Love shopping 🛍️ at these stores. The store is clean and well stocked. Service is great. You can get many items for the price of $1.00. Upon my visit here recently, I saw 👀 the soda can being sold for over $1.00. I believe it was $1.25. My reaction was like whaaaat??!!!! Is Dollar Tree store no longer selling $1.00 dollar 💵 items? I found this to be strange. 🤨🤔

Dear lord, the store looks like it had been looted. Lower shelves were mostly empty. Just a mess. Had items I wanted but when I saw there were only 2 employees in the whole store, they were working the register, only. Line was down the isle. Left my cat and walked out. Evidently the owner does not give a hoot about his/her business. Overworking the employees and not stocking squat on the shelves. Won't be back. Poor treatment to customers, have them standing in line for so long like buggers. Another gal in line agreed, walked out with us. I guess the owner wants the store to go under, doing a bang up job at it. Other places to go.Well, update time...I went back just to see if anything changed. Wow, what a difference. Store is clean and picked up. No long lines. Nice change

Yikes. The store was a mess. Floors haven't been swept in a long time, shelves were empty or messy. It isn't always like that. Pretty sure it's lack of management. And the manager/employees are very rude, acting as if they don't want to be bothered with anything to do with the customers. If it weren't for the great prices, I'd never go back.

O stars... I love dollar tree and all the great deals. Am absolutely obsessed with their crafting supplies and DIY hack BUT this store has got to be the worst one I've ever been in. Every time I'm in there it's more unorganized and messy. Things fall off the hook and they get shoved under the self or throw in a box to where you have to sit on the floor and dig through to find what your looking for. The actual pegs that hold things are so full that breathing on them makes them fall off. The employees are beyond rude and stand around talking to each other. 8d rather make a 20 drive and go to a different store.

Seems like half of the store was out of stock bare shelves. It was messy things put where they don't belong and items fallen off the shelves. Every time I go here there is only one check stand open. You must consider your wait time in line when you plan on a scheduled amount of time.

This store is very messy and disorganized at all times. Everything is always thrown in places it doesn't belong. They are always out of stock for everything, never have any of the items you see on tik tok ,Also, they usually only have 1 or 2 cashiers working and lines of people going all the way down the isles in the store. Management is rude, as well as the workers.. they will ignore you if you need help trying to find something. You need to hire more staff! Lastly, there is no $3,$4, or $5 section in the store except for in the freezer. When is this store going to get that or are we getting that at all? I see products from videos online that I want to buy, but this store doesn't have any of it. Basically, this store just sucks.

Cleanest, best stocked, and we'll kept Dollar Tree I have ever been into. Every staff member from stockers, to cashiers, to management have also been the most helpful, and friendliest, group of employees I have had the pleasure to encounter! Kudos to this store on every level! Thank you for your excellence!

What can I say about the $1.25 store? Hmm..🤔 It’s still the cheapest place to buy bleach, super glue, toothbrushes (5 pack), sponges w Brillo on one side (3 pack), Qtips, and toothpaste. Unless you “extreme coupon” then toothpaste is supposedly free. This location will get long lines. They don’t maintain the shelves. Empty boxes will pile up. The good thing about this is if they used to sell something you like you can usually find some of it if you look behind all the other products around it. I found 5 cans of spray air that they hadn’t sold in a year because I thought to do that. Guess how I got the idea? I found my lost car keys in the store two months after I lost them right there in the snack section where I had set them to reach some crackers.

Staff has always been very kind and helpful, even when they're super busy. There was an angry customer inside today who was being belligerent, something about the card machine beeping at her, and the staff dealt with it as calmly as they could. Got help with balloons today even though there is a helium shortage - the manager got a ladder and helped me reach the ones without strings. I come here for toothbrushes, q-tips, cotton balls, birthday stuff, and craft supplies. If Joanns next door is too expensive, try here. Lots of products have gone up a little bit in price, but so has everything else at other stores since the pandemic. Very grateful the Dollar Tree is here in PO and centrally located.

Store is a bit messy and unorganized but you can tell the staff try their best to keep up. The staff are friendly and you usually find some cool stuff for the price. And if your a crafter or have toddlers there is lots of great craft stuff.

