First time. Was a great experience. Took my 3 dogs all at once to their private bathing rooms. Clean facilities, and they supplied a little sample bag of treats for each one of my dogs along with everything you need shampoo brushes towels. My dogs loved it too well except for the bath itself, haha. Very friendly inviting employees. We will be back again.

This place is must go! If you are in the mind set of washing your own dog and you don’t have a place to do it — this is definitely the place to go. Unfortunately, this establishment has only one tube, whereas in the past they had up to four of five tubs, so please make sure you call in advance to see if there is a line or show up early, because they will tell you it’s first come first serve. The price to use the facility is reasonable, compare to having a groomer do it for you but what is really important to me is that I do not have the worries of getting falsely accused of my furry one biting the groomer; which has happened. You are allotted one hour — more than enough time to get your furry one clean. As you can see, the room is nicely kept and all of the cleaning and drying supplies are provided. Besides the aerator, they also provide clean towels. Please keep in mind - - All work must be done in the tube (Including the drying). Once you are done with your love one, walk around the place — you will see that they have a lot to offer. I will admit, the store does have a lot of tasty treats and neat gadgets for your love on. As for the staff — VERY FRIENDLY AND VERY PROFESSIONAL! On a side note, they do have an area to where your dog can potty but please pick up their poop (Bags are provided)

Both times we have gone in, the clerk was super friendly and helpful. We only bought birthday cookies but we were given treat samples, which all 3 of our dogs appreciated. The cookies were super cute and well loved by all the dogs. Here is Addie Mae greatly enjoying her birthday cookie!

I remembered when this place first opened, I wasn’t sure how well it was going to do, because of the many pet stores I’ve seen come and go locally. But I’m tickled pink to know how well it has done. Dan the man is always so kind and helpful. Whether you need to get your dogs nails clipped, full wash cycle, grab a bag of food, or find the right food for some oddball allergy, or finally replaced that old squeaker with a new one! Cookies is a great place!

They treat you and your pet like family. Our first time and a scared of everything border collie did good. We took longer than most I'm sure. And it was still an even $30.00. Worth every penny. Very nice towels didn't even need the blow dryer. 👍

I’ve grown up in port orchard my entire life. I just got a new Goldendoodle pup and was excited for this experience but very let down. You can go to Wilco or tractor supply for $9-$12 and get wayyyy more. They offer nail clippers many different kinds of shampoos brushes ear cleaner ect. Cookies you have to buy all that except the shampoo they offer in a cheep clear bottle. They give you 3 free samples of treats for your dog and mud bay will give out handfuls without even asking. Cookies has printed hand made DO NOT signs all over the place… super tacky especially for a small business it makes me never want to come back. There was two girls working they didn’t even welcome me or my dog. The one with pierces was super rude and acted annoyed because I kept asking her questions she rolled her eyes like HELLO just so your job. I’m never coming back and will tell all my friends and family cookies is no good

Dan the owner of ~Cookies~is absolutely Wonderful. Extremely generous & helpful w/our first GSD Heidi who had arthritis on her back. He recommended a healthy remedy some sort of antler moss type pills.She was walking in less pain & seemed rejuvenated. Back in 2015. TY so much!Sept. 2023 Dan helped me w/relief for Greta my GSD elbow joint pain. With a natural remedy that seemed to help her. I came in & got some more. He is so knowledgeable in the care & pain relief for our dogs. I would recommend his store 10X's over. Had to get the girls Greta & Liberty a ~Cookie~treat for Liberty's BD.Our GSD's send Dan & Huge Hug/Likings.Thanks so much again Dan for your Kindness & helping our dogs. We brought Finley in for a desperately needed bath. As soon as we arrived, one of the employees gave us a tour of the bath stall, where to find certain things, which shampoo was which, and even provided treats! You get 30minutes for $30 which I think is plenty of time, though I wish you were charged for the amount of time you used. I really liked the inside of the store and everyone was friendly and helpful. I bought a couple bandanas for my sweet furry friend and it was only $10 for two and went to charity! So cute!

