Austin and Jess are amazing people! We have a doodle that has anxiety problems and has had traumatic experiences while grooming in the past so she takes a little bit of patience to deal with but they do an amazing job every time and our dog loves them which says a lot about how they treat her. They are so gentle and patient and always do what is best for the dog and will communicate what they think is best and why. They’re very speedy and cheap too! Thank you guys so much!

I have taken my dog here a few times before it switched ownership. I just took my long haired shepherd there again for a trim and a bath. I showed the guy a picture of how his hair looked last time.They shaved him all the way down to his under coat! I was so upset! I just pray it grows back properly. Never going again!

Jess is the most amazing groomer I have EVER taken my baby girl to! She is very patient and gentle with her. Jess definitely listened to what I wanted my girl to look like and she looks even better than I hoped! I HIGHLY recommend her. You will not be disappointed! A+++++ 🐶

I do not recommend this groomer. 3X I have driven from Sequim to my scheduled grooming apt., only to find no one at the shop- it was closed. I was stood up for my apt! After the fact, I saw he had texted me just before the apt. to cancel. This "communication" style has not worked for me, and has wasted my time and driving expense from Sequim.I will not return, b'cuz the service is unreliable, and has a pattern of closing his shop at the time of my scheduled apt., without any personal phone call to let me know before I arrived for the apt.You never know what you will get when you make an apt- with Austin. it is like playing a game of whack a mole! Will he not show up? Will he not bother to give you a personal phone call well before the scheduled apt to let you know he has cancelled? Will he tell you after you arrived for your apt. that your apt was actually scheduled 1/2 hr earlier, and his next apt has already arrived early, so he will not be able to groom my dog? Or will he call (in the winter) during the scheduled grooming apt to tell me I need to come and pick my dog up asp, and he can't finish grooming my dog, b'cuz she coughed up a tiny amount of mucus? Then I get to take my wet dog home, half finished, to find no future sign of her coughing at home? I am tired of the frustration and unreliability of the service, and will not return.

The owner was really kind, and despite my cat being a pain he was amazing with her. My cat isnt used to being groomed and she did scratch and bite. Definitely recommend. Your animal will be in good hands under his care whether they're pretty tame or not.

I love this place I will only take my dog to her shes amazing and so gentle and kind we had some pretty horrific experiences in this town with groomers and I felt like for the longest time that I would never find someone who could handle grooming him due to past abuse before I rescued him or the terrible things it happened at one of the pet salons here but she was so amazing with him and she came and picked him up recently, took him to her salon and groomed him and brought him back. My sweet boy got a bath, a small shave, a clip around his face and a toenail clip it was only $35 and he was so happy he didn't seem to care at all when he got back he just felt so much better now that his quarantine hair had growing out. We will be only returning here for now on. Normally I have to medicate him with some pretty heavy sedatives and I didn't have to give him anything this is the second time we've been here and I would recommend this place to everyone!!

We love this place. Austin listens and grooms your dogs the way you want. It is a small shop with very fair prices. And my dogs like him and the salon. Add to that, they are accepting new clients.

Short notice, they were able to book my two filthy St Bernards for a pre move grooming. Great service and excellent with the pups. Wish we had found them years ago. The prices are very very reasonable.

My dog Ruby, a labradoodle, had a bath and haircut from the owner of Petazzled. He was great. I wasn't sure that anyone could handle her, but he talked his way into her heart before grooming her. She had never been to a groomer before and does not like strangers. It was amazing to watch.

I have a really old female corgi that requires a certain amount of patience and the owner not only showed her with water he showed her with care and love. He is also the only person she will let trim her nails, she's bit of a diva.

Austin is an absolute wizard! A really ice guy and a Wonderful Groomer! Miss Abby goes in a total wreck and comes out looking like a princess!If you need a Groomer, I highly suggest giving them a call. Nice people and the prices are very reasonable! I'd give them more stars if I could☆☆☆☆☆☆☆
