I previously enjoyed shopping here, but it's changed a lot. They seem to just want to sell furniture now, but that's not where I'd go for furniture. They removed some of the freezer section which had my fav treats at best prices in the area. This was also my go-to for snack foods at better prices, but lately when I've checked dates the items were already past expiration dates while on the shelf.... so I probably won't be going back much in the future. It's a good place to get charging or data cables, giant packages of toilet paper, or rent a carpet cleaner cheaper than other places.

I had lalani for my cashier. She literally went above and beyond for me as my cashier. She is so sweet kind and patient. We need more lalanis in this world 10/10 from a frequent...customer. I love big lots in port orchard Washington

Good store with low prices. Home wares are reasonably priced. You can decorate a bathroom or room for under $60 and does not look cheap. Good furniture section with a lot of choices. Sofas and recliners are reasonably priced. Bed frames are sturdy for the price. Don't recommend the mattresses. Food and cookware are very low price. Not a lot of hardware or office supplies to choose from. Would recommend if you're looking for a bargain.

They hired my legally blind friend on saying full time hours. Wrote him a letter for his housing stating 40 hours per week. He got an apartment and then they dropped his hours to only one day per week. This store actively discriminates against those with disabilities. I will be writing to the Attorney General on his behalf. Do not apply here for any reason you will regret it.

This is a good big lots. The employees are helpful and friendly. You can find good deals on certain items here such as cereal and sometimes soda. Some things aren't as good of a value and there isn't a ton of consistency on inventory but all in all it is a place for you to save money when the world has lost its mind.

On August 2nd 2023 I purchased $3600. in new furniture. It is inexpensive stuff and I don't expect it to last beyond a couple of years at best... Here is the Real Problem with Big Lots store # 46 21 on Bethel Rd SE , Port Orchard, Wa. 98366.... It is now October 1st 2023 and I have Not Received the Monticello (queen size)bed frame that I have paid for two months ago. What I have received from Irish("manager") is empty promises and an attitude. I am contacting my State Attorney General's office to make the aware of the Fraud I believe Big Lots is profiting from in my community. Since then, I have seen the same 80 year old man that was in the store the day I purchased this furniture trying to get the furniture he purchased that day. He was almost in tears standing in the furniture department of this store, I lost it. I am wondering how no one has sued them for Fraud, non performance and credit card fraud yet. I have no product, a charge on my card and Two months of interest charges to show in court. If they do not solve this immediately they are definitely going to regret committing Fraud against this former soldier. Anyone wishing to seek a Judgement against this business should call the State Attorney General's office in Washington State.

I don't normally review places I'm doing business with. They earned a good review. I arrived a day early for a delivery. Not only was I able to park there, but they offered a access to their restroom (not uncommon) AND their breakroom. I felt extremely welcome and did some shopping.

Amazed at the quality of the furniture that we purchased they were Broyhill brand sectional, swivel dining chairs, and fire pit dining table. Jennifer suggested we sign up for the Big Lots card and we received 15% off this purchase. Better then what we found at Costco.

Before management changed hands this store was not only a wonderful place to work for, but a great place to shop as well. The store today looks like 1 of the worst I've ever been to. Empty shelves, and looks like a good will as well as a used clothing store. Is big lots going out of business? I use to be proud to shop there and now I refuse to even go in

Just an awesome store with Great Employees. Last month we had excellent service with SKY..she helped us pick out the best mattress ever and so patient. This month Dan was great when picked up our sofa and helped us pick out a matching recliner. He went above and beyond with our warranty copies too! This is the best store with great products at great prices for name brand furniture. We will be back I am sure!

I ordered a patio set online and it stated next day delivery. The delivery was never me nor any contact was made. They delivery service emailed instead of calling two days later. The delivery service gave another date for delivery and still failed to deliver. After contacting them for a second time because of the failed delivery they set another date. The delivery service still failed to deliver. When the driver got to the store to pick up the furniture the furniture wasn’t there. The furniture manager at big lots asked if I would like the floor model which I would not because people have been sitting on it I ask would it become a discounted rate and he stated no. The manager was very rude and pushy on the phone and also rushed me off the phone as if I was not a paying customer and that my conversation wasn’t valued. I will not be purchasing anything else from the store. I am highly upset because it cost me planning a very special celebration that would’ve been celebrated outdoors but now I cannot do that.

worst customer service I have ever received. I ordered an outdoor fire pit. They ordered it and told me it would be about a month when I asked if I could just have the floor model they said " no we can't do that" . a few weeks later I heard nothing when I went back in to check on it. They said they still hadn't received it. They had also " sold " the floor model. well here we are 5 months later and several visits and finally they call me to inform me they won't be receiving anymore. Apparently they filled everyone's order but mine and now they are done until next year! they said that I would get my money returned. I would give them a negative 6 rating.

Watch out for your car in parking lot.Mine was stolen Sunday morning around 10 am.My car was locked and I had the keys.White man with white ball cap wearing a white shirt.Appeared to be in 30's.He was in my CRV in seconds and drove off.He was pulled over by law endorcement and he sped off.Police can no longer chase vehicles. This is a travesty.Also ,Big Lots has very nice and kind employees .Good store ,unsafe parking.

I don't know what the lady's name was but she was amazing I showed her something that I found online at their store and they had it exactly in the store and she did not mind going to the back and bringing it up to me amazing friendly staff give that lady a raise

Went in a week ago looking for Halloween stuff and was instead greeted with Christmas stuff. It wasn't even Halloween yet. Employees were nice and store was clean but over all a myeh experience.

On there sale add they had some folding tables, the ones was to big but the other one looked smaller. I asked a salesperson about it. Dan said this is what they have ,another salesperson said we have more in the back. Dan took me where the big table was I told him it's to big I asked him if he could look in the back he said no I'm not going to I'm not wasting my time. Then he said that's go to the front and look it up. I said the table was advertised on your sales add he wouldn't look at it he went to the website and gave me a hard time trying to find it also embarrassing there were a lot of people around me looking at me. He was cold and very rude I had never experienced such behavior before. I normally like going to big lots, but this salesperson was so unprofessional it made me very uncomfortable and sad.

Biglots has been a go-to of mine for some years now. The company has really raise the bar on their stock and the customer service.Often times I really don't want to have to go to a bigger store to get tibit staples. I can go in a spend twenty bucks and my staples are topped off for at least a week'ish.The staff offers their knowledge in a friendly way. And it comes in handy when you have questions on higher dollar items like the furniture and outdoor add-ons.