My cousin and I took our 3 Rat Terriers to get their nails trimmed. The lady who does it is really nice, and the lady that helps is very nice. They do a great job, and are very helpful. They get a big thumbs up.

Very nice setup for giving your dog a bath. Each "cubicle" is all set up with the bath area, towels, 2 soaps, and a blow dryer. There's a sliding glass door to each wash station (5). Our Scottie did very well. The staff were very helpful. Lots of products to buy.

The owner and staff are very friendly, courteous, and quite knowledgeable about their products.I have never been given the run-around in all my visits there.The store is well stocked with healthy food for cats and dogs.I enjoy a greeting from Cookie each time I visit and really feel like I am appreciated as a customer.Lastly, it's one of the cleanest stores I have ever frequented.A 5 star rating is what I give this store.Thanks for allowing me to voice my my rating.

my poor puppy has a sprain and my mom called asking about various treatments and they gave great help recommending a natural medicine to use and offered us a sample. After hanging up I realized they close before I get off work so i called again asking if they could possibly leave a sample in the mailbox. Sheila was great and said they would leave it by the door since I work right down the road. I was impressed with their service then and thought we had the situation handled but when one of their workers dropped off the sample at my work on their way home I was taken back. I have been a customer of cookies since they opened and have never been disappointed a single time. They care about your pets just as much as you do and understand that they aren't just pets. They are family. Love this place!!

They provide everything you need and high pressure really helps to get our dog extra clean. I have a discount card which allows you to earn money with each purchase to use toward future purchase.

What a great little business! The owners are so friendly and knowledgeable, and they have a HUGE selection. When I asked if they wanted me to pay for the baths ahead of time, they said to just pay after I make sure I was completely satisfied (I was). I brought my two dogs in for baths, and as someone who has worked as a professional dog bather/groomer I have to say I was very impressed. The set up was excellent, providing you everything you needed in wonderful condition, and more importantly the station is very safe for your pets. Even though I didn't need it, the owners were very happy to teach you how to use each grooming component and take you step by step through the entire process. Overall, what I thought could be a stressful experience was very easy & I felt very comfortable taking my dogs here. Cookie's impressed me a lot & I recommend it to all my friends, hope to see you guys around for a long time! Port Orchard has needed a high quality pet store!

Cookie's is a great place to go for dog and cat supplies. Their customer service is fantastic! The people that work there are helpful and knowledgeable. They care about pets.It is the best place to take your dog for a bath. The bathing rooms are wonderful--easy to get in and out of, everything you need for bathing your dog is within reach, and they even supply the shampoo.

The staff here is very friendly and helpful. We take our dog here whenever he needs a bath, the facilities are clean, and have everything you might need! Also a good place for some yummy treats for the pups! Also a good spot for nail trimmings, just be sure to bring some cash for that.

Everybody is always so helpful and friendly! I went in today for a recommendation on a new dog food for my Wheatens. Rather than having me spend a ton on a bag that my girls may not even like, they set me up with samples of over 10 different foods to try! And not just one sample each, 3 samples for every different food so each of my girls can taste test! Thank you guys!!!

I felt so lucky to have found Cookie's when I first move to Port Orchard from Ontario Canada. I was immediately impressed with the knowledge that was openly shared regarding why the store didn't carry certain brands of dog food. Also loved that the products they sold were clean based, healthy options for our furbaby.I continue to support this small business because the owner is beyond passionate about the well being of all pets. Prices are a bit high for items, but that is considerable for a small business. I appreciate their pet wash for being fully stocked and easy to use each time I go. Customer service is always high quality and they are knowledgeable about their products. Would reccomend.

I really enjoy going to Cookies they have all kinds of treats,toys, dog kibble, cat food, for your pet, plus you can groom your dog, and you can get their nails trimmed as well. My dog likes to go there, the people who work there are very nice and quite helpful. Great place.
