They're blended drinks are very watery, this is the big bulk of ice. Drinks are expensive to pay for ice!03/25/24 - This was made so wrong in every way. For $9 this medium drink is only about a 1/4 - 1/3 filled and everything above that is from the soft top.

They have wonderful drinks and there Chocolate chip muffin top are crazy good. it's like a chocolate chip cake with stripes of white chocolate on top. We tried 4 different drinks and each one was delicious. we have always gone to a different coffee place and I enjoyed Dutch Bros better. They even made my daughter an Italian soda with Salted caramel flavor And cream. We had this in Hawaii and have looked for a place to make it ever since and they do it just right even though it's not on their menu. So if you want to try something off menu ask for the salted caramel Italian soda With cream. My daughter likes a little extra caramel drizzle over the top. If you try it you'll never find anything like it. They make great suggestions if you just don't know what to order.Kid-friendliness: there hot chocolate as amazing and any kid or adult would love it.

I'm not personally a huge fan of Dutch Bros, but my wife is. They have a good selection of delicious specialty drinks that offer a different range of flavors with the ability to add or change them like regular coffee places. Having lived in Oregon for awhile, I know how much of a staple having a Dutch Bros in Washington is for those Oregonians (native or implanted). I definitely recommend stopping by for quick friendly service. Hot or cold, they'll have something you like for a good price.

Excellent coffee and customer service. As is typical with Dutch Bros locations, my only major complaint is that they can get very busy at times. The company concentrates on customer service and the way staff interacts with patrons is second to none!Parking: This location is drive-through only. There is a walk-up stand for pedestrians.

Waited in line for 40 minutes, then was given the wrong drink!! Went around and parked and went to the window and they said it will be a while wait. I then waited another 30 min!! The girl was like is your drink still not here? Like no!! It was freaking ridiculous!! They messed up my drink after waiting forever and instead of fixing it right away made me wait another 30 min! Will not be going to this Dutch bros ever again! Worst service of my life!

Always as fast as possible, always friendly! The crew will answer any questions about any drinks, and they will even make recommendations if you're stumped. It's nice to start the day with such positive interactions! People in line/the parking lot even seem to be in better moods.

I only stop by here a few times a year. I’ve always gotten the same thing and been pleased.(Christmas chai iced latte) me Ned my girl visited last-week and h got a caramel eagle something it was blended. At the window she had noticed a banana cream somthing. Well even the young lady could hear the excitement coming out of the car. excitement coming out of her voice and offered to switch if after already making the one she had ordered. Long story short we declined the offer, but just the willing to ever entertain the thought was beyond great customer service! After 2 mins down the road she was wishing she would of expected 😆. It’s ok tho I shared my little piece of heaven with her any who.

What can I say? Dutch Bros are top notch. Best service and staff are friendly in the highest order.Their drinks are the best.I'd highly recommend asking for the Double Chocolate Mocha. You'll thank me later.

The drinks were yummy. We, my boyfriend and I, ended up getting two of their Hazelnut truffle mochas. The drinks were thick and creamy and had a great flavor. Also, they were the perfect temperature.The staff that works during the time we go are always super friendly and chatty. The lines even though long, typically move at a good pace.

I go their for great service and consistent product.Find them better than Starbucks even on a bad day.Drinks never taste off or watered down.Their open early and stay open to 11pm . Which is huge if your burning the midnight oil even on a Sunday.Staff is always super friendly and nice to talk to.

The staff are friendly and they have a script so it feels a little fake but they serve hundreds of customers a day so it's to be expected. When they ask, "How's your day going?" I generally try to have an answer that will definitely throw them off.This breaking of the script is my favorite part of the experience.Decent consistent coffee.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had waiting for coffee coffee doesn't take as long to make and all these guys do is sit up there and talk and talk and talk and talk. They took my order 10 minutes ago. I've been sitting in line and all I see is people gossiping and this is about getting coffee I get to experience and that's cool to be civil and have communication but this isn't dinner. We want to get our coffee and go. If that's the case then maybe they shouldn't have a drive-thru but they want to sit and talk to this long. They took my order like I said 10 minutes ago and I'm still waiting. They should work on those things. I don't get it

I am not a coffee person but I ❤️ Dutch Bros! They have some really great flavors when I am desperate for a pick me up. The staff is always so friendly and kind. They are fast, play excellent music and always have a smile. I am now officially boycotting that Seattle based coffee place on every corner. I hope Dutch Bros gives them a run for their money!
