For you Bridgerton fans, Queen Charlotte might call it the diamond on Bay Street. If you love to shop local and miss spending time in a good bookstore that invites you in with cozy vibes and thoughtful selections, this is your new go to. The staff is lovely and will special order books quickly for you! My pre-teens ask to visit regularly (and to stop for ice cream at Carter’s across the street) and I will never say no. For being a small shop, their book selection is inclusive and makes it easy to discover authors you may not know yet while still having some of the more well known titles of course.

We absolutely love this adorable bookstore. It is totally welcoming and has a lot of fun books. On top of that, they welcome a social atmosphere as well. They provided an upstairs space for hanging out. And rooms for d&d in the back!!! They like to feature local artists as well throughout the store. All the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They will order anything you need or want that is in the store. They are awesome!

Top tier book store with incredibly friendly owners who obviously love what they do & want to share with the community. They're willing to do whatever they can for their customers, from ordering specific items & keeping them on hold till they see us again to introducing us to groups within the community that share similar interests. The owners have made a very homey, safe space that I enjoy visiting often.

I absolutely love this bookstore! More than feeling like a fairytale it feels cozy and homey! I’ve had multiple conversations with both the owners and have always found them polite and friendly. 100% my go-to local bookstore and i’m constantly looking forward to walking in and buying another book (or sticker!!!). i wonderful addition to the community and i hope to see it downtown long into the future.

This is the bookstore Port Orchard needed!!!!! Beautiful inside with great book choices and unique gifts. I loved the little game section as well! They offer a rewards program which was well appreciated. Friendly people running the shop!

This is a cute and cozy book shop. I stopped by with my kids to browse on a rainy day and loved the atmosphere. The staff was friendly, they have a good selection of books, and I love that there is a reading/game lounge/ balcony upstairs! A cool place that just leveled up downtown P.O.

This is the BEST book store!!! The people who own it are beyond wonderful, the atmosphere is engaging, the products are unique, and the book selection is OUTSTANDING! My kids absolutely love this place and I do too.I'm not coming close to describing all the things that set this place above the rest. Come in, talk to the folks up front, and find out for yourself! You'll see!

A gem!!! This is now part of our regular stops when we go downtown.The family is lovely… I could talk to them all day. They have great recommendations and I can tell they are so knowledgeable and excited about their work.Definitely choose to buy here. If they don’t have it in, they will order it for you. Small bookstores are the way to go!!!

Absolutely loved this bookstore! Loved all the gaming options along with the books! Super welcome atmosphere, felt right at home! Fell in love with their Secret Side Quest blink book special, it made me so excited and I couldn’t help but get one! I’m from out of state otherwise I’d make this a weekly visit!

Find the Path Books is an incredible addition to downtown Port Orchard. The owners are incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially with recommendations. The shop has a fantastic mix of books, games, and trinkets. They have a great focus on inclusivity as well as being a space for community. Could not recommend this place more. :)

FTPB is doing everything right! I came in with a couple of friends, my partner and 2 young kids… they welcomed ALL of us, they engaged us, there is an area for your littles to play and explore (which is super helpful and appreciated) and there are so many cool things to look at! AND they have so MANY fun events! My partner and two friends have already signed up for the upcoming Literary Libations! We’re so excited! We will be buying all our books from here from now on!

Love love love Find the Path! I'm a SAHM and once a week I get a "night off" from my toddler and their second floor is my favorite place to go - so cozy! There's games, bean bags, comfy couches, electric fireplace! Bring a book or purchase one and bring it up for some relaxing alone time. You can bring drinks and snacks (just make sure to clean up after yourself!) My husband also sometimes rents game rooms from them for his Pathfinder sessions and loves them! Such kind people and a great "third space" if you're looking for a place to chill other than the library.

This shop has me reading actual books again! The vibe is a celebration of good books. It's very well curated so you'll find a few familiar authors and a ton of new fresh off the press. They can order anything too. Make it a destination, buy a book and a candle. There's chocolate across the street just saying.

Very friendly and super knowledgeable staff! I come in about once a week and always find gifts that are unexpected and amazing (this time it was a Le Petit Prince handbag). I’d nudge them to lean into the gaming/hobby aspect, but regardless, I’m super happy this place exists on Bay Street.

I took my 2yr old daughter here for storytime with Greybeard and we had such a great time! The store has a good selection of books for all ages and they also had a lot of fun games/accessories/trinkets. The owners made a point to connect with us and showed us the cool upstairs area with couches and games. A much needed addition to the PO downtown.

Find The Path Books is easily the best store in Port Orchard, the owners are amazing people that will go over the top to help you find what you are looking for, their upstairs area with soft chairs, a nice couch, fireplace, balcony area, board games and card games is a huge boon for our town, to just have a place to relax and read or meet with friends for some games, the rooms they rent for private games are awesome and set up for the perfect aesthetic for any adventure whether your delving into a dungeon or traveling planet to planet, I will no doubt continue to frequent this store until world's end.

We are excited that our community has added another independent bookstore!This space is well organized and full of popular books, games, and other fun treasures.We were able to meet the owners, and their enthusiasm about their vision for the store was contagious.We really enjoyed our visit (and our fun finds), and we look forward to visiting again soon.Pro-Tip: The owners communicated an intention to transform the back of the store into a community gaming space, so keep an eye out for that opportunity.

I love this book store! Not only do they have books to purchase, but also a cozy nook upstairs to read at after buying. The selection of books is very well curated, and they will happily order a book you're looking for if they don't have it. They are very knowledgeable about the books they have, and are happy to give you a suggestion! My dad doesn't read, only listens to audio books, and based on a couple of books and types of things he enjoys, I was suggested the perfect book for him. They have a book for every age, every reading level, every interest here.They also have games, and toys, and other unique things. Very kid friendly!! I love that we can bring my son, and he can play and read while I find books for myself and family. They carry "indestructibles" which are a type of book that is impervious to babies. We have 3, and they are my son's favorites. Perfect entertainment for a car ride, or at a restaurant. They host kids story time on Saturdays, which is so fun!My favorite thing about this bookshop, is that they have "side quest", where the owners choose books based on dnd characters. They wrap the books so you can't see what it is, and provide a vauge description, in the voice of the character. I love the premise and the surprise. I have picked out 4 so far, that I hadn't read before, wouldn't have picked up myself, and have loved each one!They host a lot of events and are very LGBTQ+ friendly, in selection of books and general open and friendly vibe. I haven't been to a bookstore like it, and every time I leave, I can't wait to go back.

Super cool book store! There is a great selection of books I wouldn't normally see elsewhere. Their "Side Quest" mystery book nailed me perfectly and was even a book that I've been meaning to read. I'm excited for the game rooms to open. There isn't any good place to play tabletop games in Port Orchard. We will also be back for board game trading nights. That sounds awesome.

Excellent little bookstore that's got a great selection! They definitely have the right idea of current popular authors. THEY HAVE ROOM RENTALS FOR $3/HOUR FOR GAMING. They do crossover bookclub events with the pub next door! Seriously, don't sleep on this store!
