Course is always beautiful, BUT in the middle of April, to not be 90 degrees was pretty bad They also wouldn't give my 75 year old father a handicap flag. Should have been 90 degrees on alot of holes.

Let me get this started by saying the staff was great. Now let me get to the rest. First tee box, no scorecards. Front 9 nowhere to fill water does not return to clubhouse. Back 9, no snack x beverage cart. Also, nowhere to fill water bottles. Course, better not hit a draw ball because it’s set up for fades and slices on 75% of the tee boxes. 20% of the tee boxes aren’t flat. Better not hit out of the fairway because there’s bark banks, tall grass, French drains, and brush that’s never been cleaned from a clear cut so good luck finding anything hit less than perfect. The greens are nice. Don’t say I didn’t tell you so. I’d maybe try again in the summer, if someone else is paying, but not if what I experienced today is par for “Port Ludlow Golf Resort”. Laughing at myself all the way home currently.

Do not rely on the posted rate sheet on their website. Went to play on a Thursday evening after 4 PM. The website advertises a rate of $30 with a cart. He charged us $70 per person. And told us that the cart had to be in by 7:30 PM, so we couldn’t even finish our round due to slow play. When I called the pro shop to inquire, he told me that that was a golf now rate. It does not say that on the website. he tried and no way to retain my business. I have been playing out there for 30 years. They have lost a long time customer. When I told him this he seemed totally unaffected.

Excellent conditions. Obviously well maintained. Golf carts had touch screen that displayed hole information and yardage. Super fun course. Will be back again soon.

This a challenging golf course set in Mother Nature's natural beauty. Good course management is a must here as there are many doglegs which means less than driver off of many tees. Don't stray far from the fairways to avoid those high numbers

As a port ludlow resident, I've played this course a few times a year for the last 10 years. Absolutely my favorite layout and when conditions are right it's a great course. But for 85 dollars a round in the early spring when conditions are terrible I expect much better than this. Fairways are soggy and greens are in rough shape. It was a rough winter for courses but maybe drop your price a bit when the golf sucks ? Facilities and clubhouse are going downhill fast overgrown blackberries everywhere and things are pretty unsightly. Not to mention no restaurant anymore which is a real let down. Do better P.L.A. use some of my 85$ and improve your clubhouse. Won't be playing again until prices go down or the conditions improve.

Ok value as we payed nearly the same here and White Horse. 9 and 18 are fully uphill holes, not our favorites. Plenty of good par 3s here, tee shots that make you shape the ball both ways, and greens are well protected. Worth checking it out. Just beware the 3 putts with MEGA sized greens

We didn't play a round but viewed from various spots. It has quite an elevation change. The grounds were fresh and well cared for.

What a wonderful layout and well maintained golf course...a gem in the Great NorthWest. Don't pass this one up...course is in great condition and greens are running at about 10.

Amazing course when the weather is nice. Greens were in phenomenal shape. Tons of water. Layout is so unique! Every hole has character. It isn’t too long but can be very very unforgiving. This course screams PNW! Can get very wet in the winter/spring months though. Kinda goes with the territory.

One of the most well maintained, interesting, and beautiful courses I've played in Washington. Excellent value. Well worth the drive.

A little pricey for not having the snack shack open. Couldn't get anything to drink or eat after the round. Feel like your Sunday prices should reflect this. Course was fantastic as always.

Had a blast, great course, well taken care of. Greens are tricky to read. Fairways, got to hit'em straight. I will be back

A super beautiful course with some amazing holes. The greens are very large and very well kept.Course layout was fun. Tough to walk this with the hills. I wish I could play this course regularly.

This course definitely presents some interesting challenges to the amateur golfer. Views of the sound from several holes are worth playing the course for. Definitely not a walkable course, however.

Friendly staff, reasonable green fees, and the course is in great shape for this time of year. Highly recommended !

Great course! Very challenging with a beautiful layout. Would have been a four star but no hole or distance signs on the tee boxes. Intermittent garbage cans on the holes. No beverage cart and bar doesn’t open until 1000.

Nice course, lots of elevation change, good variety of holes, tough greens to read. It was substantially overwatered when I played it in mid-September, lots of very mushy spots in the fairways and green surrounds. It still played fine, just a bit longer than it might have if it were dryer.

Good course. Well maintained. Only complaint is no benches or trashcans at any of the holes. No drink cart going around either. But other than that, nice course.

For 84 bucks on a Monday morning cart included which was 20 a person was not worth it for me. Website showed a different price then we paid. The guy said that’s not our webpage funny how it’s the first to pop up with the review I’m writing in. Then to pay that and have no food to be had when we call before the turn. Sorry price not worth that course when there’s so many nice courses around the same area. The guy working could of cared less

beautiful golf course in a great location, amazing summer weather, stay and play packages at the Inn are a great way to spend a weekend at the village in the woods by the bay!

Great staff, very challenging layout, greens are fantastic, you need be smart playing here not just rip it. Shorter tees being added for family and players who drive the ball less than 120yds. Must play course for sure

Bring your rain boots. Course design was cool but none of the water drains off apparently. Very disappointed for paying $90 to play. Puddles of water all over the fairways therefore the grass was not very well kept. Would guess that it’s nicer later summer but probably won’t play again after what I saw today.

Played December 2021. Course in great shape for season but especially greens - they're clearly built to stay firm in wet weather, and were best I've seen during WA rainy season outside maybe Chambers. Really fun layout (not just bang driver off every tee, lots of turns), friendly staff, good french fries. Worth a ferry ride.

The course is in great shape. Every hole was interesting. Fairways are as nice as any I've played on West of the Cascades. Greens were a little slow, but I asked the clubhouse if they will quicken up later in the season and they said yes. It's a bit of a drive for me, but I will go back this summer.

Very scenic course with huge greens in amazing shape. There is a ton of elevation change and walking the course would be an accomplishment. There is a driving range and the pro shop was nice, but only seemed to carry Taylormade golf balls. I loved the course. It's a great value and driving up that way with the Olympuc Mountains close by was like a mini vacation for a city dweller. I'm stingy with the fifth star, but this course and White Horse in Kingston are both very nice options.
