Hot 16oz triple shot hazelnut americano with cream. I get it everywhere I go and this is likely the best. It was a comfortable, hot drinking temp, not too sweet, not watered down or burnt shots. I always try to visit local coffee shops when I travel and this one was a nice surprise. (I just drive till I find a coffee spot, no Google) Also, it was 3.65 including the card fee very very reasonable.

My frap was full of unblended ice cubes and my caramel macchiato that was supposed to have “4 full shots” obviously didn't have 4 shots. This coffee shop is run down and the lady kept going to a shed with a gross looking bucket for more supplies. The wait is also long because they’d rather talk to each other. They also have a huge bee hive outside and bees were trying to get in my car so don’t go here if you have a bee allergy.

The ladies are always welcoming and friendly. They know their customers by name and drinks. Not only remembering my drink after weeks of not going there, theu care about you and your life. Mocha Mondays, other daily specials, and the stamp system always keep me loyal to this coffee shop. The trivia is fun, too. :-)

Fabulous flavor! Friendly, thoughtful staff. I got a coconut milk blended latte with just a bit of espresso and a touch of hazelnut syrup. The flavor of the coffee was exceptional, well roasted and not a bit acidic. The combo was spectacularly delicious. I'll never be able to match it at home, so I'll just have to stop here on every weekend trip! :-)

I have thoroughly enjoyed everything I've ordered from here. Large variety of hot and cold beverages, as well as some treats (even treats for my dog when I bring her). Everyone that works there is always super and get to no their customers and what they order, so you can ask for your "usual" period. They are frequently on my way, but I don't mind going out of my way just to get a delicious beverage.

Love the coffee. This is my daily fix and I go everyday. I get a mocha or two because my husband loves the coffee too. The barista's are amazing and really spend the time to know their customers.

A hole in the wall kind of coffee hut. I absolutely love their coffee and the customer service they always provide. Prices are reasonable...I highly recommend! They also have redbulls spritzers and other choices. They go up to 32 ounces in cup sizes for most of their items. Go check it out!

I tend to get coffee from this place before score a few times a week, and they are always friendly, helpful, and and reccomend other products you might like. Their espresso drinks, cold brew and, chai teas always taste right and hit the spot. Keep doing great.

Thee best tasting coffee. I like my triple shot espresso with a tiny touch of cream to cool the shots down. Soo much flavor and super smooth! Not to mention, I have thee best co workers, boss, and absolutely love all of our customers💙 I love working at the Tug 💙

Place blows Starbucks out of the water any day. Great tasting espresso, GREAT customer service (I almost want to say 'unprecedented') and an excellent value. Their largest espresso has four shots in it...same price as Starbucks up the street, who puts only two in their largest size. Definitely glad I found this place, hours are until 7pm every day but Sunday...can't ask for better than that!

The drink was made without any quality in taste or flavor. Way above the standard in price for a cup of coffee. Barista was very professional and nice in appearance.

Rude got ignored while she sat and talked at the other window then told we r closed it was before 7 when we pulled in and the open sign was on after she sat chit chating with the other wi down and she seen us pull in but chose to leave us sit there till 7.03 then she came over and told us she had closed ya we r cool there's a new coffee place in town we drove all the way across town just to come get coffee

Very rude barista at approximately 2:34 p.m. on November 14, 2018. Will be taking my business elsewhere and suggesting my friends do the same.After deciding that I should give Chug-A-Tug Expresso another chance, I stopped by today , November 18, 2018 at 1:14 p.m. I am glad I did. I had a different barista who willing gave me her name. Nicole is delightful and is an asset to this company. I thank her for changing my mind about doing business here!

THE BEST. Nuff said.Update- on Sunday 8/5 I waited 40min for 5 cars in front of me! One got 3 red bull drinks another got 2 blended, all 3 other cars were single drinks. THEN when newest girl(anna?) gave us first drink I asked that mine not be so thin/runny. Barista asked if drink ok- he replied he is to thirsty to have remade ,and tired of waiting. Barista's (ANNA'S) reply was"Yeah, and I'm tired of making them." I am leaving all stars up as I believe owner will make sure it doesn't happen again. This girl obviously doesn't want her job. Hope it quickly goes to someone who does.

I live out of town, but almost always make a stop here when I am in town. Baristas are super friendly, drink options are great and plentiful!
