Easy stop-off from the 101 if you need camping supplies or just your basic groceries. Store is clean and well-run, and they have about everything you could need for a weekend on the Peninsula.Ice, firewood, coolers, beer, etc. There are other groceries around the area but this one is easiest in & out. Perhaps they should seriously consider putting a cart return somewhere near the front of the store. People who use the front parking spaces seem to leave their shopping carts around higgledy-piggledy. I can imagine this creates quite a barrier for the infirmed and handicapped.

This store is very nice and clean and the folks here are so friendly and helpful. My favorite is the deli and that gal Lisa really knows her stuff and is so willing to help us older people. This is a good example of how a store should be run. My hat goes off to the manager. The best sale for me is when pop is buy 2 get 2 free. Even beats Costco price v

Rude deli lady. It took 10 minutes or more to get help & when I did get help She was rude. Not even busy time. I will not go back. Also got bad shrimp 2 weeks ago. Rotten ,stinky . Should not be for sale to anyone.

Only grocery store that remains open late after the pandemic so I come here a lot more now just because I don't really have any other options when I get off work late. But after coming here so many times by default I have come to enjoy taking advantage of all the deals they offer club members especially if you use the app. It's also one of the only grocery stores that you can order from on door dash in the area which is convenient.

Everyone that works here is always really friendly and helpful! The store is clean and well stocked! The only thing is the meat department manager won't order snow crab. We have been told by workers in that department many different excuses. One guy just blamed it on Covid and said they have NO CONTROL over what they get to sell. They get what they get. A couple other guys say the manager refuses to order it. And the meat manager said she would think about it next time she does the ordering. Besides the lying and refusal to order something we would by consistently by the meat department it is a good store. To end on a high note their floral department is great as can be and always helpful to my man who keeps fresh flowers for me in our home constantly. The self checkout woman are fabulous! And the 2 man managers up front are great!

I really feel sorry for the employees and store manager. They run a great store, clean, neat, well stocked, really top notch staff and well managed.But they're definitely suffering from the transient population taking over the parking lot and area around the store. Wish the city could do more to clear them out, it's definitely effecting the local businesses, this store included. Shame, it's a great store.

A great place to stop and pee if you drive between Brinnon and Forks a lot like myself. Also a great place to get something to eat late since it's open until 1 am and NO restaurants in P.A are open late anymore.

They keep things organized and tidy, clear signage and polite staff. My only quibble is that they don't usually seem to have the self-check open in the earlier part of the day. This is likely from staffing shortages, so I'm not too troubled by it. Bonus: they keep my favorite non-dairy ice cream stocked! Thanks, Safeway team.

This Safeway does not have bathrooms. I stopped in this evening after traveling for hours and many businesses are closed and went into the Safeway, purchased some items, and when I went to use the restroom it was locked. When I asked an employee if I could please use the restroom, he told me it was corporate policy that the restrooms remain locked due to too many people stealing items in the bathrooms. As a paying customer I am very dissapointed by this Safeway and their restroom policies.

This store is a little smaller then the one on lincoln st.. However there is not a large amount of homeless and or drug addicts milling around the premises. So even though I'm only 7 blocks away from the lincoln st. Store I would rather drive to the east end of town to shop here.

Amazing customer service. Very helpful. I usually go to the one in port angeles. The one closer to me. When I do come to this one they help me when I can't find a certain item. There is this girl named Clarissa most sweetest girl. Always says hi always has a smile on her face! She's the best 👌 💓

They offer great online shopping discounts to use with in store shopping as well. Produce and meats are fresh and clean. The bakery offers good products from bread to cakes. They have enough staff to make shopping visits quick and effective. Have a nice selection of flowers and decorations. The hot case is ok.

Good clean shopping. The checkers all have a great attitude, customer service is great. Make sure you lock your car though! Parking lot has some drugged up bums milling around on the regular.

Very quality and friendly staff. They used to do 50% off stickers on specific "use quickly" products...no longer; they may have run out of those stickers, and replaced with $2 off stickers. But they SHOULD order more 50% stickers and give the regular shopper the discount. Brian,Karen,and Jami are always a highlight of my shopping experience. Westine is my absolute favorite!

Customer Service is excellent at this Safeway! If you get the deals you can save alot. The store is clean and well.organized. My one complaint is expiration problems. Keep an eye on the dates before buying an item.

This particular visit was very pleasant. Safeway has done a slough of new hiring, and though most of their checkers are "green" all but one I've encountered possessed excellent demeanors and rapid problem resolution skills.Kudo's to the person who's been hiring July/August 2020!

Be sure to make sure they ring you up correctly. Not sure how many times that I go in to safeway specifically for coupon items or advertised sales only to be charged full price. Wouldn't care too much but the prices went up BIG TIME and now that I have to work harder to afford these things, I expect quality products for the offered price
