Always friendly workers accept one lady at customer service is not friendly at all. She’s very very smug and is just obvious she doesn’t enjoy her job. Why she is in costumer service is beyond me but she absolutely doesn’t belong at that desk. If I knew her name I’d DEFINITELY post it but at the time I do not. I’ll be making a report to the store later once I figure out her name.

I needed an item from the locked automotive case. After finding an associate to unlock the case he said he would take the item to register 8 when I was ready to check out despite the fact it only cost $4.64. I have worked for walmart for over 10 years and even I couldn't be trusted with it. Register 8 had 3 people with full carts in line. I'll buy it from the competition. No sale here

It is the "Best" Walmart I have ever been in. All the areas are clean. All the clerks are helpful and quality customer service.I love this store and we live in Sequim and travel to the Walmart store in Port Angeles.Their Purchasing agent deserve a big shout out and a raise.

Came here one time because I needed to get out of the house. The catering Walmart lady was incredibly sweet. I only bought one thing, but I appreciated the sweet, small and simple interaction.

Good place to get food, however electronics, and beauty care products are insanely overpriced because management does not care about whether or not the stuff is stolen so it keeps getting marked up. 160 dollars for a pair of headphones that cost otherwise 40 on ebay or when I tried to get blemish patches it costs 8 dollars for a small pack of 16 when I can get 72 on amazon for abo the same price.

I'm not someone to be reviewing a Walmart but dang this is the best Walmart I've ever seen? Every shelf is meticulously neat and clean, and the gamer electronics section is weirdly nice. Power went out while we were shopping so we didn't even get to buy our groceries but that's no one's fault.

Walmart is my least favorite store to shop, so I try to take advantage of their online shopping and I schedule pickups at east once per month. One of my recent online orders never got fulfilled and still sits in pending status, though I was charged and every attempt made to cancel and receive a refund has resulted in the same outcome. Every time that I've called, I'm told that they have escalated the issue, sending it over to another department, of which I'm unable to speak with since they evidently don't have phones. I'm told that I will receive an email follow up within 24-48 hours, yet months have passed and I'm still waiting for a response. On the brighter side, I have shopped their website several times prior to this without significant issue, so it's still possible to have an acceptable online shopping experience.

Generally pretty good experiences here. Staff are friendly and helpful, especially in the electronics section. Nice change up from other Walmarts I've been to around the country.

Frances at customer service is unhelpful and hates her job therefore she treats customers like second class citizens . If she wasn’t part my customer service experience my days would be so much better . Pray for Frances and anyone that has to be dealing with her .

So surprised at how organized and well stocked this Walmart is! Everything they don't have on the Eastside of Seattle seems to be here in Port A. Not only that, but in the early mornings there are dozens of employees hard at work making sure the place sparkles and stays neat even as they answer your "where's the cream of tartar?" question. I even heard a manager listening to his employees about their work concerns and responding in a supportive and helpful manner. Wow, oh wow!And don't get me started on how many curtains they have (a ton) or how many choices of cute coats or practical worker's jackets they have. This place has household items, all your food, seasonal decor, and plenty of the Scan and Go payment lines when you're ready to check out. Large parking lot. Easy access. Restrooms at the front of the store, no hunting in some dark back aisle. Nice customer service desk and well, it's as good as a Walmart can get.

All the years I have shopped at Port Angeles Walmart today was the best checker I've ever encountered, his name is James and he went above and beyond his customer service. He went to check out #8 to get an item I had waiting there and brought it to his check out stand then I digit to get my Ziess lens cleaners and he went and got them for me. Very polite and easy to talk with. A PLUS SERVICE.

It's Wal-Mart what more can one say... it's got what you need most of the time... their meat sucks...there is only two other places in this town to buy food and they think it's worth twice the price or triple the price of Walmart.

Not sure what is going on back at corporate, but the whole notion of "CUSTOMER SERVICE" has just been lost on these people. I order to have items shipped to my house all the time from Walmart com. Never returned one item ever. I order for pick up a lot. I've never been late, cancelled, or returned any orders. I shop in store often, I've returned ONE ITEM, a trailer hitch I didn't need. Next day, amount on my receipt was refunded to my card, no issues.So today I placed a pick up order for 3 items totalling $50. WALMART CANCELLED MY ORDER WITH NO WARNING for "return violations", and told I can't order from them anymore. After 2 hours with 4 different CSR's, they then claim that it was a computer error. Took 4 people 2 hours to come up with that? Then they said if I still want the order, I'd have to start over. Like the onus was on me, for their mistake. WM is lucky Fred Meyer or Target don't exist in PA or Sequim. All I know is I'm never shopping at Walmart again. Better to make 3 stops at 3 local stores than to give these idiots another dime.

Went to get a watch battery. Tap the "service button" 10 times before sombody wandered by and i grabbed them to call on the radio for service...PRONTO! The person who eventually showed up informs me they ONLY service timex or casio watches. A sign informing people of suck service limits would have saved me 20 minutes of wasted time!

Had no problem finding parking. The store was clean. We went around mid afternoon. Had an issue that was moving out of the way for employees. Should be the other way around. As they were shoppers for people who ordered online and a few areas, employees were stalking shelves. In the middle of the day?! Was thankful they had a Walmart nearby as we were camping. And needed a new air mattress as ours popped. All in all would go again.

It is Walmart... interesting things happen here. Sure there are some sales. But when only Walmart is out of TP and vitamin C in Port Angeles... you have to wonder on who shops here. HahahhaaBig store though. And yes, they have things on "sale" cheaper than anyone else at times.

Even though I had cash and my ID in hand, I was told I couldn't buy a bottle of liquor because the person I came with had already left the store. We checked out at different registers even. Clerk and manager didn't have to be like that .

I have attached pictures of the Walmart Deli's meat bucket. Which has mold growing all over the side of it and is within 10 feet of where they prepare raw meats. I worked here for a few days and quit after being utterly appalled. I will never eat from a Walmart Deli again. It is more unsanitary than I ever could have imagined it to be in a place that serves people food. Needless to say there is a reason they are so desperate to hire people here. Don't eat here, don't shop here, and definitely don't work here if you have any self respect.

It's Walmart. Lots of stuff, decent prices. Don't buy fresh groceries there, never impressed. Service could be better. But I guess they aren't paid enough to smile and be friendly. Online photo service is nice. The Drive Up service is GREAT! Beats going into the store. The customers and employees are much nicer in the drive up.
