Cute business in a cute town. I do wish this shop success as beautiful arts are dying. Upon walking into this business, I was immediately asked to leave because I was carrying a holstered firearm. I respected the shop owners wishes. It is her right to refuse service to anyone, just as it’s my right to carry a firearm for the solely intended safety of my family and others. (I pray I never have to use it.) I am a law abiding citizen who would come to the aid of anyone who needed it. The shop owner asked me to leave immediately, and she did so in a “mostly” respectful manor while refusing to make eye contact. I was very surprised and kindly asked her why, she said because you have a firearm. I shockingly said really? She said, “yes, there is absolutely no reason for you to have a firearm” I said, “ ma’am, i carry this for the safety of my family, yourself and every other citizen. She said “I am not going to argue with you, now leave.” I responded by saying, “ma’am, I hope there isn’t a time where you get robbed and have no one around like myself to protect you. Then i respectfully left her business. This review is solely based off of this unfortunate encounter that left me truly saddened. It looked like the shop had some nice textiles, but I did not get the chance to explore the store and make a purchase.

This is a great store for handwoven rugs, towels,scarves, purses,napkins, placemats,table runners,Ruanas, and more. Why it was listed as closed is beyond me. I've been thinking shopping here for 8 years.

Very very sad this lovely weaving studio has closed. One of the last in the area, it’s heartbreaking.
