After several years with this vet my mom had to leave. They wanted 3700 dollars to clean teeth and maybe pull a few. They charged 37 dollars for a tech to go outside with my mom and put a cup under to dog to collect urine. Didn’t even tell her there would be a charge. Unfortunately this vet has put the dollar above the care of animals. Shame. Shame. The local groomers are even talking. So pet owners beware.

We started going to this clinic about 6 months ago with our 2 Lhsa Apso's. The clinic is clean and orderly. Staff is excellent and the provider is very accomodating as well. My biggest kudos goes to Connie, she has always been nice and very professional. Thank you for all you do.

We had been a customer for almost 20 years. Unfortunately this place has really gone down hill after being taken over by new management. We had terrible experiences with the new doctor and finally switched veterinary care . At our last visit I was belittled for inquiring about researching different diets while the doctor examined our dog with CKD telling her she “was on her last leg” and “last hurrah”. I could not get a question in as she constantly talks over you. The final straw after the whole diet inquiry the doctor literally tried giving me cat food and the front desk could not figure our why the food wasn’t ringing up correctly…. I could go on and on. I feel for the supportive staff. I don’t give many reviews but felt this was necessary.

Staff was effective, efficient and caring. I was provided a discount for my military service, which was most helpful. My cat came home with me in much improved condition than when I brought her in.Several days in, she still exhibits behavior superior to that when I took her in. She has gigivostomatitis and the advice I was given was very helpful in making her more comfortable. I cannot conceive of going to another vet. We used Wheaton Way Vet for decades before and saw Dr Lutinen. When he passed, I despaired of finding a vet of his caliber. I am so happy I finally have!

Extremely unprofessional staff. My dog was having a medical issues today and when speaking with the receptionist she laughed. I promptly informed her that I did not think the situation was funny to which she apologized. Luckily I was able to receive help from another veterinary clinic I will never be using this place in the future.

We have 2 dogs and let me tell you the passion the doctors and technicians have for there jobs! We had 2 different emergencies on different days between both dogs and the front desk squeezed me in immediately!! You gals/guys rock! Thanks for looking out for Bella and Amarah! Everything from detailed instructions, to actually showing us how perform some of the maintenance required for our doggios! Highly recommend! Trustworthy! Fair price!

I just wanted to say thank you! I have struggled for the last several months to get my dogs fleas under control. We have used everything. When I called my regular vet (that I was never pleased with anyways) to schedule him an appointment to get a prescription, I gave them a heads up that he is a very nervous dog and can sometimes be reactive if he becomes scared. They told me that they could not have him come to their vet office, and then I would have to call a mobile vet, and hung up on me. I wanted to cry because I felt like I was torturing my dog by not being able to get rid of his fleas, and I couldn't afford for a mobile vet to come to my house. You guys were the 5th vet that I called, and you made the entire process so smooth! You assured me that my dog would be okay to come to the office. Upon my appointment, Cooper did AMAZING! The vet tech and the vet answered all my questions, and most importantly, he is now 100% flea free and a much happier pup. I am very pleased with your office and your staff. Sorry for such a lengthy review, but I literally cried when I saw that within 12 hours of his first dose of simparica, that he was completely free of fleas and wasn't miserably scratching anymore. So, thank you so much for making this process so smooth and for making sure Cooper was comfortable at his appointment. I have already recommended several friends and family who are also struggling with the fleas this year to call your office, they won't be disappointed! THANK YOU! :)

We called about 2 weeks ago looking for somewhere to take my 10 week old puppy at the time because of diarrhea. We called multiple places and this was the first one who asked us any questions about our pups behavior and such. Immediately we just felt an honesty and connection to this place. We just got back from our 12 week puppy visit and they were amazing even with social distancing. I had to stay in my car while my pup went inside, and I wasnt nervous or worried at all. They came out and spoke to me multiple times and reassured me with my pup and explained everything in detail. I didn't feel like I was being rushed, even though they had multiple customers at the same time. Very professional, we already booked our next appointment and plan on taking our Cat here as well!!

We took our black lab here from Bremerton as Cedar Creek is way more affordable than all the local animal hospitals and had good overall reviews. We were not disappointed! The reception staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, even when my pup had an accident on the floor. The medical staff was very knowledgeable and great with my four legged friend, and they even went out of their way to call the same evening to give us the test results as soon as they knew them. You really feel welcome here and we'll definitely be returning here for future needs.

I love Cedar Creek. I have gotten 2 kitties spayed there and it's where I get all of my pets their routine care. They go out of their way to help you, they care about your pets and you can tell they want only the best for them. They are thorough, explain things clearly, and I trust them completely with my fur babies lives, which is saying a LOT.