Really can't support the increased prices.I know inflation is a thing, but they've increased the prices to $1.25 and it overall feels like nothing's changed inside the store, it's the same cheap vibe with too few cashiers and products that are overall very hit-and-miss, and sometimes you'll even find a product or two where it's a downright ripoff, where something might sell for $1.25/4oz here, but you can find the same thing, fresher, for $3.00/24oz at the Albertsons up the road, that kind of thing.I don't think it's an intentional ripoff, maybe just an oversight, IDK.Would rate 2.5 stars, but that's not a thing here.Overall, it's still a good place to buy things if you're looking to have a total receipt of $30 for a shopping cart full of stuff, though.

Go to place for good deals. I have to change my review because some employees refusal to protect others by wearing masks properly. Not sure I'd recommend it right now. UPDATE, still refuse to wear their masks properly. Update! Still having problems, their employees not wearing their masks properly. The one employee that refuse to wear their mass properly has now blossomed to all three cashiers. Let one get away with it. They all will.

Great bargains to be found but not always cheaper than other store sale prices. Pull dates are good. this location has enlarged their refrigeration space. A few shelves were cleared as they start stocking Christmas products. Extensive disposable table ware available. Clerks were friendly. If you have a dollar to spare you can purchase a toy donation for service children. It's a good thing. Or pick up a couple pairs of socks for your local mission. It's that time of year.

Dirty mess shelves in disarray. Slow and unfriendly. It's the 1.25 tree now. And OneNote every time I go to the toiletry section. It's right next to the manager's office the managers are always in there shooting the breeze. You can hear them talking about unrelated to work subjects.

I love this store for greeting cards, wrapping& tissue paper, gift bags, and socks! Oh, and also for plastic food storage containers for the tons of home made freezer jam i make every year! So many bargains!

Always busy and yet always understaffed. The checkers are beyond slow. The store is always a mess. Had a staff member rudely yell at me today because her line was closed and I got too close to it. Very strange.

I love Dollar Tree stores! Usually the staff are thoughtful and courteous however, on my visit to one in Port Orchard, WA I found the complete opposite to be true. Not only was the store messy, but the staff was rude to the customer in front of me in the line who was a bit loud but jovial and wanted to express his concerns about service. When I spoke up in agreement with the customer the clerk was equally as rude with me and the manager was unwilling to here my concerns as well and told me she’d had enough and dismissed me!!! I understand that this is not Nordstrom but good heavens... this does not mean it cannot have the same expectations for customer service as Nordstrom’s or even Disney! I want to add too that at one point during my shopping experience I could not find a specific item and stopped an individual who obviously worked in the store and may have been off shift or going on break who told me she could not help me at all because she was not on the clock! My experience with most stores who are trying to win return customers or great reviews is that a staff member whether on or off shift will most willingly guide you to what you are looking for or direct you to someone who can provide help! I will think twice when visiting family in the Port Orchard area again before returning to this store! You need to visit the Dollar Tree on the South Hill in Spokane for great customer service!!!

Really enjoying the newest line of crafts, wood projects, stickers etc. Overall this dollar tree is making a difference in the "stay home" times and with products that arent typical of cheap useless dollar wasted type items. Even other items in store are better then the past . I find myself here 1st and other retailers last now !

Clean Store with well an organized 'non picked over look'. Large variety of the usual and useful items and some unique finds that add great value to your household if you 'slow down' and let them find You. Above average $ Store. Have fun. Jim.

This is a great place to get holiday decorations, arts and craft supplies and things to spruce up your living area on the cheap. I also like to stock up on frozen fruits while here to use for smoothies. Employees are always helpful and kind and the store is always kept pretty clean.

Gig Harbor Dollar Tree is 2 years old. It is nice, clean and new. However, it is small compared to Port Orchard Dollar Tree. It doesn't everything that the Port Orchard Dollar Tree has.This Dollar Tree has not been picked through which makes it very nice and well worth the trip. :-)

Lots of great deals; a few "not so much". Highly recommend for kitchen items, party and seasonal supplies, and cleaning produces. Staff is usually pleasant enough, but sometimes come across as unhappy; have seen them argue while on the floor and heard insulting comments about their co-workers.
