My furbaby had THE best grooming he's ever had !! The staff was helpful and friendly, the shop is super clean, and the groomer was amazing. It's a little off the beaten track, but absolutely worth it.

Paw Prince did both of my dogs nails after Petco turned them away because I told them one has had seizures in the past. They were quick and reasonable. Friendly staff. Would recommend.Shame on Petco for their discriminating practices! If they did that to people, they would get sued.

I never write reviews! But this place and this crew are absolutely the very best. Nicole has been taking great care of my pups for probably 25 years........way even before she opened PawPrince. I live near Port Townsend, it takes me at least 45 minutes each way. With all the fine boarding facilities in my area you have to know I must be very happy with my experience here to spend all that travel time!! I dislike leaving my pets, always feel very guilty but then I think of all the attention they get at PP and how much fun they have and I feel so much better. Thank you all at PP for being here.

Friendly folks, with fast service and competitive rates! My cat likes coming here for the occasional groom and nail trim, and he's a grumpy cat that usually hates everything!😸

I get both my long haired cats groomed here in the warmer months and I will continue to do so. This place is amazing at grooming them and the staff is super friendly and helpful. They work well with my cats and are gentle and caring when grooming them. 100% recommend going here if you need your cats groomed.

We were charged extra daily because our little dog, who did not know the kennel Paw Prince, wet in his cage with loneliness. I was quoted $29 a day but was charged $33 without notifying of increase and $7.00 extra for pee fine . Our dog now goes to another kennel that loves him for $24 a day and no pee charge!! Never again. Be careful who you leave your precious dog or cat with.

This place is great. They take great care of your furbabies and post photos on Facebook every day so you can keep track of how much fun they're having. Price is reasonable and competitive, plus they have grooming services as well. Recommend for sure!

Wonderful place for boarding. Our dogs have been there a handful of times and have always been well taken care of. It's nice to get photos on Facebook of your pets and what they have been up to while you are away, it really is a stress reliever!

Every person I interacted with was so very friendly, and what impressed me the most is their attentiveness to their charges. I was placed on hold while Robin had to take care of a pup. I love that! While Daisy was staying with them, they took time to correct as one of her behavior, of impatience and excitability when she sees the leash and when her meal is being prepared. Cant say enough about this great place. Thank you, thank you , thank you!!!😘🐅

The owners are young knowledgeable people who took me on a very fine tour of their facility. My boarder collie takes medication so I was concerned about that. They explained their feeding program and it was very satisfactory for her needs. She stayed in a smaller kennel than I would have liked however I did call on short notice. When I picked her up she was clean, exercised and happy. Now I need to use them again and I called well in advance and my dog has a larger kennel just like the one we use at home. They wash the bedding after every dog stay and sanitize the feeding and water bowels. I have confidence that my family pet will be well taken care of while we are in need of Paw Prince's services. I never leave postings but I just have to this time! I've used groomers for yrs and this place was exceptional! I was in a bind looking for a new Groomer... from the first phone call these ladies bent over backwards to get me in...I went to pickup my little companion and noticed a group of small dogs playing in a fenced area... I walk in and see my little guy no where... I was told ,"he's outside playing"...the ladies didn't realize he's had horrible experiences with other dogs trying to attack him when we were walking... I never thought I'd see him actually play with other dogs again... my dog left there a happy happy boy..that's also a first!I have already scheduled his next appointment...by the way..they did a #1 grooming job..thank you so much ladies..

Brought our 2 great Danes here for the day so that we could go sight seeing. Staff was very friendly and great with our dogs. Kennels were very clean as well as the outdoor area. Plenty of room outside for dogs to run and play. Definitely recommend this kennel.

I've tried nearly every grooming facility in the Port Angeles/Sequim area over the last twenty years. I am very grateful to have 'found' Paw Prince. My two dogs have been groomed here every four weeks for over a year. It is indeed a miracle my one 'problem' dog has never been a problem at this facility. He has never needed to be muzzled. My other dog would begin to shiver before even entering a previous facility. She is now more than happy to have her bath and grooming. The two groomers have my complete faith and trust.

The setup is great. Haven't boarded yet, just the doggy spa day, but after seeing what they do on a spa day I will absolutely use this place for boarding if the need arises. We've used them multiple times for grooming, and every time our already happy pupper is even more ecstatic. 50# flatcoat mix. Paw Prince is phenominal.

Animal lovers stay far away!This is a very poor establishment. From the moment you enter the first thing that becomes apparent is the lack of professionalism. You can hear the groomers yelling at the dogs from the parking lot and even when you get inside you can see how they choose to "dominate" the dogs by grabbing their faces, yelling at them, and trying to be Alpha-dog to the animals.I noticed that they are also using dawn dish soap to bathe the dogs. When I asked them what type of grooming shampoo they used I was not told a brand. Instead they only said it was "the best hypo-allergenic shampoo we can find". Since when is Dawn dish soap considered a shampoo? Yeah, they use it on animals during oil spills but that is just so that black oil can be removed with a substance that cuts grease. It is not hypoallergenic. When I looked in the grooming room all I saw in both bathtubs was blue dish soap in old dish soap bottles. They lie about the quality of the grooming.The owner and lead groomer talk down to customers like the customer does not know anything. Yet I highly doubt if either of them have had much, if any, education. Did I mention that a tour of the facility can show you that the animals are kept in very poor quality dog carriers? They are not even in kennels. They are in cages that don't allow for the dogs to even turn around. This is a horrible place to keep your animal. Go to any other city and see what real boarding facilities look like. I am surprised that any one supports this establishment. The owners and management are rude, callous people who do not care about treating dogs with love.
