particular store used to separate the health food & gluten free, but a couple of years ago they combined the products.We only come here for a couple of specific items.

Great store. Very nice size, larger than other department and grocery stores in the area by far. Goof selection of fresh produce, and also fresh plants if you prefer to grow your food from home! Fresh hot sandwiches and Delicatessen have very good eats if you are feeling hungry. Great liquor and beer selection. Apparel, home, garden, and hardware sections are also available and offer just as many, if not more goods than the local Wal-Mart or Target. Best location in the area. Would definately recommend.

They sell defective TVs and then hide behind their 30 day return policy and make you contact the manufacturer if you want to make an exchange. The TV I have is now selling in the store for less than I bought it but they won't let me exchange because I'm past the 30 days. Will never make a large purchase from this store again.

This store is GIANT! And clean. A lot of big stores are messy but this wasn't--and it was Black Friday!They had everything on my list, no line to check out, lots of self-checkout and I found some pretty good deals

Been shopping with Fred Meyers for 3 years now.We recently moved from Bremerton to Port Orchard. One month ago, since then I have received 5 packages of wings, Air chilled Organic and FostersAll the wings had black spots. I was about to return 3 packs same day $27 refund.I repurchased two days later for my Christmas Dinner. Guest what,Black spots and bad smell. Unfortunately I was not able to return.The quality of food has went down hill.The Bremerton location has sold me bad Salmon and Produce. Many returns over the last year.I’m done at this point.

Went in today for rx refills. I forgot to check lunch is from 1:00 pm to 1:30 pm. So I randomly shopped. Found some pretty good deals. The wait was minimal. The store was super well stocked. Variety is almost overwhelming. The store is clean & organized. Employees were all friendly & helpful. Pretty sure it's 1 stop shopping. Rewards card always pays off! I am definitely a repeat customer! ❤️

The pharmacy is excellent at this location. Everyone I have come across has been cheerful and happy to help. The pharmacists have always taken the time to explain clearly and answer any questions regarding the medication without making you feel like you are taking up their time.My only complaint is poor cell service inside and no Wi-Fi, which makes the whole digital coupon experience a nightmare. Customer service and overall helpfulness and positive attitudes are in abundance, however.

I really like this Fred Meyer. I use the pick-up grocery option every week & with that, I can get 99% of the things I need & the people that load up are always kind, respectful & a joy to my day.Occasionally, I'll get an item that isn't mine, but since I'm not charged for it, I don't see an issue with making a big fuss. When I do have to go inside to shop, I frequent the jewelry department, the pharmacy, so I utilize the whole store.I appreciate that it's always clean. And as other stores are still struggling to stay stocked. It's usually pretty well stocked.If I had to say a negative, I would say some of the younger employees could use maybe a refresher course in manners & etiquette. But I say that lightly because there have been some of the younger employees that are just fantastic.It's become our family grocery & more store. I love using the app, clipping my coupons, getting my gas discount & all my needs are in 1 store & an addicted to how easy it is to pick up our order so it works good for us.

I’ve been shopping here for years but the last two rotisserie chickens I’ve bought there were so old and dry they were like eating chicken jerky. Both bought around 4pm. Who’s in charge of this deli ?? I guess I can start shopping in Gig Harbor instead and get a good chicken at Costco for half the price. Pull it together guys!!!

Meat department doesn't cut meat for customers (pick something they sell & ask for custom cut- they refused to do it).We went to albertsons to get it done & left what we'd already shopped in their cart.Guess we know where to shop from now on!

I had the best experience at the Fred Meyer in Port Orchard today. Sam, the wonderful gentleman that stopped what he was doing just to help me load my heavy furniture boxes I purchased into my car, was so kind and thoughtful. Sam (with curly brown hair and glasses) should get a raise! I will be coming back here to shop from now on as much as I can to support this business with such great employees. Thank you for amazing customer service and kindness. It is a rarity these days.

Prices are good. They offer in-app coupons weekly. They have a large selection of most items. Produce goes quickly so that can get picked over. The meat section is large and has vegan options. They have a fish counter that is pretty nice. You can tell the store is on the older side. It looks rundown in some areas, but you can find almost everything you can think of there.

It's Freddie's. Wide selection of clothing and food, home furnishings, gardening, etc. Friendly help which tends to make this location busy. However, getting in and out, and through check out doesn't take long. A new update is the walk in cooler is no longer there, and since the Kroger's take over of Fred Meyer's, the overall stock availability is spotty: alcohol especially, but other departments are also affected. Products are frequently out of stock. Doordash is a disaster as far as having them do grocery delivery. Doordash filled my order with higher cost meat, prepackaged in 7 oz sizes, instead of 1 lbs pound sizes I ordered. Pickup and go has a much better result in filling orders than Doordash. I will not purchase from Freddie's through Doordash delivery again. I think I got one item I ordered, the rest were substitutions or simply dropped from my order, about 20 items. Be careful how you get your goods from Fred Meyers, otherwise you may have an unpleasant experience.

Been shopping here for almost 30 years, and generally have a lovely experience. Only gripe I've had is being charged for several bags when I had my own reusable bags. Hopefully whichever cashier did that isn't doing this too others, too. Groceries are expensive enough these days without a bag fee....

They had some pretty bare shelves, but I was able to find what I needed.Staff was very professional, friendly and efficient. I'm disabled and was able to use an electric cart. THANK YOU!Store was very clean and well organized. Always a pleasure to shop in your store!Watch prices. Not the cheapest, but they carry a good selection.CLUE: Watch weekly ads sent through the mail for good deals. Recently they had Franzia box wines normally 19.99 and 20.99 for 15.99 and 16.99. Great deal!