If I could give them more stars I would. My dog had terrific service. He had broke his leg in 5 places and was facing an amputation. I had taken him to a different vet, but the soonest they could do surgery was nearly 1 1/2 weeks after his accident! My poor boy was in pain so that's when I reached out to Cedar Creek. They were wonderful. Got him in as soon as possible, got him on pain medicine and scheduled him for surgery as soon as possible. Dr. Kelsey phoned me every day to check on him. I just can't thank them enough for all they did for my boy. He's recovering very well. I now have a new vet clinic and truly appreciate Dr. Kelsey.

My dog needed a blood test in order to refill her meds. I used to be able to just get a thyroid test done. Now they want to run more test costing my almost $200. I ended up getting a lesser group of test done for $135. Still felt it was unnecessary testing and I should have a right to decide what tests my dog gets. I was told they didn't have a "code" for just a thyroid test. This resembles the lack of choices for humans these days with regards to vaccines and tests. The real kicker was after waiting the weekend to get the blood results so I could get a prescription for my dog the Dr. said she would call the prescription in but later I received a call from the vet staff saying my written prescription was ready for pickup. I asked what happened to calling it in to the pharmacy. She informed me they don't do that anymore because it was taking too much of the Tech's time. I through a bit of a stink and ended up getting the prescription called in. This vet office hasn't been the same since my favorite Vet left. I won't be coming back. Very poor communication and customer service.

Thanks, Cedar Creek for letting me bring a stray cat right in today, free of charge, to check for microchip! I can always count on you to do your best, in caring for all of my cats and dogs since 2001 (Bethel) then. I like that you give treatment options, recommending best care but willing to work within my budget. It's too bad many people don't seem to understand how difficult it can be to diagnose conditions, especially when people don't want to spend much for tests. Dr. Kelsey is my favorite, but I've had good experiences with the others too, and the staff are awesome!

These vets are thorough, kind and don't rush through exams. Very friendly staff who all seem to genuinely appreciate animals! Low turnover is always a good sign.Our (very large) Bulldog and 2 cats have been seen here over the years for shots, meds, exams, neutering, nail trimming and treatment of common ailments. They've been honest and courteous about which recommended testing can wait if an estimate exceeds our budget-prioritizing the pet's health over profit margin.Scheduling has always been easy. I highly recommend this clinic to any pet owner looking for a new vet💛

My beloved Harry age almost 10 got deathly ill about 6 weeks ago. I took Harry to two different vets. Nothing stood out. Blood work was done he just kept losing weight so in the back of my mind and the vets was cancer. Harry just kept getting worse and worse. He stopped eating and wasn’t drinking. In the end I tried to find a vet to put him to sleep at home. It was a race against time. My poor beloved cat kept getting worse and worse he was throwing up green bile. He had no energy and was dying in my closet. As much i didn’t want to let him go I could no longer watch him suffer. I started calling around local vets. I finally reached Cedar Creek they were so kind and understanding. I begged them in tears to take him in. They made the time. Harry was put to sleep 9/30/19. He was a treasured family member I so miss I’m so thankful for this clinic who provided assistance for my deathly ill cat with compassion and understanding at a very sad time in my family’s life.

Since COVID this office has really gone downhill. The techs don’t seem well trained, miscommunication is a regular occurrence, and they don’t support you or your animal. I would highly suggest looking elsewhere.

I've been seeing the Cedar Creek Docs for my three dogs (Weimaraners) for several years (including the time they were with Bethel Animal Hospital) and have received exceptional care. I am typically one who will quickly "jump ship" and switch to a different provider if I am at all dissatisfied with service. I was not thrilled that the new location is even further from my home, but my pets health is a bigger priority to me that this slight inconvenience and I would not give up the care they receive due to the relocation. One of our dogs is EXTREMELY shy and nervous and it takes a good amount of time to "earn his trust". The Docs at Cedar Creek are very patient and understanding of his strange behaviors and dedicate all the time necessary to ensure he is calm and comfortable before beginning an exam or administering vaccines. I have used numerous vets in Kitsap County but these folks are by far the best.

My dog got a urinary tract infection and needed to be seen right away. Cedar Creek got me in that morning, walked me through their diagnosis as well as the cost up front so I wouldn't be surprised. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend them. I tried to get in to Woodside Vet and they gave me the run around. If you're wondering if you should go to Woodside or Cedar Creek, let me assure you, Cedar Creek is the place to go.

My babygirl in need of help ,and not happy with the overall experience with another vet sitting in Burger King eating my lunch I decided to go and see if I could make a appt with Cedar Creek Animal Clinic for OnyaRose because I found a lump on her tummy.OnyaRose was seen,diagnosed, DR KELSEY as having a Mammary Gland Tumor and was decided that surgery was a absolute must. The Staff and Dr. Kelsey and Dr.Paula are amazing! They are just My BABYGIRLS second chance at life.They we're very understanding and from beginning to END the ultimate! I will be forever greatful to these two lady's and their Amazing STAFF.Now I am Proud to say this is my Vet.

Veterinarian seemed to want speed through very helpful in coming to a conclusion of what worm my cat might have and how he got it. Recommended a great flea medicine also that is alcohol base, quick dry and really effective. They also accept carcredit.
