This establishment is highly visible from all roads leading to it. It has plenty of parking, including handicapped spaces. It is handicapped friendly. They have a wide variety of foods, both organic and non organic. The store is well lit, and the signage identifies all of their products.On this particular day, we noticed a Starling flying around in the store. I found it amusing. So amusing that I discovered where he landed. I took a video and photographed it because it's not every day you see a bird trapped in a store. To my surprise, it kept flying to the fruit section where it was eating a pear bite by bite. I thought it was funny. My wife was trying to get my attention in shopping, but I couldn't get my eyes off the birdie.This Store has some products you don't see elsewhere. This was also our first time at this store. The store was clean and they had a friendly staff. We recommend this store.

General manager of the store is horrible. I went to speak with him about getting more gluten free products and he said, "we have bread" . I told him they didn't have things like gf breadcrumbs, gf chicken tenders, gf cookies. He said, " we have bread". Utterly stupid remarks. He seems incompetent of the job at hand. His store is overpriced and smells disgusting all the way the the store. Enjoy the bread!

I like Albertson's, I always have. Pleasant workers out front at the entrance with sanitizer and smiles. Not all of the employees were masked but all were nice and helpful. Good prices and great values. Clean, clean store. Thank you.

Cant pass through Discovery Bay without stopping in. Burgers are tremendous. Fat Smitty burger for the bigger appetites, excellent fries, shakes, staff. Sitting at outside tables perfect for a sunny day

Clean store. Friendly employees. Easy to find items. Making a pasta salad for the 4th of July. Found all my ingredients there. Deli hard salami, small mozzarella balls. Produce cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion. Grocery I found artichoke hearts, Kalamata olives, and pasta. The dish turned out great!! It was a hit!!

When one doesn't have what I'm looking for the other Albertsons for whatever reason has it. I do like the layout at this one better then the other. The employees are very nice here.

Everyone in the store is so friendly all the time, and in my experience, that’s very rare today. Great customer service, great people, great selection. Is there anything else you could want? These days, when quiet quitting is a trend, it’s refreshing to come to a place like this. Thank you!

I don't know what it is about this particular store but, it is greatly neglected. Certainly could be a little cleaner and more presentable. The worst carts of any store. It makes me think with the upcoming merger that they're going to close this store. I only say this because of the shape the store is in.Safeway Albertsons! Its all the same! It's a Monopoly! They throw up sale signs to try to make you think that you're getting a a great deal but it should be the everyday price. There are definitely better stores to go to with a little longer drive.

Surprisingly good bakery. I really like the employees in this department! The folks at the produce area have a great sense of humor (see picture).Not a fan of the floral department. The flowers they do have are pretty underwhelming and way overpriced compared to other grocery stores.

I ordered a cake with 5 days notice. I brought in a printed picture and told them i would like it as similar as possible. I didn’t expect they would do so good. They totally nailed what I wanted and it only costed $20Thank you bakery decorators!

Very clean, but I will say the staff follows you around and made me feel like I was trying to steal or something?! Like I’ve never stolen a thing in my life, and to make assumptions is pretty rude. Don’t you have insurance that’ll cover your stolen/ broken items? I don’t know just my thought.

I often shop at this specific Albertsons location for several reasons like good selection and cleanliness but the single most important one, the exceptional level of service given to me by the store's employees. In particular I have to mention Brittney who has been nothing short of outstanding. There has not been one time she wasn't able to resolve a issue I had or know exactly where something I needed was located. All while being kind as well as patient with myself and my children.Brittney simply makes my shopping experience seemless, enjoyable all while providing 5 star service. Thank you Albertsons for having people like Brittney who are true professionals and actually provide exceptional customer service unlike most retailers who don't realize how important that is. Thank you Brittney for always smiling and helping me its appreciated!

When I want to make just one trip to get groceries as well as household items (TP, detergent, cat litter, etc.), this is my choice in Pt Orchard. I know Albertsons and Safeway are the same company now, but this store just seems to be the best in town. I do check some other discount stores when looking for specific items, but this Albertsons always has good variety at good price, it's clean and organized, and they are helpful at either self check or regular checkout, etc. Fred Meyer might have more variety of items but costs more and always seems to be doing construction, and Walmart is a zoo. This is also the closest good store after the QFC was shutdown in Southpark location.

love this store. there are many different goods and it is small. delicious eggs and dairy products, I also like fresh bread and vegetables. The cashiers are always very polite. always clean and bright .delicious coffee at Starbucks.

I usually check due dates on perishable items before purchasing but last night I had to grab and go. There were 2 items that were expired and the milk will only be good a short time but I needed it so bought it. They are open until midnight and the hours are convenient with my work schedule. I always get a friendly late night checker so gave them 3 stars.

Prices waaaaaaay too high. I actually laugh out loud at the prices while walking down the isles. The only reason I ever go is because of the meat department and great customer service, specifically Jazmine. She's awesome. She always remembers me.

Older Albertsons but it has all of what your looking for. Starbucks, RX, food, water (when it is not over 100°F), bakery, hot food such as chicken, deli, and e even booze and cigarettes.I suggest you use the Albertsons app for coupons as well as the app ibota and checkout 51.

I will Never shop here again! Your prices are absolutely outrageous…you just keep raising and raising them…example is $4.50 for a lousey 8 tortillas and over $6 for a freaking box of cereal! Keep it up and you will go out if business!

It's close to home, so it's handy to run in and get what I need. Shelves are stocked well usually. I shop between here and Fred Meyer's. It has some things I can't get at Freddie's. Prices are comparable.

This store desperately needs a make over. It's got so much space that's barely being utilized and aweful inventory control. The wine department has had the same set since 2014 when I was merchandising those exact same products. Seriously, it's just not that hard to have a reasonable selection.And it's not like it's not a busy store... figure it out.

They appear to have a better ordering system than Safeway. They're both owned by the same company. Safeway uses the excuse that Walmart orders more than Safeway, so they get priority. I never compared Safeway to Walmart.Just another corporate excuse. When are they going to understand that most people are as stupid as these companies think we are.
